    This location was available for me to drop my truck off at 7:00am. The services I required were a tire alignment and check up. I arrived at 11:34 am to get my truck and surprise...they hadn't even started. I know your saying 4.5 hrs is a long time for a professional company to do a job but you haven't been to this location. Besides the fact that the young gentleman with the twist dreads when trying to access my account submitted my information to apply for a tires plus credit card (which I already have), I still decided to give the business another shot. This time upon entry and explaining that's it's been 4.5 hrs I was greeted by the same young man with an attitude. I asked to speak to a manger and was told "he's going to tell you the same thing". Which when he arrived another guy gave me excuses about how workers don't come in till 9, which still gives 2.5 hrs to get the job completed. It is now 12:24 pm and I finally got my truck back...they recommended I get a new battery but after this experience I definitely won't have them service my truck anymore. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have time to waste with lackadaisical young employees with nasty attitudes who use profanity while having conversations at the desk. You have been warned.

    Buyer beware, online quotes does not cover labor or alignment.. quoted tires were not in stock would take 4 to receive from Orlando.. Ended up paying 170 over quote Forget to mention to see my posted pic's ... Make sure to check all tires were mounted with the same tire wall facing out.. Unfortunately, I have 3 fires with the boldface lettering and one with small lettering (suppose to backside of tire)

    Tires plus service is average at best. Don't ever use a tires plus credit card they have steep fees for late charges.

Christian kept us informed about the status of our tires and let us know when all 4 tires were in and confirmed that we were set for our upcoming appt. We dropped off the car on the day of our appt and were told that it would be ready in 2-3 hours. The car was ready within that time frame. My daughter picked up her car and was happy with how her new tires felt. Later that night, her low tire pressure came on. When she was able to pull over in a safe area, she got out to check her tires and saw that one of them went flat. She normally has an air pump in her car for emergencies but we had taken it out and forgot to put it back in so we drove to where she was and filled the tire back up with air so that she was able to drive it home. Since this was Saturday night and they were closed on Sunday, she had to wait until Monday to call. When she called on Monday and told them what happened, they told her to bring her car in and they would look at it. After checking with their Corporate Office, they agreed that they would replace the tire at no cost. It was very simple and so nice that we didn't have to argue with them. What great customer service! We won't hesitate to come back the next time we need new tires.

Now, they have an impossible time quoting high-performance tires, never call back even after visiting the store for a quote, and refuse to provide any discounts; it's unbelievable. Within 15 minutes of leaving Goodyear, I went to two competitors on Weston Road and had immediate quotes. They lost their entire management team, and it shows. I wish them well!

The service department did not communicate properly with the insurance inspector and failed to represent me professionally. They told me the ABS system needed replacement and tried to charge me $7,000 for it. When I refused to pay and said I wanted to return the car to Alfa Romeo, they offered to buy my $30,000 car for only $5,000 -- completely unacceptable. My service advisor was extremely rude, and when I dropped off my car, the hood release handle was not broken. But when I picked it up, it was broken -- and they claimed it was already like that. After getting the car back, I started hearing noises from the front wheels. When I called them again, they wanted to charge me $500 for a diagnostic fee, even though any service should be covered under warranty. The advisor, the manager, and the entire service team were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Don't bring your Alfa Romeo here.

I was actually, looking for other dealerships for future service. Then I noticed all of the contacts that I had listed, had once again changed. So, try one more time? Took a roll of the dice and chose first available service representative, and up popped Jorge Rivera! Upon arrival at Rick Case meet with Jorge who seemed both pleasant and knowledgeable; first time that I ever spoke to anyone there who actually understood the mechanics of an automobile. Then it got even better with a no hustle explanation of what was required for this particular service. Jorge has saved Rick Case a customer and quite possibly the dealership. What a turn around, I actually departed with a smile. Oh, and he completed the service in record time, shaving 2 hours off of my last visit. Kudos to Rick Case for finally getting it together, and hiring the proper personnel!

I will give a pretty short and concise review of this place. They already wasted about an hour and a half of my time and I am not going to give much more of it to this unprofessional place. They are deceptive, they like to bait and switch and they go radio silent when there is an issue. I am glad they showed their true colors, so if I choose to get an Alfa Romeo in the future, I will not come here. I will say the guy I test drove with, Alex, was very nice and gave me clear answers to my questions. I think the real issue here is management. I was supposed to be given potential monthly payment rates and the manager never came back. I waited and waited. How odd that the manager would not give me any payment options. There were no customers there. He was not busy. Beyond that, they engage in the 'ole bait and switch tactics of many of the "sleazy" car dealerships out there. I thought more of Rick Case Automotive group but it looks like this place plays the same game.

Prior to my purchase I visited 3 other dealerships and eliminated 2 because the people needed retraining or another type of work A few weeks later I hand washed my car and found some scratches on the A pillar and on the silver molding around the passenger window. Claudio was on vacation so I visited the dealership and asked for a sales manager. I met Ernesto, told him about the scratches and about me not receiving my vehicle registration. I showed him the scratches and with no hassle he made a call and Louis from the body shop took the car to work his magic. Ernesto introduced me to Dane from Finance who got on the computer and printed out registration and answered a few questions I had regarding the registration and title. When Louis returned with my car he showed me where the scratches had been and what he had done. It all looked like new. He did a great job. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Pre-sales, purchase and post sales all good. I looked up Ernesto on the dealer website, General Sales Manager. It's easy to see why he has that position. Get's things done. Full transparency, when I had mud guards installed, with no fault of the service advisor, it took 4 hours to install 4 mud guards. The car, Tucson Hybrid. is great but people make the company. He took his time to explain things, even if it meant repeating himself. He wanted to make sure that she was making a conscious decision and he wanted to make sure that she had the knowledge. He did not pressure her at all. And that's what we appreciate in a car salesman, not trying to make the sale just to make the sale. Six hours later, the deal was sealed, and she left with the car that she fell in love with. It was much cheaper than the Lexus by hundreds. Everyone was super sweet and very helpful.. We also worked with Mia, I believe she handles the paperwork of things. She was very helpful as well. And Sean from finance was very quick and thorough. Definitely recommend Rick Case Hyundai of Davie.
