    Great craftsmanship, good customer service. I've been to Hubcap Heaven for wheel damage, curb burns, and refinishing.. Bill and staff meets the bar every time.. GOOD JOB!

    I didn't interact, hence the 3 stars - they were RESPONSIVE, though. Minutes...so 5 stars for that...they just didn't have what I needed.

I hired them to fix the curb rash on all four of my OEM Range Rover Sport wheels and caps. They said it would take a day which turned into a day in half. Not a big deal. Prior to picking up my vehicle they recommended over the phone to also get new caps. I couldn't remember the condition of my caps so I said yes let's clean the entirety of the wheels up. Within a few days of driving my car I noticed one of my new caps had turned completely silver. When I looked closer it read DODGE! I reached out immediately to Ubreakwheelfix and they said they could fix it. When discussing it in email their reason for this issue kept changing. When I arrived in person they said it had to be a Dodge cap because that wheel bore was too big and needed this creative strategy ‍. They tried to glue another cap on which fell off by the time I drove home. I started the email communication with them again. By now realized they had damaged the bore and that's why now the Range Rover caps won't fit anymore. They told me not to go to the dealership because they would recommend a new wheel. Because of my great relationship with North Dade Land Rover I stopped by to have them look at it. They laughed at me and said that Ubreakwheelfix damaged my bore and that I will now need a new wheel. Before writing this 1 star review I asked Ubreakwheelfix to please replace this damaged wheel and we can call it good. They responded very unprofessionally! I am now in the process of purchasing a new wheel. New wheel plus painting and mounting will run me another $1,000.00!

My car has tires from a completely different company however the guy at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient! He took a look at my tires and gave me a few honest options and looked up if he was able to order the tire I needed from outside factory ... nothing seemed in stock so he recommended where to go that definitely carries my brand .     I drive a Toyota Camry 2001 (approx. 150,000 miles), consistently maintained. On 1/31/2026 I…read morereturned due to proximity and time constraints, as this is my only vehicle. In my experience, the $59.99 diagnostic appears to rely primarily on the customer's description. As a non-mechanic, I can only describe symptoms--not diagnose root causes. On 2/26/2026, I explicitly requested a full and honest evaluation to determine whether it was worth continuing to invest in the car or replacing it. I was told the issues were "minor" and that the car was worth keeping. However, one repair led to another, and the total cost escalated to $3,300, which was significantly different from what was initially discussed. After picking up the vehicle, I immediately noticed new noises and vibrations that were not present before, affecting both drivability and my sense of safety. I returned the next day. After keeping the car for a few hours, I was told they could not find any issue and was asked to drive it myself. The strong noise was no longer present, but the vehicle has not driven the same since, and additional engine noises remain. I did not receive a clear explanation of what occurred. Instead, I was left feeling as though my concerns were being dismissed. However, I was given a new estimate of approximately $1,200 for additional repairs. Following the 2/26/2026 visit, I also noticed an engine cover was no longer present without any prior communication. Additionally, I brought the car back three times for a belt-related issue. The manager stated: "the good news is we didn't charge you for that repair." My response was: "I already paid to have it fixed, and it was not resolved." Multiple visits for the same issue do not represent a completed repair. My last time there was 4/23/2026. Based on my experience, the service process felt rushed and final verification of the vehicle before delivery may not be consistent. I have also had to repeatedly request that no one eat inside my car while using the A/C. On one occasion, the interior was left with a strong food odor that took two days and a deep cleaning to remove. During one of my visits, I perceived staff laughing while I was explaining my concerns. I felt my concerns were minimized rather than taken seriously. I took my vehicle to another mechanic. I was informed that I now face approximately $3,000 in additional repairs, including issues identified in areas related to the previous work performed. Imagine my surprise. At this point, I do not feel confident returning to this shop, even to address warranty-related repairs. Based on my experience, I am concerned about the consistency of the work and the lack of communication. Neither the owner nor the manager has been available to speak with me directly, and the front desk staff were unable to provide clear answers, even when I sent two emails to the company. Overall, my experience has involved multiple visits for unresolved issues, lack of clear communication, unexpected costs. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

So Ill go back instead driving all the way to my tire guy in Dania. I went back by myself to purchase two used front tires. I was charged $75 per tire first off. I couldn't understand why. They charged my grandson $60 for a tire. The following weekend after purchasing the tire. I went to my mechanic for frontend repair work. He said by the way that front tire on the left is bad you need to change it. I went back to 7-11 Tire. The gentleman first asked for a receipt. Then he said we don't have tires for your car. I said BUT you sold me these!! Then he said well it's a used tire. It says right there no warranty on a used tire. This was a week later. I didn't even notice it was a bad tire. I'm sure they knew when I left it was a bad tire. As I left the men were just watching. I thought it was odd. It was totally different than before; when I went with my grandson. They basically dismissed me. I'm out of $75 dollars and still have to purchase a tire. I have been other places and if they make a mistake; they give you a replacement and honor the replacement. Just letting you know beware of their practices!!!

    I strongly recommend staying away from this location…read more I brought in four brand new wheels, two new tires, and asked them to reuse two of my existing tires. The car stayed in the shop for about five hours. When I picked it up, I drove home and parked it -- I didn't even drive the next day. The following day, as soon as I pulled out of my driveway, the tire pressure warning light came on. I stopped, removed the wheel, and discovered two holes punched in the inner sidewall of one of my reused tires. The holes had been plugged with screws and covered with black glue. It was clear that the damage was caused during the tire removal process at Pep Boys, likely because someone punctured the tire by mistake to remove it more easily. When I returned to the shop, the staff were rude and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility. Only after I contacted Pep Boys corporate customer service did the store manager agree -- "as a favor" -- to order a replacement tire. She told me it would arrive in a week and sent me off driving on a damaged tire, which was unsafe. During that week, I experienced strong vibrations above 40 mph, worrying the tire could fail at any moment. I also asked that both rear tires be replaced so they would match in condition, but the manager refused. I ended up purchasing the second tire myself. Ironically, my tire arrived earlier than theirs, and when I came to check on the Pep Boys order, I learned they had ordered the wrong tire size. I was told to wait another week. When the correct tire finally arrived, Pep Boys refused to install it. I had both tires installed and balanced at Discount Tire, but the vibration at 60-70 mph remained. Thinking my new wheels might be defective, I almost switched back to my factory set. However, I asked Discount Tire to rebalance the two wheels Pep Boys had previously worked on, and after that, my car drove perfectly smooth. This proves Pep Boys damaged my property, failed to perform proper installation or balancing, and provided unprofessional and rude customer service at every step -- including from their regional manager. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would never trust this location with my vehicle again. Replying to "owners" message - case #268557 that was previously created with your customer service department. Unfortunately, no appropriate resolution has been provided so far.

    I had an 8:30 AM wheel alignment appointment at the Stirling Rd Pep Boys in Fort Lauderdale and…read morearrived at 8:25 AM. The manager, Michael, told me the wait would be over an hour and seemed surprised that I actually showed up for my scheduled appointment. When I questioned why the job wasn't planned properly or why I wasn't notified ahead of time, he told me to "get out" and said they didn't want my business. I've serviced all my 3 cars here for about 18 months, and this was by far the most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. Being spoken to this way by a manager is unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.
