After some research here on Yelp - I decided to find miami downtown traffic and headed over!! Parking wasn't as bad as I had thought, and was in and out in minutes. They were friendly, efficient and offered the best rate in town. If you need to exchange money I highly recommend going here. They gave me varying denominations to ease the hassle upon arrival in Europe !! I was told they have various locations through Miami. read more

Professional. Great rates.! Perfect. Can't ask for more. Would recommend. A+++++++¥++++++++++++++++++

Have been going there for years to buy and sell Euros. By far the best. Really nice people, rates without commission, quick and safe. Highly recommend it. read more

I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and also very helpful! I highly recommend this place!

When it comes to currency conversion, this is the best deal in Miami. The rates are lower here than every other place in the area even if it's just by a tad bit. Obviously, coming to downtown requires patience during certain hours of non stop gridlock but it also can be a quick stop during other times. After my horrid experience at another location mildly comparable to their rates, I came here and really saw the difference in service. Not only did I walk away with more bang for my buck, but I was a hop and skip away from the airport to catch my flight. They're open late and actually answer the phone which helps address concerns regarding specific exchange rates offered on certain currencies. As always, these rates fluctuate but they still maintain the best rates in all of Miami. Even if you pull out extra, if you come back with leftover funds you can simply convert them back to dollars here and save what you would've spent at the airport. It's a solid choice. Traveling is supposed to be fun but it can get hectic planning for it at times. This is a non-stressful way to make sure you're always strapped with cash abroad. read more

For many years, when traveling abroad, I would exchange dollars at the American Express office. Really, it was out of convenience because although the rate was decent, there was a fee attached. In preparing for a recent trip, I was surprised to learn that American Express had closed all their local offices. I knew ordering at the bank was a bad idea (expensive/time consuming), I explored other options. Learning about Euro Exchange through a friend. I followed up by calling them and was happily surprised to speak to a friendly and professional employee on the phone. She explained to me that there was no fee for the exchange and told me the exchange rate of the day, which was fantastic. She asked how much I needed and told me it was in stock. In person, they were equally as friendly and professional. Why oh why didn't I know about this place years ago??? This will definitely be my "go to" currency exchange store from now on. FYI - This is a "cash for cash exchange"...no credit cards or checks read more

Staff was very helpful. I exchange currency here every time I travel anywhere (usually 2-3 times a year). In the event they don't have the currency you need, call to preorder it. They will try to get it for you within a couple of days. read more

Giancarlo sent me a quote (Mexican pesos), it was quite close to the exchange rate and much better than the airport kiosks in both Miami and Mexico City. No nonsense at the counter. Call in advance and they'll get the currency you need. I'll use them again. read more

Great service and rates! Highly recommend, very fast answer to yelp messages and they set aside the amount needed so everything was ready when I got there read more

Today I came in early afternoon and let me tell you this place gets busy. There was only one girl and even though you could see that she was stressed out to the max her customer service is amazing. I believe her name is Indira. I changed some GBP and she informed me you have offices there. Nice girl. Thank you euro exchange read more

These people are great. They exchanged our money right before we went to Italy. Just call them ahead of time to let them know so they can have it ready for you. We didn't call them until an hour before and they were very helpful. It's fast and easy. Please check them out. No fees - you will thank me later read more

They offer the best rates on town. Been there several times to buy euros and they are competitive with their rates. Plus it's a clean and friendly place. Will keep returning whenever I have to travel abroad and buy foreign money. read more

Changed foreign currency to USD and pleasantly surprised I got working 1% of the rate I googled. Clean professional looking shop unlike some nearby places read more

I called on Friday to find out if they exchanged Euros for dollars and they said yes, that they were open on Saturday and Sunday. I drove over 10 miles on Sunday and they would only sell $500 per person. I wanted to purchase $3500 of Euros and they did not sell me anymore. Several people went in after me to purchase...??? I even said why don't you sell $500 to me and $500 to my wife, and they said No because we were together! Another guy who wanted more than $500 had to resort to buying a t-shirt and hat at a nearby store and came in looking differently to purchase another $500. I did not want to play games with them.... read more

After a long research, I came across with Euro Exchange USA and spoke over the phone with Martha, one of their cashiers. Not only was she polite but knowledgeable too and that will only add to my skepticism for what I continue my search. To my surprise the rate Martha gave me was the best in Miami-Dade, so I told myself "There is a catch some where, maybe their fees" but NO! I went and was attended by Gigi, she was phenomenal. Informative, knowledgeable, and to top it off she honor the rate that Martha gave me over the phone. So folks don't look any further, if you need currency exchange this people are the best in town, and YES no fees read more

Fast money at a good price. Ive exchanged Euro and Yen there and there is no better price in town.

