I had been putting air in a tire for almost a week. One other place would not patch it (just wanted me to buy a tire). I saw Ovieios, made a u-turn and pulled in. I had an amazing experience at this business. As close to a NASCAR pit stop as I have ever seen. Pros - all of them. The professionalism, appearance, response and overall performance was amazing. No one in an Ovidio shirt was motionless. They turned 5 cars while I was there. And, I was only there for about 25 minutes. I just had my 2017 Infiniti QX 70 work done by getting four tires at this place. Everything was fine until the gentleman who placed the tires told me that one of the lug nuts had an issue, upon my inspection I figured out that the lug nut was placed incorrectly and placed with an impact gun as opposed to a torque wrench, which is what's used to put the wheels in to tighten them to proper spec. This gentleman used an impact wrench upon doing that he crossed, threaded the bolt and stripped it. My issue with this is that they make it seem like I need to pay an additional amount to get this problem fixed, which is a problem the tech created.. I purchased used tires, and with a brake and TPS change, within a week, the tires were shaking. I attempted to go back to have them balanced, thinking it was just a minor issue, but the hours are similar to a bank. I took the tires to someone else to balance, and they showed me that both of the purchased tires were bad (bulging) from the inside. read more

I never write negative reviews but this time I was extremely disappointed. These guys were as nice as could be until they don't want to take responsibility for misdiagnosing an incorrect situation. They quoted to replace a bulb in a headlight $208 when I came back to get the car they said that it's not the bulb it's the module. . That's understandable except they wanted me to pay for the bulb even though what they claimed was the issue wasn't fixed . When I refused to pay for the bulb stating that it did t resolve the problem they then agreed to remove it but refused to give me the car unless I agreed to then pay a " diagnostic fee" which was discussed in advance and I told them " I only want the headlight fixed" and they said you need a bulb which that was misdiagnosed. Instead they act harsh and held the car ransom until and unless I agreed to pay them $65 for them to remove the bulb because it was not what was needed to fix the issue and because that didn't resolve the issue they were insisting that I pay for a bulb that served no purpose or pay for a diagnostic fee which was a way of ripping me off . When I said to him is this how you treat a customer his response was " we don't need customers like you"! Shameful behavior very rude . Im in my late 60's and don't react to that type of behavior or that attitude treatment nor would I stoop so low and . I just paid him the $65 and move on and away from business owners that play that game . Very uncool read more

My new spot for tires. My boyfriend recommended this place and said they've saved him a fortune and the tires are good quality. Very affordable tires, say no more!!! (Ex: the new tires for the sentra were $70 each! - that included tax, balancing, & disposal. $70 out the door & they have the standard warranty). The place isn't big and they don't have a car lift, but they work fast to get you back on the road. I think I was only there about 20 mins and got two new tires. No frills, cheap prices, quick service , & no pushy sales tactics to get you to buy more. You rarely find it anymore now-a-days. They also have a nice selection of rims to choose from. I will note that paying was little confusing since there's a cell phone store next to it and that's where they accept payments. Other thanthat everythingwas seamless. On plus side though - there is a Sedanos grocery store super close ( like 2 mins walking distance) so you can grab a quick bite while they put the tires on. read more

This place is an absolute nightmare. They said I wasn't in their system but I've been here before. I had my four tires replaced here and a tire blew the next day. I have a two month old and a wife and thank God nothing happened. Upon returning to the shop and telling them my concerns they told me that if I really cared for my family then I would have bought better tires. Now I'm being charged for the labor to replace the tire that they gave me. This isn't a way to treat a customer. DO NOT go to this place if you are looking for a lift on your truck or suv, to start off the person in the phone told me one price and it changed once I was already there then a simple leveling lift kit went totally wrong when my truck FELL OFF the whatever lift stand they used. They called me and said sorry that they will take care of it which is fine and great except my truck is only a year old and never been even scratched but I get it accidents happen, but then my truck sent to a body shop that did a very poor job on the paint and I had to take another day off from work to have my truck fixed agin. At this point I didn't want anything to do with this tire shop that thought they can do a lift kit on my truck but three into finally having my truck back I realized that my truck was pulling to the right which meant it needed a alignment, which I had already done with this same shop after the lift so I called the owner and he said not a problem bring it in anytime and we will take care of it which again that's great that they wanted to fix the bad job they did with my alignment. So it's been more that 30 days since I got the lift and alignment on my truck and with the holidays and my recent purchase of a house I hadn't had time to take my truck in so they can fix the bad job they did, so I got there today I spoke to the lady up front which she has great customer service she said that she had to ask the owner because it's been longer than 30 days that I got the work done on the truck. The OWNER told me that it's been more than 30 days so the best he can do is charge me $60 instead of $80 to do A alignment on my truck mine you this is the same owner that his shop dropped my new truck and his people did a bad alignment job on my truck, that I could bring my truck in at any time so he can make it right. I did some research unlike this tire shop that think they can do lift kits, go to find out it is highly recommended to get your truck alignment redone 30 days after you have a lift kit installed which I called the original shop that I was going to send my truck to get the lift kit done which is Country Tires that they do lift kits everyday there! And they said that yes you should get the truck alignment done 30 days after you lift the truck which is included in most shop price. So I don't really write reviews too often but what this shop has done to me is Beyond horrible service, I truly don't know how the OWNER thinks that the way all this went down he wanted to charge me for a second job done by his shop. I highly advise do not go there for a lift kit tires are great though. But that's about it. read more

