My wife's Mini Cooper was in a rear end collision. The bumper was heavily damaged along with the panels. After the accident, I knew right away I didn't want to go to a dealer or one of this big wig companies that see you have insurance, and dollar signs fill their eyeballs. I wanted to go to a local small business and I was lucky enough that I somehow found David with Creative Colors and Concepts. The side door was smashed in on the driver side and could not be opened. This being an older car I was just hoping they found the paint that match. I dropped the car off and thankfully did not need a rental because we were traveling during the holidays. Communication went really well and David was open about telling us what was wrong and the minor problems that arouse. I almost didn't recognize the car when we picked it up. Clean , it looked new. Took my car there in 2010 what a disaster. First off I had to return my car to have missing screws and washers that hold the plastic shrouds in the wheel wells replaced. Less than a year after I had it fixed I noticed insects inside the head lights some of them were Large. I called Dave about it and all this idiot said I quote "I don't know what would cause that" I said to him it is obvious there must be a breach in the seal on the light assembly, Instead of telling me bring the car in and I will check it out he just repeated I don't know what it could be. What an astute business man. It turned out to be the seal in the light assembly was breached. The last straw was when the paint job on the hood and front quarter panel started fading And peeling less than three years after the repair. I would never recommend this worthless piece of garbage to anyone. read more
