I went to unique auto body because they had a five star rating on yelp. My driver side mirror was hit by another car and had to be replaced. As soon as I pulled into the driveway, and Agent came out and told me they would be with me in several minutes after they finished with another customer. They reviewed the damage and said they would do a quote after trying to determine if it was repairable without a new part. In a short time, I got my estimate And planned a time to replace the mirror. My customized 550 horsepower Lexus RC-F track car is now 5 years old, and with that time and miles developed a few blemishes in her otherwise stunning Sonic Blue tri-colored paint. So, to keep her (her name is Beula) beauty ravishing, striking, and stunning to the eye, I decided to have a touchup paint job done on her. Of course, the immediate problem is who can do it and do a darn good job of it. I was looking for a body shop after a small wreck with front end damage that could tow out of my parking garage with a low boom tow truck and close to downtown & Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. I was referred by a friend, and they were able to get my vehicle to shop within a mile, offer me an estimate in a timely fashion, acquire all needed parts efficiently. This body shop is fantastic . One body shop quoted me $2700 to replace my rear fiberglass bumper on my Tesla . Then I got a 2nd quote at UNIQUE Autobody . Quote was less than half the price to repair the hole in my bumper and paint the entire bumper . The repair job is perfect and the paint job looks identical to factory paint job . Today I stopped into Unique Auto Body to have them look at a small dent on the edge of my drivers side door. They had repaired and painted a bumper for me on my previous vehicle so I knew they did quality work. Second time working with these folks and second time giving them a five star review! I was driving home from work in Miami and the car in front of me hit and launched one of those Express Lane poles onto my hood. It was dented, and I went through insurance to get it repaired. Unique Auto Body wasn't one of my insurance company's preferred vendors, but they allowed me to pick any local vendor I wanted. I chose to return to Unique because of the customer service and quality work I received the last time I worked with them. Dropped off my car as scheduled and picked it up when it was finished. They even took care of returning my rental car for me, saving me an Uber ride. The whole process was smooth, and my new hood looked great, and when I got home, I found a new crunch on my back bumper that was not there when I dropped the car off. I immediately drove back to the shop and talked to the owner. He said that this kind of thing never happens and agreed to repair the damage on his own dime. I brought the car back when his schedule permitted about a week later. They only had the car for about 8 hours and fixed the damage. As I said in my last review, it's hard to find good honest companies in South Florida. This is one. They do good work and take care of their customers! read more

My wife and I have used Unique Auto Body several times over the last 20+ years. Each experience was great. This last time (10/6/20) was exceptional. Mat "recognized me" even though I hadn't been there is years. I had a rental SUV and caught the lower front bumper on a parking space cement abutment. It looked to me that the lower bumper may have to be replaced. The fog light casing was also detached somewhat. Mat said "oh that can easily be fixed". He (and an associate) went for the heating gun, reshaped the slightly damaged bumper to original condition, cleaned (removed) the concrete particles, reconfigured the fog light and...amazing...I couldn't even tell there was ever any damage! 20 minutes later I delivered the SUV to the rental company...no problems. I asked Matt how much I owed him. He said I owed nothing! Said he appreciates his customers. I can't say enough good things about Matt, his integrity, straight talk and no nonsense. I had already had another astronomical estimate which made no sense to me. I had driven my car over a parking bumper and inflicted what would appear to me to be a great deal of damage. While I was there Matt called to find out the price on the parts and gave me a reasonable estimate right away including painting the nosecone which had road wear. My car got flooded during one of the beautiful sunny day of south Florida(sarcasm) I went to this place (friend recommendation) ready to spend thousand of dollar and kind of depress, the guy come out gave me couple of options, some of them was to take my business away and try to resolved it by my self ... super honest... and then we got to conclusion together that it will be best to take the seat out of the car take off all the carpets and the Matt under the carpet,and give it couple of days to dry.(i am talking about the car floor not the rugs) in the mean time the lade from the front desk call rental company for me who cam to pick me up. after 3 days and $300 everything was fix perfectly.No mildew no smell, DRY Car. the rental car returned to the shop and they took care of it as well.
