Came here for an oil change and new windshield wipers. They informed me of what else I should get done then or in the near future but didn't harass me about it like other places do. They did everything quickly and I didn't have to wait long. The pricing seems in line with what others charge. Overall it was a good experience and I trust that they were honest and fair. read more

Having been a mechanic in my (much) younger days, I can tell if somebody is feeding me a line of crap when it comes to cars. These folks are straight shooters and I will always use them. read more

Let me start by saying I've been going here for years. I went in there a few months ago to have one tire sensor replaced, which they said they could do. Well here I am, 6 or 7 visits later and 3 sensors replaced and I still have 1 bad sensor and now the sensors aren't even reading the correct tires. According to them, every time I came back, a new sensor went bad. Seems like a really big coincidence. Every time I go in there, they keep my truck all day to figure out a tire sensor issue. Would have rather them just told me it's not in their wheelhouse then make me spend unnecessary money. Good luck with tires if you go there. read more

How could I have been blind to all the services here! Oh yeah--it's all in the name! This place has been busy serving residents in Tamarac, Coral Springs and neighboring cities for decades, but like me, many are in oblivion about it being a full service shop. No more! Car jumped through AAA, but three different calls and servicemen later, the terminals couldn't be removed nor replaced by any of them! The local Jeep dealership wanted to charge me $300 for replacement and labor!!! I have had many bad experiences with my Jeep dealer for service calls. So, after being made aware that the ONE descent, helpful service rep. is no longer there, I shopped around and came to this plaza desperate for help. Not only will I continue to service my vehicle here under Daren's management and his top-notch caring service crew, but I will spread the word sincerely and hopeful that like me, others will become regulars for more than oil changes, battery replacements and brakes. It was EZ peasy and didn't break my little wallet! read more

I was due (well, overdue) for an oil change, and my meeting at Tamarac City Hall (next door) finished up earlier than I expected, so I stopped in. It was on the way home, and the way I look at it; if they don't do a good job, I'll never come back. Easy enough. They weren't terribly busy so they were able to take me in immediately (yay!). They showed me to the waiting area and I waited. They came back to make sure I knew what oil I wanted (I did, synthetic) and they came in with the obligatory "your air filter is dirty" which I can change myself, thankyouverymuch, so I said that's okay, just the oil change. Surprisingly, they did not try to sell me anything else. The guys who I interacted with were both great. Very nice and personable and neither seemed interested in ripping me off. I tend to appreciate that in a business. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied with the work they did. They're not far from my house so when I'm due again, I'll definitely keep them in mind. read more

They are honest and won't over change for things you don't need. I have had three cars being serviced there over 10 years.

I have been using this place for many years for my oil changes. Even though i live a little far now I still make the drive becauae the pricing is reasonable and they are pretty quick and best of all they have great customer service. I brought my car in on a Saturday morning at opening and was out in like 30 mins! read more

Always a great experience with Dino and Jay! They're always fast, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Thanks!

First time client decided to try them based on other reviews. Fast service and professional attitude. I'll likely never go back to where I was going before. Oil change in under 30 minutes, but they do everything it seems. I'll be coming back. read more

Excellent service and great value. Dino and the team absolutely rock! You will NOT be disappointed. read more

Honesty and integrity aren't usually associated with an auto mechanic and are rare indeed. Every single time I have had my oil changed or other work done at EZ Lube I have been surprised by the care shown to both me and my car. If there is ever something I don't understand the owner, Mike is always willing to take the time to explain why or why not I need something done. He never tries to push services on me that aren't necessary just to make a buck. The services are reasonably priced and you get your money's worth in service. E-Z Lube is a trustworthy and reliable auto mechanic shop who always treats me like family. Truly a wonderful experience read more

I was way past due for an oil change and the guys at EZ lube were able to take care of my car right away. Not only did they change my oil, but they did a complete inspection of my car to recommend any future services needed, vacuumed my car and added windshield wiper fluid. I just moved to Tamarac and am lucky I found this shop. The people here are friendly and eager to help. read more

This place was excellent. I called about 45 minutes before I wanted to be seen to make an appointment. They took me right away and everything was completed within 40 minutes. I got an oil change and had various other issues. They took the time to explain the issues with my car and even helped me save money. The manager and staff went above and beyond and I would definitely come back and recommend their services!! read more

Every time I go I'm in and out fast service great customer service skills as well.

all of the team at EZ Lube were very courteous, and funny. got an oil change and some belts , Pricing was fair , Service was fast . was told brakes are low and will return soon to do those services. read more

These guys were very thorough and affordable for a quick oil change. I was happy to find a new place locally for my oil changes. They replaced my air filter and my AC filter as well as reccomended my brakes to get done. The service was fast, thorough and good.... read more

So their pricing is higher than competitors, yet they feel the need to put a surcharge on the bill for "shop rags". Also checked the cabin filter but not engine filter because terrific mark up on that replacement. Will not return read more

I highly recommend this place! I was on the hunt for a place to change my oil and read reviews for so many places and stumbled upon this one and decided to come based on the reviews. I am glad I did! They took care of my car and super fast! I decided to come back and have them put new tires on my car too. Trust me. You won't be disappointed! The manager and his staff are excellent! read more

