I have been coming to this office for years and have always had great experiences. I usually see Dr. Irish (he's awesome) but I made a last minute appointment and was able to get in with Dr. Mann. She was so personable and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff is always super friendly from checking in to checking out. Today Amanda assisted me with choosing my new pair of frames and she was so patient with my indesicivness, but also very helpful and gave me opinions. I live in Vacaville (an hour & 45 minutes away) and I will continue coming, they're my favorite! read more

Customer care here was, as it always is, superb. I have had the privilege of seeing more than one optometrist at Monte Vista Optometry and they have all gone above and beyond. You can come to assume that patient care is their number one priority. read more

Dr. Trevor Irish is my current doctor and he's great and I have also see Dr. Melanie Chiesa and she's pretty great too! Love it here. Everyone here is helpful, Dr Irish Is excellent with adults and children, and they have great knowledge of current products for everyone. My son requires his first pair of glasses and they are ordering some to try on him and were very responsive to my concerns. They are very aware of insurance coverages and work with you on options. Plus, they have some beautiful glasses to choose from! Highly recommend this optometry practice in Turlock! read more

I made my first appointment here for 11am. I received confirmation texts..none of them stating the time, so when I showed up at 11am, I was told my appointment was at 10:45 and since I had received the text, my appointment was cancelled for being 15 minutes late. The woman was rude and kept repeating my appointment was texted to me. I told her it had no time and I was told 11am. She told me that I would not be seen. I wasted my lunch on this appointment. I will never go there again. read more

Awesome experience. Clean office, good doctors, nice frame selection

I made an appointment with this office on the recommendation of a friend, and I am so glad I did! This was one of the best eye appointments I have ever had. Dr. Abram was very knowledgeable and courteous, and thorough, explaining all my options, and patiently answering all of my questions--even having solutions to problems that have bothered me for years, and to which no one has ever been able to properly address. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. read more

I felt leaving a 5 star review was necessary after all of my visits. They got me into a same day appointment. The front desk is so nice, welcoming, and hospitable. The optometrist was very kind. And I especially want to thank Diana for going above and beyond, including ordering a pair of glasses that wasn't even in stock and looking through all the glasses in her own time that she felt would work for me, I felt I had been difficult as I could not find ones that looked good on me, she picked out a few she thought would look good on me, ones I hadn't even considered and I ended up loving them and going with that exact pair. Just wanted to say that I will never go any where else for my eye care. I never leave reviews, but I know how much I rely on them. Exceptional service all around. Thank you!! read more

Dr. Mann was awesome with my little six year old! She got him to sit still during the exam and interested with his test results. I recommend her to all my friends and family. read more

Just called for appointment. This place ran me off. Popular place I guess. Clearly they were very concerned about my ability to pay, then what my vision care needs were. Not once did they ask why I was needing to be seen for. Funny, we have two overlapping eye insurances and the ability to pay cash. Then come to find out the first available appointment is in 4 months. lol. read more

Went somewhere else due to their long wait for scheduling and instantly regretted it. Dr. Abram was the very best and never rushed. She went beyond her expectations to make me feel very well taken care of. I recommend this place very strongly. WORTH THE WAIT read more

Super helpful and kind staff. The only small thing would be a need for more optometrists, you wait a while for one to be open to talk about frames. read more

The office staff is rude. I called today 11/5/13 12:23 pm to schedule an exam with Dr. Irish. I was asked If I had insurance which I don't, I have CASH!. I asked for a future appointment and the very unprofessional office staff said she didn't have anything for today which I was okay with and said I wasn't looking to get in today. The rude gal hung up on me. Real nice rude girl! I will never, ever recommend this office due to their disrespectful employee. read more
