If I could give the no stars I would! Was referred to them by a neighbor to change my Cadillac converter under the manifold, few days later check engine came back ok went back and they tried to convince me it was my other converter and needed to replace the other ones as well, after I got a second opinion turns out they did a bad job and left things lose inside my manifold which causes a leak which cause my engine light to come Back on. ITS NOT OVER! After they "tighten" there mess up and apologize for not catching it when I came back. My engine light came back on! So I called a mechanic to get a second opinion & turns out they stole my intake hose and replaced it with a smaller one so now my car is skipping because air is coming in through the hose that they replaced for my original that they stole from my car. For the cherry on top they forgot to put back all My screws so now not only do I have the wrong hose but I have missing screws as well! 0/10 They can not be trusted! I brought my 1998 BMW in for an estimate since the Air Conditioner was not blowing cool air. The tall gentleman at the service counter informed me that I would need a new compressor, new A/C belt, new Drier, new tensioner, and new pully. They did show me that the belt was broken. Since the estimate seemed really expensive, I asked them to repair the belt, but he told me he could not since the compressor was locked. The total estimate by service technician Tyrone,(I believe that was his name) was $1925 + tax = about $2000. Not feeling too comfortable with the estimate, I proceeded to take my car for a second opinion at a honest, local place that I used before.( Bob's Auto repair in Sunrise) Long story short, told me my compressor was fine(USA was charging $890 just for the compressor) my drier was fine and that ALL I needed was a new A/C belt, tensioner, Pully & shock. I authorized the repair & my A/C now is blowing cold & works perfect!! I saved $ 1550 dollars by getting a second opinion. Moral of the story: ALWAYS get a second opinion on a substantial repair and only do business with ratings 4 stars or higher!!! Either the mechanic at USA was totally untrained Or USA is dishonest. They never make a job as simple as it should be and try to explain a major fix when the problem is minimal. I've been going there for years and every time I bring a car for something small it ends up being a thousand dollar fix. Last time they convinced me to fix my timing belt for a problem and it didn't resolve the issue. DONT GO THERE. read more

BEWARE!!! I bought my BMW to this company on March 31st 2023. I had a drive train malfunction that lit up in my vehicle. This company told me that it was my timing chain and it will cost me $2,900 to fix. I said okay and left my vehicle there. I picked it up on that Monday April 3rd and they said it was fixed. I was charged $400 dollars extra ($3,300). I paid and left. I drove it home and the next day I drove the vehicle and the error came up again. They asked me to bring it back which I did. They kept it overnight then told me that my computer lost it's memory and it would cost me an additional $250, but I refused to pay. They said they would cover it, and when they fixed it they said my car was ready and fixed. The next day the light came on again. I bought it to them again and they fixed a sensor and he said they even drove my car to homestead, about an hour away on the weekend then said it was fixed. The next day the light came on again and they asked me to bring it in for the 4th time. I said no, then the owner Tyrone said that if they couldn't fix it, they would give me my money back. Well I bought it in and they weren't able to fix it. I then took my car to BMW and they told me that the timing chain was the original timing chain that my vehicle was built with and it was never changed. The company lied and took my money, and even when I went back to them to let them know what BMW said, they refused to give me back my money. They are scammers. There was a lady behind the counter working there who went on to tell us that she didn't work there and that she was only helping out for the day. I have been a customer of theirs for well over 10 years. And they have progressively gotten worse. They know how to fix cars, but they do not know how to properly diagnose a problem. Recently I spent $2058.60 on my air conditioner. A few days later it stopped working again. Now they say I need to spend another $400 for a part they did not replace. I asked them what they spent all that money on. Thai told me hoses and tubes. I will be taking all my vehicles to another mechanic from now on. Thai needs to retire... because he does not know what he's doing! If you need your oil changed, they could be good at that. But I would watch them to make sure they don't break anything while changing your oil... I would not trust them to do any other work! read more

