Due to sales tax issues, we had the vehicle shipped to our location in Southwest Georgia. The vehicle arrived severely damaged during transport before we ever accepted delivery. We immediately notified the dealership of our rescission of sale and demanded a full refund. Despite assurances from the dealership, no refund has been issued. I even traveled back to Miami to meet with the dealership staff who assured me I would hear back from their attorney. This was another in a growing list of commitments not kept by this dealership. We have since filed complaints with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Florida Attorney General, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission. DHSMV has now opened a formal investigation. Super Autos Doral has failed to act in good faith, have refused to communicate through legal counsel as promised, and continues to hold onto our funds with no legal right to do so. This is not how ethical businesses operate. We strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before doing business with this dealership. -- Matthew Williams Chief Strategy Officer, Park Models & Modulars, LLC #ConsumerWarning #SuperAutosDoral #FloridaDMV #BuyerBeware

Everybody beware! This dealership is a complete joke and take you for a fool! If I could give…read morenegative stars I would... 1 star doesn't detail enough how ridiculous and offensive these people are. After 3 days of me calling and trying to negotiate a price on a vehicle they dropped price on by 4K (simce they wouldn't even call me)... now listed at $33,940... they came back and said best they could do is $39,000 out the door. What? The only lady who answers the phone said it was taxes and dealer fees. What kind of idiots do they take us for? I already had pre-approved financing and all we had to do was get to a number and they chose to add 5K to the price because they dropped it 4K. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND RUN, RUN, RUN! Absolute crooks! What a joke.

I have dealt with my fair share of scumbags in Miami/Broward, FL (Keen Auto Mall, Miri Cars LLC, etc.) but Mathew and Miami Fine Cars & Trucks are the bottom of the barrel. Not only was I charged "separately" (not paid and will not pay) $430.35 for a new metal tag on a 2016 Nissan Altima SL 3.5L! Mathew also threatened to have my license suspended if I don't pay for the tag fee within 1 week of telling me (all of this was in this month, November, of 2025). So, as I'm researching on if this is true or not, and speaking with my local tag agency throughout a course of 4 days in total, Mathew and I got into a heated argument on the phone, over the tag fee, because I was telling him that's not how it should be, and he was overtalking me and trying to treat me as a little kid. However, little did he know, I used to work for two different car dealerships a couple of years ago, and I'm still tied into that world with a few people, and they as well confirmed my suspicions with this guy, and his practices. Unfortunately, I ended up totaling my vehicle on November 6th and was still told (literally the day of the accident, no more than 30 minutes after it happened) that I must pay for the new tag! A week or so goes by, and I already handled the tag/registration issue, and out of the blue, Mathew called me. He proceeded to "tell me" that my lienholder (Westlake) had "spoke with him and said they'll refinance me into another vehicle." Now this, I never heard of and I told him "sounds great" but I still did my homework. Even while on the phone with him, he was asking me about my case and I told him my attorney is handling it, and he was saying "lawyers only want money, and I hope you haven't paid him anything yet. And you can even do your own research on ChatGPT yourself, you don't need a lawyer to handle this for you." That conversation alone made me no longer trust him, even at the slightest. Furthermore, I later found out he was lying about Westlake talking to him about getting me into another vehicle. He was just trying to get me into another car loan so he could receive more money in is pockets. Mathew, or anyone for that matter, that works at Miami Fine Cars & Trucks WILL SCREW YOU OVER IN THE SHORT OR LONG RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! P.S. after my case with my total loss accident is resolved, I will be notifying my lawyer about this POS dealer and dealership. YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED!
