I think Pete's Complete Auto should put their warranty policy on their invoice's so when their is a problem with the work that is perform you would know what to do. The mechanic that does front end alignment should be train on the equipment . They replaced the inner and outer tie rod's and pitman arm on my truck. I pick up the truck and would not steer right pulled hard to the right. I took the truck back to have the problem resolved. Alec is the owner he should have helped me with my problem instead he had the employee see what was wrong. He tells me I was LO - CO and if I wanted for him to put it on the lift it would cost more money. I had already spent $2200.00 at Pete's Auto. Alec should have gone the extra mile to help his customer. They claim family owned and safety first. I told them I was going 1300 miles on a trip and wanted to make sure the front end was done right but it was not align properly . I drove the truck fighting it all the way up the highway barely making my destination. When I arrived I had to take the truck to another mechanic and paid for another alignment and had to buy two new tire's because they were so worn . Tire's that were just purchased before Pete's Auto got their hand's on it. I am out $400.00 more dollar's.As I stated I went back to have Alec to fix the steering problem to no prevail. So when I asked about his warranty policy he stated that he back his work 100%. Not in this case. When Pete's Auto was owned by Pete and his wife they made sure everything was up and up. Alec must not realize the CUSTOMER 'S are the one's who put BREAD and BUTTER on his table. He should treat his customer's with a little more respect and if their is a problem that arises he should be the one that deals' with the customer not the employee's. I have lost all my trust in Pete's Complete Auto . read more

I had my truck fixed there. Had work done on the rear end when finished I had notice the axle was riding crocked . I took it back they stated they had replaced it in the wrong setting on one side. They stated the front end need the work's so I said while the truck was there fix it. They fixed everything inner outer tie rods and the pitman arm hen done I could not steer the truck to the right with out the truck hopping and several placing the truck in reveres . So I tok it back to have the allignment checked . They told me I was LO CO in spanish thinging I did not understand what they were saying . Then said if I want for them to put it on the lift it would cost more money. So I drove the truck . Not even a weak my front tires that I just purchased two weaks before Petes auto they are totally bald do to the fact that the front end was improperly alligned . I toook the truck to another mechanic he fixed the front end and said I am lucky I did not kill my self or someone eles. read more

I just moved to Florida and have a 16 year old foreign car. In a car this old the cigarette lighter is my only outlet to charge my phone and connect it to the internet. I found Pete's on Google and went there after reading all the good reviews on Yelp. Alex and the staff were friendly and professional. More important then that, Alex was honest. He checked my electrical system and found there was nothing wrong with my car and it was the device I was using was faulty. They were more then fair on charging me for their time. Alex was very proffessional and it is true, this is really a Complete auto service. We handed in our Jeep for reparation, and Alex has been so helpful. He ordered spare parts, has always been responsive to us, kept a very friendly and regular contact throughout the process. In addition, he has helped with transport to ship our car over to Scandinavia. I highly recommend this company and would like to thank Alex again for all the help. Just got my truck oil changed here and although I'm generally wary of businesses with 5 star reviews this one is spot on. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoys what he does. With no prior appointment they were able to get my truck in and done in no time, all the while I was able to wait in their air conditioned waiting room. Unfortunate to have to leave this review…read more I originally brought my 2020 Subaru Forester to Atlantic in March 26 for a new AC evaporator core & expansion valve kit. The dash had to be removed for this to be installed. Unfortunately, the issues with the shop began even before the work started. I made an appointment and dropped off the car......and the car sat untouched for 6 days. No call, no update from the shop. I was without a car for 6 days when I didn't have to be. Once the job was completed (9 days in total) I noticed that there was a crack in my dashboard that was never there previously. The car was also filthy and I found a half eaten chicken wing in the back seat. At the time I did not complain, or leave a bad review, but I wasn't happy. For the next 2 months I noticed there was a mildew, wet smell in the car that I could not get to the bottom of. Forward to late May. When I started the car, my dashboard lights went crazy. I took the key out of the ignition and the dashboard lights did NOT turn off. I took my car to Subaru and they diagnosed the problem. The bottom line is, when Atlantic re-installed my dashboard they forgot to attach the AC drip hose. AC drain water was leaking into the cabin under my carpet for 2 months and caused corrosion and a short in my CAN harness bus lines. Subaru told me that I have to replace my instrument cluster harness and the harness that runs to the back of the car. So, now that I know that this dashboard short was caused by Atlantic's negligence, I brought my car back to them in (Jun 1, 26). After speaking to the management, I find out that my car has again been sitting for 4 days and no mechanic has touched it. Once again no call or update from the shop. The customer service belies Atlantic's google reviews. Atlantic refused to reimburse me for the diagnosis from Subaru and my rental car bills, even though it was their mistake. They say I should have brought the car back to them before I went to Subaru. This does not hold up. Why would I bring it back to them for electrical problems when I had my AC fixed there? They did fix my dashboard and now say the car is fine. The car now has a terrible mildew smell from the AC drain leak. I would not recommend this shop.
