The guys at Prime Auto treated me with respect and courtesy and went above and beyond what I expected. I wasted weeks going to other dealers lured in by cars that were not even close to how they were described. At Prime, I liked that they let me take the car I ended up buying to my own mechanic to get it checked out, even though it was kind of far away. Overall, I feel that they represented their vehicles fairly and were willing to work with me on the financial side too. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for this hidden gem :)

He was open and honest, and he gave me his time but one of the things that struck me with him was he said, even if you don't buy a vehicle from me I still want you to be able to have some knowledge of car buying process and that's rare in the auto industry everybody just wants to get over on you. I ended up getting a custom order which he explained. He took his time to reach out to me and explain the different options. I went in and sat down with Mikey to do my custom order of my vehicle.