Been coming here for several years exchanging Dollars and Euros in both directions. Always friendly over the phone, no hidden fees or surcharges. Only drawback: Parking sucks! LOL But they have a new downtown location that gives 15 minutes of validated parking!!! Call before going for parking confirmation! read more

Best rate in all Miami ! Very hospitable atmosphere, excellent service from staff called Kayla. Thank you again for your attention.

Very quick, courteous and accurate transaction. Clean atmosphere, right across the street from the First Street Station metromover, and the exchange rate was the BEST after searching around town. I'm a happy camper! Thank you for existing. read more

I was a bit reluctant to try a euro exchange place in Miami but I can now say that I am 100% satisfied with euro exchange miami. A week before my European vacation I contacted them & with a day or two I had euros delivered to my door step! Very convenient for a woman who was afraid to visit downtown Miami with a bunch of cash alone. Thanks again EEM! read more

I have been with Euro Exchange for three years now. I have had nothing but the most compatible price all around. I will continuously keep buying from them. I haven't found a better price plus the owner is excellent and fair. Don't look anymore, I doubt you will find a better price. read more

Best rates. Quick service. Great location. Use them for every trip abroad. Highly recommend.

It was great exchanging Euros at Euro Exchange. Best quote in town, no fees, plain and simple. Awesome service.

I was traveling to Spain and needed about €2000 so I decided to go downtown and visit my old friend at Abbot exchange. Like usual he didn't have enough Euros and turned me away like my time wasn't important. I walked to the corner and into Euro Exchange, a young lady by the name of GiGi who was very professional and helpful gave me a better rate than Abbot and of course without any fees for the transaction. The location is clean, both girls were very courteous, and they give you what they promise. I highly recommend them for your next exchange, and please go see Gigi. read more

On both occasions that I have visited Euro Exchange, Carlos has provided excellent customer service. Euro Exchange is most definitely the place to go for the best rates. read more

I needed to get Euros for a trip to France. I Messaged them on Yelp's message board and immediately received a quote from Giancarlo. I was surprised how quick he responded. The quote was good and there was no commission charge like some places do and he informed me they provide FREE VALET which it is needed when traveling to downtown Miami. It's my second time going here and they are reliable and true to their quote. obviously the market fluctuates. read more

Better rate than Wells Fargo--no extra fees or charges. I was initially hesitant about exchanging currency in a downtown shop, but this place was great! No long lines or waiting for a specific exchange agent; professional and efficient; and they offered a better exchange rate than my bank. Probably best for larger notes vs small change exchanges? Unsure whether this is the norm, but when I went, they only had larger bills (500€). read more

Do yourself a favor, and go next door to Miami Money Exchange. Two ladies behind the glass, and neither one was interested enough to look up from their computers to assist me. I informed them it was my first time exchanging currency (still didn't spark their interest). I asked about the card they advertise on their website--and was informed that they haven't offered that for months. I asked how much cash the ATM machine in their establishment offered, and how much it charges for withdrawals...nothing. I went on to ask if they knew of another ATM machine or bank nearby--slow nods no. I had enough--I walked next door, where I was immediately informed that there is a Chase bank two blocks down where I could withdraw up to $3,000 there without fees, and where I was treated from the moment I went in, till the moment I left, like a customer should be, always (same exchange rate too)! Value your time, and your sanity--go next door. read more

Very professional and courteous. Also convenient, since they are open on weekends too. They answer my phone call, (not very common in Miami). The guy is quick and precise, so the waiting is minimal, if any. read more

Efficient service and good staff compared to the other businesses on the street. Came in to change dollars to euros. Steps from metro station. Would recommend going here when in town. read more

After doing some research for money exchange in Miami, I came across a few options. Given the positive reviews for Euro Exchange. online, I decided to give them a try. After walking in they provided quick attention and were able to help answer some questions I had regarding fee and commissions related to money exchange. They mentioned that they had the best rates in town, which I found biased, so I decided to check a few stores that were within a one block radius. I was excited when I realized they indeed did provide me with the best rate for that day. I returned to the store to complete my exchange, content and confident that I had found the most cost-effective option for my exchange. After some small talk with the teller, where I had mentioned I was travelling to Spain, she informed me of their other offices located in Madrid and Barcelona. On my way out, I realized I had missed the 'Free Valet' sign for Euro Exchange customers! This is a great benefit, because if you're trying to park in downtown Miami it's nearly impossible without having to pay high garage parking fees! Will definitely recommend to my friends. read more
