I searched online for a body shop with great reviews and came across B&R Auto Body Works. Choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, Dawn and Patrick (the owner) were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs. As a result, I had to pay some of the costs myself. Patrick went above and beyond to help me keep those expenses as low as possible. He carefully evaluated the damage, performed additional testing, and was able to save and repair some parts rather than replacing them unnecessarily, which saved me money without compromising the quality of the repair. The workmanship was outstanding, and the customer service was even better. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way B&R Auto Body Works does. I highly recommend B&R Auto Body Works to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality collision repair services

We came in with a newer model Lexus sports car, with damage to the front bumper, rear bumper, side quarter panels, a mirror that had been knocked off, and a deck lid that had a ding in the fold (these are incredibly hard to get out because it's at a 90 degree angle). We met the owner Hafez, and his son, and we ended up following up with them to have the work done with them over the other shops we visited. Hafez asked us when we'd like to drop the car off, we set up a date, dropped the car off, he then said it'll be done in about a week, and in about a week, we got a call the car was done. When we came to see the car, wow, it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor, for so much damage, in so many different areas, both metal and plastic, I couldn't believe how damn good the work came out, I was astounded... Even the paint matching on having to re-order, re-install, and re-paint the entire rear bumper, came out flawless, even in direct sunlight, it was 100% absolutely spot on and perfect, and if anyone knows Lexus, they have their own proprietary and special colors, in this case being what they call Atomic Grey, that's not an easy thing to do. I ended up then bringing my truck into him after for some work done when someone hit my mirror and he fixed that up very quick, and it's now rock solid and good as new. For anyone looking for a fair-priced, locally owned body shop, with absolutely top-notch quality work, YOU HAVE TO GO SEE THESE GUYS. *** Note: I'm not a blogger, digital media person, influencer, any of that, nor was I offered anything to write this review...