I brought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan into USA Auto because my check engine light was on. I spoke with a representative who put it on the computer for one hour and came back and told me that my contactor for the Ambient Air Sensor had been smashed and I required a new one. I paid $296.76 ($89.95 for the diagnostic charge, $75.62 for the sensor (an approximately 94% increase over the cost at a local auto parts store and I know you do not pay that, and $112.11 for labor). I was told the part would be in the next day and I would receive a call. On June 9th, I received a call and brought the minivan back. After installing the contactor, I was informed that they could not clear the light from the dashboard and that I now required an entire fuse box. They would find out the cost and call me. When I got home, my daughter told me that if I cycled the key in the ignition 3 time from on to off, leave the key in the on position and wait 5 seconds a code would be displayed on the instrument cluster where your miles are displayed. It did with the code "P0073". When you look up code P0073 you find out it is the ambient air filter. Why did your mechanic have to put it on the computer for one hour? I say he did not and just charged me for 1 hour at a rate of $89.95 because he could. I then spoke to my son-in-law's mechanic who told me that if the fuse box was bad nothing would work. He said I should disconnect the battery for 5 minutes that if there were no other problems the board just had to clear to reset. I waited 5 minutes and it was clear. When your office called to give me a cost of almost $800.00 to replace the fuse box, I told him what I had done, and he said that "the light might come back on. Is that not the most ridiculous thing a mechanic could say? Either the fuse box is broken, or it is not and evidentially mine is not broken. I wouldn't go back there on a bet. Susan read more

They changed my altinator and charged 200$ more then ever other place...went a week and my car shut off...the guy didnt tighten the bolt so it fried the wires almost needed a brand new altinator..ran a 89$ diagnoatic and didbt twll me i needed oil or my coolant was bad ir that i was leaking oil!! If you like being physically grabbed and your phone taken from your hands, this is your shop. Nour specifically told me he did not have the ability or machinery to do detailing jobs. After the fact, when he saw he had been paid for these services he "performed" them. One minute he said he did them himself, next he said he took my car to a detail shop. He was supposed to have steamed and power washed the under carriage. He did not own a steamer or a power washer. When I got my car back, the mileage for the day was .02. The car wash he said he went to is 1.1 miles from his shop. He certainly did not drive 2.2 miles that day. Unfortunately my Insurance Company, Geico (Justin Meacham, Adjuster) paid him, to my dismay, despite the fact that he was not supposed to do this work Nour lied. Justin Meacham and Geico will be dealt with on their own. I could go into much further detail. Suffice it to say, this shop does not do the work they claim to do. Worst service ever. I trusted this people for a simple oil change and filter. They placed a bad filter in my car that almost damage my engine it started smoking. I had to take it to another place to have the same service done and had to pay again. I went to them and took them the filter and showed them so they can see with there own eyes. They didn't want to return my money. The manager was really disrespectful and rude. They put on my receipt that do to a bad filter placed in the car will give a service for free. This has a steel protector plate . 2..... 1/2 X 1 ... bolts that hold .. its on a hinge assembly in the rear...... Manager came in and said it will be $10.00 to remove these two bolts.. NEEDLESS to say . i told them to LOWER it down .. forget it Trying to back it OFF the lift they almost RIPPED OFF the lower water controls .. without adjusting the lift without me there . it would of cost me AT LEAST $15.000 in new fiberglass side .and water system ...be advised to STAY AWAY .. read more

Went to this location because I knew it due to getting the $15 oil changes, so I wasn't a stranger to them. I keep it light when working with them. No major work will they do on my vehicles because they love to tell you EVERYTHING that is wrong with your car when you never asked. So I only went strictly for oil changes. I now have a vehicle that came with a warranty that was supposed to completely cover oil changes. When I came today I asked the man to check and see if the warranty was honored here he said, "yes, we work with extended warranties". Never did he leave me to check and see how the warranty would work at their shop. So I allowed the oil change to be done. It took a minute, but I was ok. I waited patiently. During that patience not once was it mentioned that the warranty only covered $20 dollars worth of the oil change. Not once. Now what if I didn't have the money to cover that? Or what if I didn't want them to do the oil change? They come bring me a bill of $50 for what was supposed to be a covered service. WHAT! Needless to say I was pissed! You came to me to tell me about my cars other conditions and how you can give discounts on that, yet you couldn't muster up the respect to tell me I would have to cover the remaining part IF in fact I chose to go with getting the oil change done with you all? Come on. That says crook all over it. I will not be making the mistake of going back there again. Not even for the cheap oil changes. Thought I'd found a great place, but I'd never go back! They put in fan relay switches, never hooked them up and left the old ones connected, pretty sure this was to get a return visit and more money from me. Last visit they told me my brakes needed adjusting and cleaning..........I have self adjusting brakes!! Another scam to get more money out of me. After having my air conditioning worked on I had a banging noise, 5 return visits and they never did get it fixed. I would NOT recommend them! read more
