Came here only to plug my tire. I had a small nail stuck in the middle of it. And it was right after work. So it was getting a little late. When I searched on the Yelp app. it was the closest place that was still open. I did hit up a couple of places first; and this place had the best prices. Also while waiting on the plug I just asked for a price of a new tire and it was priced well. So I definitely will come here to get new tires. read more

Beware, they will sell tires with holes in them. You will need to get them RE-replaced after leaving here. Their solution is to bring the tires back ... how? IF THEY ARE FLAT now. They don't offer tow services. So avoid this place to avoid issues. I will be disputing the charge and sending correspondence to the better business bureau. read more

I went to get an alignment done, but while I was there I also asked for a tire rotation. I am very hands on with my vehicle, but I don't own an alignment machine, so I thought I'd support a small business. I was watching as they did the rotation and noticed that they weren't tightening the lugs with a toque wrench, so they had no idea how tight they were. I know that my lugs required 100 lb/ft and guessing wasn't good enough. I asked them to use a torque wrench which they did (the only reason they received a second star) and decided not to do the alignment. There is a certain level of professional pride that was not displayed and as a consumer I assume that it is that way in all their services. read more

I brought my Tesla in, without an appointment, to replace a defective aftermarket TPMS. Doug took me in right away and worked on the car. He changed the sensor and showed me that it was reading on his machine, but the Tesla had not yet picked up the signal. He told me if it doesn't pick up the signal after driving it a while, bring it back. After a couple of days, the car was still not picking up the sensor, so I brought it back. Doug worked on it for some time, and exhausted every method he knew of to repair it, to no avail. I was okay with accepting defeat. Doug would not allow me to leave without refunding my money, even though I told him not to. You just don't see this type of integrity much these days. I appreciate it. I am GREATLY disappointed by the service received here. This place is an over all SCAM in all ways from pricing to service. To start off...over the phone they give you one price and then tell you another one once the service is completed based on how you look or how much they think they can up charge you. Very unreliable and untrustworthy! "if it's cash its this price, if its card its this price, oh plus tax ok". With all these "hidden fees" all of a sudden when they see a female they feel they can take advantage. Very shady. Second, I went there for a cracked rim to be repaired and leave there with not only a cross threaded lug bolt , but also a damaged hub port on a luxury car. Employee repaired the cracked rim (original problem) and brings me a cross threaded lug stud and tells me to go buy a new one without telling me the inside hub was also damaged. Within a few minutes of receiving their service and inspecting the car I come back to ask them to fix the damage their employee created and Mr. Doug says "they will not be responsible" and to "have a nice day". When I take the car to get the hub and lug bolt replaced in another more reliable shop within the same day, they said " I'm surprised they didn't offer to fix something so small". Goes to show they don't care about their customers. The more reliable shop I took the car to (on the same day) also found a nail which was probably purposely placed by this Hubcap heaven employee because it wasn't there prior to their service. Day before the car was inspected for a nail which is when we discovered the cracked rim which is why we took it to hubcap heaven in the first place. SCAM SCAM SCAM. SHADY business! read more

My mechanic told me that my car rim was bent and need to be repaired or replaced. He also referred me to Hubcap Heaven. The Tire Mechanic at Hubcap Heaven, checked the rim in question and could not find anything wrong with it. They also removed and checked the remaining 3 tires and still did not find a problem. Rather then selling me a new rim and sending me on my way, they were patient, honest and explain all option to possibly remedy the problem. I regret no getting the mechanics name that helped me but he did not charge me anything nor rushed me through the process. I had very specific high performance tires that were W(168mph) rated and they had an even higher rating, Y(186mph) (under the ZR rating system). To my surprise they had them in stock. In and out within 30 minutes. Super fast service and hospitable staff. The staff member that helped me out was super nice and even funny. Reasonable prices, fast service, kind and knowledgable staff. This place is Scam Central, total trash. I came in to buy a rim and had a new tire in my trunk for it. They put on the tire on the rim and acted like it was part of the quoted price. When I went to pay they charged extra for the work and never mentioned the costs up front. I was forced to pay though they did everything without discussing it with me, nor did I agree to it. Cherry on top? I walked away from their rocky lot with NOT ONE, BUT TWO.... TWO nails in another tire. Seeing how they sell tires (rim, wheels, etc.) that coincidence works out too well in their favor. So I came in to fix one tire, I got it done by them, and walk away with another problem that just *happens* to be caused on their lot. 100% not coming back. It's not worth it. They have a good strategy going, but it won't keep them in business for the long run. Place is absolute trash. read more

I accidentally scuffed the rim of my car. I shopped around and while everyone else was charging a ridiculous price for this, Hubcap Heaven was fairly priced compare to the damage of the rim. Shops said they needed to do a 2 tone paint job to fix this. Hubcap heaven said they just needed to file down the rim. I highly recommend them. I requested a quote directly through yelp and Caroline quickly responded with a price. Went in first thing the next morning and was out within the hour. The guys at the shop were very pleasant as well and they took the upmost care with my vehicle. Wish I took a picture of the after but as you can see Hubcap made the right assessment. read more

Sanford & Son? Sure looks like the same racket. My hubcaps on my nissan were becoming wore and chipped so I wanted to replace them with 4 used(reconditioned) hubcaps. I decided to pass by Hubcap Heaven which I soon realized was really "Hubcap Hell". But after checking Nissan's price at $90 per hubcap, $25 per used/reconditioned hubcap seemed like a deal. When I arrived at Hubcap Hell the dude at the front desk said they only had two hubcaps available for my car and that they're expecting more shipped to them in a week. So I bought the two they had and left my number for them to call me when the other two hubcaps arrive. They told me to drive to their location one block down the street to have the hubcaps installed.(They have two locations on the same street that are walking distance from each other) Oddly when I told the installer to put the old hubcaps in my trunk, he became fidgety and appeared perturbed. I started to suspect something fishy, but either way I changed my mind and threw them in the garbage bin closest to me. Not the following week but in two day's they called me claiming they had the hubcaps in. The minute I saw them I recognized them as my old hubcaps by the wear and tear. I was like these fruits are not going to try to re-sell me my own hubcaps as reconditioned hubcaps shipped to them lol ? So I didn't purchase the reconditioned hubcaps as Hubcap Hell alluded to. I actually bought back my own hubcaps that I left in the garbage. All Hubcap hell did was "spray paint" them silver, put a price on them and pretend as if they were UPS'ed to them. Ordered 2 center caps for my 1988 Nissan 4X4 from them because they said that they had them in stock. Called 10 days later since I had not received them. The lady that I talked with knew my order and apologized, told me they were sent the wrong ones, hmmm website said they had them in stock, and that I would have them in 14 days. 15 days later nothing, so I called back and was told to text them. I texted them, they texted back that they would look into it and nothing. 2 days later contacted Paypal to have them look into it and get a refund if they weren't legit. I got a refund, lucky for me, because I have read a lot of reviews about this company and the people did not get refunded. read more
