No one with A&D Mortgage or with their affiliates, ever notified me nor my co-borrower of their decision. I'm assuming these seemingly incompetents disclosed our personal information to the property's new owners/occupants via mailed letters. In fact, I just got off the phone with one of their supposed supervisors who wasn't able to reasonably help me. Instead of resolving the situation, she opted to transfer me to an automated survey line while I was speaking. What a poor excuse for an associate.

We just purchased a house listed by this agent. Buyers…read morebeware!!! Yes, seller agents control most of the process in Florida but even if you accept an "as is" agreement, buyers deserve to be treated fairly and ethically. Long story short, here is a summary of our experience for any other potential buyers. Sellers agent failed to delivery a fully vacant and clean house. Upon final walk through trash furniture and unwanted furniture was left in the property despite request that every thing be removed. A large refrigerator was left behind as well despite us not wanting it and it not being included in the sale. Surprise to us, sellers agent never removed the fridge and now we know why. Last night, July 19th 2022, I moved the fridge and it was hiding a mold infestation. I have the pictures and text messages in case anyone is interested in evidence. Proceed with caution with this agent.
