She's like what do you want a refund?! No...I want you to be honest from the get go so I know how to plan accordingly. I understand the team is busy and that they have things to do and that everything takes time but this was not information that was given to me before and now I'm late for my job with a very bad experience about this service and will never come again

When I saw this places name, I was like BROOO I can get BOTH. Not only was it very close to my house, but there was no wait at my 4pm arrival on a Thursday afternoon. During the oil change, they noticed I needed brakes and an alignment which I agreed to. They did a great job despite me not having the wheel locks to my car. The employee was kind enough to show me the universal key which I would have to buy online to be able to unlock the lug nuts on my rims. They cleaned my car pretty well and made it easy for this stop to be a comprehensive one-stop shop for car maintenance that I really appreciate being so close to home. Everyone was really nice. Their waiting room was clean and the service was on point. I really appreciate when they take their time to explain what I need and why I need it which is a huge plus in my book. I'll certainly come back when I'm short on time for my next oil change and can't venture out to my usual mechanic. They're quick, priced well, and open until 6pm for those looking to make a stop on their way out of work.

When I returned to address it, the response I received wasn't what I expected, as there was little accountability for the outcome. At a price point that is unreasonable. Declined and I made the comment I would do my own repairs. There response was to tighten lug nuts so tight. I wouldn't be able to get them off. 15 min with a torch and lug nuts still started to strip. The level of evil to do this to people who can't afford there service is disgraceful. Please do not give this company your money. Support small businesses with a pure heart!
