The Agent went over to the manager and lied on me then she yelled at me saying that I was bashing her character. I could not believe that this was taking place. I hope someone in their HeadQuarters could roll their tape back and watch this young ladies behavior and listen to what she was saying to me. But this review is simply about this specific branch. The bank itself is pretty big, located in one of lower end areas in miami if you want to describe it that way. The Bank of America workers are very nice and friendly. But dear lord. I don't know what it is but this Bank is the slowest branch I've ever experienced. I do not choose to come here unless it's the closest one I'm around at that specific moment. They do whatsoever work after hours if they couldn't finish your work till the bank closed. So I was in there till 6 pm the last time I got there. Trying to figure out about a fraud situation. So this is why I'm going to say this again. This is not against Bank of America or the workers in this branch. The case wasn't even an account fraud but had something to do with my credit and they realized it fast enough to prevent more damage. But yes as nice and caring as they are this branch needs a serious do over. Their system constantly failed and broke down. It was sad to see that these guys have to work under these circumstances. So hopefully they will be taken care of soon because this branch is going downhill because of it.

I had no clue that this location even existed. I was a little intimidated initially because they have these bullet proof glass doors at the entrance that are also equipped with metal detectors. Let me help you picture this. So you walk up to the door and you open it and walk through the metal detector. There's a tray for you to place any metal items in. All the while there is a red light indicating that you cannot pass through the second door just yet. Yes there are two doors. Once the green light displays which I think is controlled by the receptionist at the front desk, you may enter. The young lady at the receptionist desk and the teller counter were nice and knowledgeable of my needs. There was only one teller on duty but I am sure that was due to it being lunchtime. There were however how 3 account representatives available which is good for someone who needs that service. As you leave, you have to go through the same process but in reverse. You exit the initial door and it lets you know that the second door will open in 30 seconds. I mean I get the need for protection. Criminals are getting more desperate as the days go by and we all have lives and families that we want to go home to at the end of the day. I used to work for a bank myself so I understand that fear. As stated above, I had a great experience here and should I ever need to go back to this location, I will.
