When I went and renewed my contract the check they gave me bounced and the financial institution ban me from doing business with them because I was now considered high risk. After that happened no one called to apologize or offer compensation no nothing .current situation Long story short I had some identity fraud so a my assets are frozen I was not able to make a payment and I called set up and arrangement and advise I would pay and let them know what was going on. So then I send in my payment via mail cuz that's all I can do at this point and then they still came and took my property 2 days later and just to give you context of I was 41 days late not even 60 or 90 days and after speaking with Collections they wanted me to pay the whole thing back advise that is not fair especially since I am a customer who satisfied her first financial terms with you so and they said they could bring it down to $1500 mind you I owe only $490 and that's with late fees and they said it's $395 for the towing and than additional $600 for first they said interest then they said fees then they said In the policy that they are subject to charge what they want. After back and forth they gave me the recovery company information and when I contacted them they were asking me questions that I had no answers for because the company didn't advise me on certain procedures so then I call Credex back they put me on hold said someone would call me back no one did called back and was told the same thing and they have not called back. This by far is the most unbelievable situation I have been in. They could have the decency to return my call or actually waive a fee or put the interest back on the loan so I can afford to recover my losses because I just lose thousands in identity theft and instead of being understanding they are just making it worse. I've recommended so many people to them and I told everyone not to renew after this situation. So disappointing and disgusted. read more

RUN!!!!!! THIS IS A 110% SCAM The initial phone call is someone who tells you that you have been approved. Once you get there its a totally different story. Even though I was told that I was approved I was still told that I needed to be approved me which made no sense. I was also asked for a copy for my bank statement which I was not comfortable giving nor was I told on the phone that I need that. Then some guy with a heavy accent comes to ask me for my keys so he can check the miles on the car once I turned around he had left with my car without me authorizing him to do God knows what. After I asked him what was he doing with my car all he could say is inspection. When I asked him what was he inspecting he couldn't tell me. I asked him if he was a mechanic and he said no. After being told that "If I don't like it to go somewhere else" I pretty much had enough and walked out. This place will take your money and your car. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was approved for a title loan and had uploaded all documents needed to proceed and was approved. Credex called me to go and just sign paper work at Seguros Insurance at 2607 Simpson rd Kissimmee FL 34744. The woman there was giving me a hard time because I did not bring the Title to the vehicle not knowing that the title was electronically sent to the lenders from the DMV. The woman seemed agitated with me. After everything I told her her that her attitude toward me seemed aggressive and If everything was alright. She then lost control and yelled at me and kicked me and my 80 year old mother out of her office. I do not know how an unstable person can have a job like that. read more

Well they tell you over the phone yes I Have a 2018 Jeep Renegade, never crashed it's got 5000 Miles, all I asked for was 2000 dollars the car is payed for. They tolde yea yea when I got there all they did was ask for my Key's the guy drove then, took pictures of all my serial numbers and stickers on the door... At the end they said no I bought the car in September only had 450 miles. It has 5000 n change. I believe they do something with the serial#s n decals. Good life you go there... read more

Don't believe what said in the web page. For a 1,500 loan you finish paying 2,600 in just a year. Very disappointing because on the website tell you very different numbers. It should be just 109$ dollars of application fee and they charge me almost 400$ do get the Money but you finish paying almost double the amount. They said that the website its not update and Incan tell you would never be update because its there bite. But if you dont have a choice and can afford go for it. read more

If you are looking for a fast loan on your vehicle title they can help. But be prepare to pay crazy high interests. They don't explain all the hidden fees. On a 30 day loan, you will have to pay almost double of what they loan to you at the first place. Check a credit union or bank first. Use this place as your last option. read more

If you want to do a title loan without the hassel this is the place. Make sure you call them to know exactly what documents you need to bring. I was checking out another title loan place but that one was taking too long to approve everything, besides they were online and I had to upload documents. Its best you choose a company with a local office near you. At Credex, they checked my car on the spot. It was good to see a lot of people coming in and out to make their payments and nobody seemed frustrated. In about 45 mins of being in that office i got my check. The only negative side to this is you will pay close the double amount you borrow. Its a very expensive loan but if you are in a desperate financial situation they can help you. I really had no other choices and i will try to pay it up off fast. read more

Not to mention you get hit by unfair charges like late fees 15.00 If you mail your payment and the money order is date same as the postmark they will say it was a day late and still charge you 15.00 even tho by the post mark you should be protected by law . A tornado can come and they will not care , Federal holiday not their problem and if you refuse they will add up more late fees and interest .
