I recently had a great experience with 24/7 Auto Body and wanted to share it…read more My daughter's car had damage to the undercarriage along with scratches on both sides of the front fender. A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. If you've got a scratch, dent, ding, or minor body damage, Sam is your guy. Highly recommend!

I had my vehicle towed to their facility because they had such stellar reviews. From my first interaction with B&R, I knew I was lucky I found this place. Sadly, my truck was totaled. I highly recommend this business. They've been around for almost 30 years. They are honest and really care.

I searched online for a body shop with great reviews and came across B&R Auto Body Works. Choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, Dawn and Patrick (the owner) were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs. As a result, I had to pay some of the costs myself. Patrick went above and beyond to help me keep those expenses as low as possible. He carefully evaluated the damage, performed additional testing, and was able to save and repair some parts rather than replacing them unnecessarily, which saved me money without compromising the quality of the repair. The workmanship was outstanding, and the customer service was even better. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way B&R Auto Body Works does. I highly recommend B&R Auto Body Works to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality collision repair services

We were given a reasonable estimate to fix the dent in my side door and the hatchback. We were told…read morethat they could fix the door now if we wanted, but they would have to fix the hatchback another day since it would take about 3 hours to fix it. Their waiting area is very comfortable with a sofa and 2 chairs. There's refreshments, snacks and candies while you wait. They also have Dent Demon merchandise if you are interested. Grace, who is one of the owners along with her husband, explained the process of fixing a dent and showed us the tools that they use. She even brought us into the shop area (which was immaculate!) to show us a hood that they use to train their employees with the different techniques that they have to use depending on the type and depth of the dent. We were able to see the dent in our door being worked on. It was amazing to see how they fixed it. We couldn't even tell where the dent was after they were done! If you are a repeat customer, they will give you a 10% discount. Everyone that we met today (3/14), Grace, Sam and Paul were so nice! I would highly recommend this place if you need your f**king dents fixed. Lol, look at my pictures and you'll see what I'm talking about.

State Auto Body is a family owned business with the highest of integrity…read more They repaired my 2004 Toyota Camry that was involve in a right front end collision while my daughter was driving. Their workmanship was impeccable. Not only did they repair the right front damaged light, they changed the left front light also so that the car was uniform in its appearance. The paint color match and blending was perfect. The car was completed in the time agreed upon with no delays. When I picked up the car they had polished and buffed the entire car. It looked like it came straight off the showroom floor! They worked with my insurance company directly to assure I was paid the correct pricing for the repairs. Their efficiency, professionalism and kindness was over and above any I have experienced. Unfortunately two days after my car was completed I myself was in an accident where I regretfully rear-ended the car in front of me as I approached a red light. I was devastated and drove back to State Auto body where Heman Cunha, the owner greeted me with a disappointed look in his eyes and tears in mine. He reassured me that it would be okay. This time my insurance company wanted to total my vehicle. Again he worked with the insurance company and had the repairs made rather then them totaling the car. The workmanship was again done to perfection at a reasonable cost within the insurance limitations. And beyond that my headliner was hanging down from the rear window and it was a few days after I picked it up that i realized my window was no longer obstructed. They took it upon themselves to fix this issue, never charging me or even bringing it to my attention. They are the true definition of excellence in all areas of service and customer service. Must give a shoot out to Olivia in the office, she is a true customer service professional: responsive, detail oriented, compassionate and always communicated directly if and when there were necessary changes due to additional findings.
