I spoke to Dr. Robillard who was able to determined I had an eyelid hair growing inward to my eye. Dr. Robillard pulled the ingrown hair with a hand held tool and spoke to me about treating dry eyes. I…read morerecently took my prescription to Costco (their lenses cost significantly less than the over $500 I was quoted at Generations) however Costco's lenses have got me feeling cross-eyed with pain in my left eye. I called Generations to see if I can have my exam redone to make sure my prescription is accurate and Sandra told me I'd have to pay for it again (as my exam was done back in March). I no longer feel like a valued patient because I was ready to purchase my lenses from Generations as I always have as long as my prescription was right. I obviously wasn't trying to get a free exam, I wanted to make sure my prescription was accurate.

It always has to be her way even if you can't see clear with the contacts that were prescribed by her she will just say well there's something going on with you, or other excuses and say that it's not the contacts prescribed by her fault. Don't waste your time at this optometrist you're better off somewhere else. The only thing worth your visit is the dog that runs around the office. Also, she makes unnecessary inappropriate comments she told my mother she wishes she had her boobs.