My experience was ok but questionable, and my husband's reaction to everything that happened makes me think twice about this place. I went to EZ Lube after being told by the owner, Frank, at Kramer's next door, to go to EZ Lube for an oil change. So I did. The manager, Jay, was very helpful, very knowledgeable. Everything he told me they would do for a $36.00 oil change was very much like what I'd get at Jiffy Lube. After my car was taken into the bay to be looked at, Jay came to me and said my car had to have the Synthetic oil change which was $74.95. That's not what I've been told before with my Toyota and not what Toyota told me when I inquired about my car last year. But I said yes to the synthetic and then they were finished with the oil change in like 15 minutes. Jay came in and said there was a leak around my power steering and my belts were cracked. My husband, once I told him my experience, reminded me my car doesn't NEED synthetic oil and what he said was a recommendation, not a necessity. My husband will check the belts and power steering himself. But I went to this shop to see if we could have a new mechanic for more serious jobs for my car and my husband's Mercury. Although Jay and his tech's were super nice, up-selling me on something simple like an oil change tells me to keep looking in the area for a new mechanic. read more

First visit. Pricing was reasonable and didn't feel pressured. Will be back. Quick and easy oil change. Was given suggestions but no push. Price for an air filter was as reasonable as buying it at Walmart! read more

E-Z Lube has a great team. Mike provides you very a thorough diagnosis and he oversees all the details. You might think that he is the boss, but Mike told me that he just works there but he treats the place as his own business. read more

These guys are great. They maintain my vehicle better than the dealer. They are not thieves. Honest and care.

They took my Jeep in immediately and I got to watch them through the window. They're very thorough, gave me a tire cap that was missing and walked me out with an umbrella in the rain. They do a good job and care about the service which is all too rare these days. I was recommended here and I'd recommend you too. read more

Excellent!!! Before we went to the Tire Choice, like half block south from them, and they tried to sell us the most expensive service $$$, they told us that the regular oil change wasn't good for our car??? Here costumer service was great and price is right. We'll be coming here from now on : ) read more

Been coming here for about three years and I always get fast oil change service here. The guys are nice and I never feel like they are trying to talk me into services that I don't need. Very fair pricing. Totally recommend them! read more

The essence of customer service that is almost long gone or sadly rare; still exists in some businesses - E-Z lube staff were friendly, accommodating and understood what I needed and respected my time. read more

I walked in for the first time today and I k is it won't be the last. I had an amazing experience! The management was super happy and welcoming and the customers were happy as well and they couldn't say enough good things about the service. I'm so glad I found this place. The service was better than any dealership and it was super quick! Granted I only got an oil change but Mike was able to do an inspection and go over it with me in no time. I highly recommend this business. read more

They are very friendly and professional the price is also great. Will defiantly keep coming back .

Excellent place! The assistant manager, Mike was a very nice guy. I came in for an oil change, and maybe to replace break pads. The synthetic oil change was $75, which is pretty standard. They noticed I needed some new tires, which was really true and it was unsafe for me to be driving like that. I called up tire kingdom to compare quotes. Tire kingdom had a special, but 2 tires, get 2 free deal. Even with that, tire kingdom came higher priced by like 20%. So I got my tires changed and an oil change, and he said he will look at my brake pads also, because I told them they were making squeaking sounds and I might need them replaced. Here's where I was very impressed.. They could have got me for the new break pads, but they were honest. He called me and said they just needed to be cleaned and adjusted, for $30. Awesome. I am a new customer now because they have great prices and are trustable. read more

Excellent customer service. I took my car based on previous Yelp reviews and I was very happy with the service and pricing.

I have been coming to this place to get my oil changed for years. I moved to another neighborhood and stopped coming here for a while. Today I came to get an oil change after a couple of years and was surprised to see that the service is still great, friendly and in a timely manner. Never have to wait too long. Staff is courteous and efficient. The waiting area is clean and nice and doesn't look like a shop, with oil smeared on the counters and stuff. Im big on things like that, so I think its important to point that out. Im very happy to have come here again after so many years. I will make this my first choice to get my oil change. Prices are reasonable-- Maybe slightly more expensive than your gas station shop that does it for $20-$25. But your paying for superior service, so it balances out in the end. Also, diagnosis are accurate and they're not pushy about selling you extra things like replacements and extra labor or parts, Very satisfied. read more

Went to EZ Lube after bad experience at Coral Springs Nissan. Staff was friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. Spent around $50 for oil change and an air filter, but these guys topped all fluids, washed my windows and vacuumed the floors. Great service. Genuinely nice people. I will return. read more

My husband and I stopped by this service station yesterday with our truck to get an oil change, and a tire rotation. We were immediately greeted, and the service on our truck began right away! Not just one or two technicians, but three worked on our truck! They cleaned, vaccumed, provided a synthetic oil change, and rotated our tires all in less than 20 minutes!! Unbelievable service! Nice people too! We totally recommend you to go to EZ Lube for quick and quality service! read more

This was my first time trying out EZ Lube for an oil change and there are no complaints from me about the overall service. I even recieved a complimentary donut the instant I stepped through the door! I was immediately greeted, serviced in moments, and had my A-to-B vehicle running smoothly with no issues at all. Had to check it out after checking the reviews on Yelp. 5-star satisfied! I will be coming here from now on. read more

These guys are the best! Knowledgeable, Friendly and Funny! They are real automotive pros; something you don't find very often in South Florida. I came in for an air filter and some advice on issues I was having with my cooling system. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable and their service is outstanding. I will be back for all my automotive needs as I keep my classic Firebird in top shape. read more

I have been taking my car to these guys for awhile. As I have an older car (21 yrs old), it does seem to need a few tweaks now and then...lol! They always remember me personally and take tremendous care of me. They do much more involved work than oil changes if the car requires it. If I need just an oil change it is such a breeze, and you can find discount coupons online if you want. No matter what problem my Firebird has developed; and believe me it has, that brings me to Jay (Manager) and the crew, I know I am in a great place. Aside from their great "old school" customer service approach, their diagnostic skills of the problem and several options of recommended service are outstanding! They have saved me $$thousands! I have had several occasions to utilize their services and I always feel like I'm being taken care of by family! You can not find a better car care or excellent customer service anywhere! Love these guys! read more
