On Monday 3/15, we txt to for an update to see if the inspection on the car had been completed, and they replied they would check and get back to us. After several hours we received a call that the car had been sold. Sold?!? I was confused as we had been told (Friday 3/13): "I can assure you it won't be, the vehicle is actually getting some finishing touches and will be ready sometime next week I will make sure Jose follows up Monday & Tuesday, you'll be the 1st person to know. If it happens earlier we will surely contact you Helen, thats my word" (have screenshots of all communications). Apparently, the word of Kendall of Ford means nothing, buyer beware.

Due to sales tax issues, we had the vehicle shipped to our location in Southwest Georgia. The vehicle arrived severely damaged during transport before we ever accepted delivery. We immediately notified the dealership of our rescission of sale and demanded a full refund. Despite assurances from the dealership, no refund has been issued. I even traveled back to Miami to meet with the dealership staff who assured me I would hear back from their attorney. This was another in a growing list of commitments not kept by this dealership. We have since filed complaints with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Florida Attorney General, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission. DHSMV has now opened a formal investigation. Super Autos Doral has failed to act in good faith, have refused to communicate through legal counsel as promised, and continues to hold onto our funds with no legal right to do so. This is not how ethical businesses operate. We strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before doing business with this dealership. -- Matthew Williams Chief Strategy Officer, Park Models & Modulars, LLC #ConsumerWarning #SuperAutosDoral #FloridaDMV #BuyerBeware

After 3 days of me calling and trying to negotiate a price on a vehicle they dropped price on by 4K (simce they wouldn't even call me)... now listed at $33,940... they came back and said best they could do is $39,000 out the door. What? The only lady who answers the phone said it was taxes and dealer fees. What kind of idiots do they take us for? I already had pre-approved financing and all we had to do was get to a number and they chose to add 5K to the price because they dropped it 4K. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