Don't go there. Went over there to have high speed balance on tires. Did not have my locks for my wheels so they told me they would sell me the key. The tech gave me a price for the key when it was time to leave the owner gave me a different price. To avoid problems i paid the higher price. Took the truck home and had a noise on my front wheel removed the cap and 2 of the nuts were not tightened that i was able to remove with my hand. Do not go here!! Workers are great however the owner is a complete thief. I was sold a bad and dry rotted tire. I live 45 mins away and got home and 4 hours later my tire was completely flat and truck was on the ground. So i pumped the tire up and brought it to a place up the road from me where they couldnt believe that they sold me this tire. It was dry rotted and leaking in at least 5 spots. The next day I drove the tire back down to ovidios and told them i was sold a bad tire and wanted a refund. Employees had to call the owner where the owner told me he would not refund me my money and i should have brought the tire back to him. Why would i drive 45 mins one way to let him put a tire on my truck and be late for work? Long story short i got the owner on the phone and he hangs up the phone and threatens to call the cops on me for asking for a refund on a dry rotted tire he sold me the day before and the only deal i got was to change my oil and give me a 13 dollar cash refund. Why couldnt i just get a full refund? All i wanted was my money back for a bad tire that was sold to me and was forced into something else. I feel completely ripped off. If you are going to let them do work you better make sure it is done right cuz if there are any problems there will be no refunds. Who would want to go back to a place who doesnt get it right the first time? Why should i have to keep going back after you sold me a very bad tire? Once again the owner hung up on me and threatened to call the cops for asking for a refund. What kind of business is that? I was not violent or out of control in any way. I will never go back to this place or allow any friends or family to go here and urge all of you to not even attempt this place. While accommodating daily chores through my lunch hour I decided to go visit Olvidio Tires as recommended by some friends. I've heard many reviews of their prompt and polite service. Unfortunately my expectations were not for filled. My interactions occurred while I was receiving my new tires, during the entire service the mechanic attending was very confusing as to the quality of the tires I was receiving. I one point he told me they were good tires and at the next moment he was telling me that they were not good and he had to replace them with other tires. Then left him alone and he continued to be offensively yelling at other mechanics in reference to my car, something about the tires were mine or not mine something childish along those lines. When I asked what was the problem I was ignored then treated sarcastically only to find out that my tires were not available which was a lie because I witnessed them being placed on my car. When I reproached my mechanic in confusion and concern for the services I was receiving. He yelled at me saying that I had a mass confusion on the tires. At this point I dismissed all conversations and when my car was available and ready I went to the service counter to check out. What I want to pay I ask the customer service representative that if I could please receive some form any form of discount for the rude behavior I received from the mechanic. The customer service representative was very polite said she couldn't assist me with that but would get the owner on the phone. To make a long story short, after the owner heard the entire situation, said "since I wasn't there to see it then it never happened and that's your problem". My return, was simply if I could please receive a discount and this conversation will go no further and I would be content. She continued to explain that No she was not and it was my problem to deal with her employee. I even went further to explain that I would publicly make a review of her comments. She said I am free to do whatever I want. Shoppers be aware sometimes Olividio Tires may have a bad day and when they do they will take it out on you and the owner will not rectify the situation.
