Since I started using them my insurance has gone down quite a bit - they are always finding ways to lower my premium or alternatives. They are easy to work with and even better- they do it all by email/phone :) I am inlove - considering I am an online kinda chick.. Especially for tedious things such as buying insurance. YUCK! They make it pain free and quick!! I just found out - my premium is going down - AGAIN! Woohoo.. Great customer service. - I recommend them and will be a client until.... well.. Until they disappoint me :)

Most of them look pretty old, so I don't know if things have changed in recent years, but we had a good experience. Everything went super-smoothly, from pre-approval to closing. He walked me through every step; we had no issue getting approved for something that was well within our budget as per our pre-approval. Quite a few documents were required, but nothing that was too difficult to find/track down, and of course that's the norm. We got a great interest rate (3.75%), which he locked in for us on a day he said it was particularly low. I see a couple of people saying their interest rate changed right before closing; I am not even sure how that happened? It seems like if you have a fixed rate, they couldn't change it. Maybe those people had adjustable rate? I found them very responsive to inquiries and very willing to answer questions. They kept us updated on everything happening. We closed on time and are excited about moving into our new house!
