A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. If you've got a scratch, dent, ding, or minor body damage, Sam is your guy. Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE!! I…read morepaid these people $900 for a "professional" bumper replacement and paint job, with ONE very clear condition: Please DO NOT glue the bumper on. Not even a month later, the bumper literally FELL OFF on one side on its own. And when I checked it, it appeared to have been glued anyway!! the exact thing I specifically asked them NOT to do. The paint job was just as sloppy. Visible paint drips, uneven finish, and careless-looking work all over the area they repaired. The attached photos speak for themselves. So after paying $900, I ended up with a bumper falling off my car and a sloppy paint job. AVOID this place or at least Inspect their work VERY carefully before paying, because this experience was beyond disappointing. I'm not even wasting my time going back to that place to get it "fixed" again. I'm done. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache.

They both came out immediately and inspected the damage on my car, realized with a bit of manipulation, the fender damage in a couple places could be put back in place. I was really impressed with how quickly my car was repaired and very surprised that they didn't charge a thing for this work! While the next repair job may be more severe, I have confidence the price charged will be fair. It's not easy to find prompt, skilled, and honest in one place - especially when it comes to auto repair - but I believe Richard and Tyler are indeed those rare finds.
