This Bank of America location used to be my regular location for my banking needs from High school…read moreuntil about two years ago... and pretty much the entire time I had a love/hate relationship with it...mostly hate. Lots of bad experiences here...too many to list thru the years. Why did I come back so often? Mostly because my family had a mortgage thru this bank and we were all too complacent to look for a better bank to bank with... believe me this isn't just a location issue. From the parking area is too small for the amount of customers, to the fact there is never enough tellers for the customers to just plain bad customer service. Recently I came by my old bank because I was in the area...and I still had some money left in my old account. Once again I was reminded of why I stopped coming here. Their indoor atm area...(they had an idea they could get rid of tellers by putting in indoor atms where is someone had a problem they could talk on the phone with someone who knows where to help...yeah no I come to the bank to talk to a live person....) had just one person and there was a long line for the two tellers they had on a Saturday morning. Why does Bank of America always have to few tellers? Their customers time should be important! It took me 30 minutes to get to the teller to ask for my money...no just no. I go to my new bank and I am in and out in less than 15. Crazy thing is I have waiting much much longer than 30 minutes at this location. Omg I remember how bad those lines ate when it's the first of the month....I would actually forgo going to the bank on those days if I could and just spend the week charging things to my credit card because I refused to be waiting for an hour or more. BTW what's the point of having a security guard who spends his time looking at his phone? Yes, I feel very secured. Just warning anyone who may come here.

I've been at this branch two times, and each one has resulted in a nightmare of issues. First time…read moreI deposited a large check... I already had money in my account. The teller made a mistake with the check deposit that caused small payments from my account days later to pull from my savings and incur overdraft protection. It turns out (after four hours of phone calls and trying to correct the issues) that the teller had not properly entered the deposit, which effectively put my whole account on hold rather than the deposited amount. Second nightmare happened when I went to withdraw some cash. The amount was $400, so a little more than lunch money. I went to one of their modern indoor ATM units, having never used one of those before, I thought they were cool. They aren't. The machine didn't dispense the money. The branch manager was less than helpful and had an assistant pretend to put me on a priority call to resolve the issue, whom lied to my face as he pretended an automated message didn't just inform him that I'd be waiting on hold for over an hour (he was on a handset, but the volume was loud enough that I heard it too), put it on speaker, saying an agent would pick up in a minute, and then the message about an hour wait repeated while he feigned surprise. Just what I need to build trust and confidence in my bank. Since that time I have been lied to by four more agents of Bank of America, first telling me the $400 would be in my account the next weekday, then that an investigation would take several weeks, and on another call the agent told me they saw the ATM reported a reversal and the money would be in my account in one day, then I was told three days, then I was told 45 days while they awaited information from the "merchant"... that would be themselves. Then I was told basically that all those people were wrong and that it would take 14 days due to my account being less that 90 days old. Mind you, the problem is that their indoor ATM machine which most certainly has been balanced in the five days since this happened didn't dispense the money to me, and reported this very problem according to an agent I spoke with on the day of the event. Yet, for the idiotic reason that my account where I've already set up auto deposit, moved all of my life over to, and also opened a savings and business account... all of that and they can't credit the $400 their ATM didn't dispense to me back to my account ... because I'm a new customer. They have literally stolen $400 from me and are not returning it to me, and I'm getting a runaround. They're treating me like a criminal. It's My money... not theirs. Due to their continued lies, double talk, and incorrect expectations, I've now wasted five hours on the phone being lied to and getting nowhere. If the last promise falls through again, I've already covered my bases by filing a police report of the theft, and I will follow up with that after ending my relationship with Bank of America.', despite the hassle that will cause. The current promise is 72 hours ... 2PM Saturday. ( and they told me they are open to do this Saturday). I'd give them "0" stars if I could. Oh- and one more disturbing nugget of information.... I asked one phone agent how often they deal with ATMs not dispensing funds (I've never experienced this before), and the answer was that they handle about 80 a week..... that's just one agent!!!
