We didn't feel pressured to purchase certain add-ons for the glasses. We added the anti-glare because honestly it was a great deal. I really liked the glasses we chose. They are Harley Davidson. They are the ones that framed his face, and looked the best. We spent way less than expected. They were able to squeeze us in the next day, and schedule an appointment for our son the following week. The only reason his wasn't sooner, was because he was still in school at that time. Thank you Dr. Kajioka, Dr. Antonio, and staff!!

Afterwards, I got a text message confirming my appointment. I like when places use tech for customer service - when it's done right, this office has it down! I saw Nicole K. Antonio, O.D., she was very friendly, down to earth and she knows her stuff! She spotted a concern on my tests and referred me to an ophthalmologist at Kaiser (my health insurance provider). Her front office staff is on top of paperwork and claims so I knew right away what would be covered, no surprises. My most glowing review goes to the Glasses Shop (or whatever it's called, where you pick your frames). I don't remember the gals name but she was FANTASTIC with me - I can be indecisive but she was patient, made worthy recommendations and she was honest with her opinion which I appreciate. I highly recommended this office for eye care needs! They've got an established and returning patient in me!

The optometrist is very polite and knowledgeable and i highly recommend her services, BUT the people she hired to manage everything else, are very rude and unprofessional. Often times I call and no one answers. When I had to reschedule a eye appointment, I called, and left a voicemail and didn't get a callback, and I know they have a no-show fee, so I called again and again, and nobody answered so I left a email and finally they answered the call and said they're going to charge me a no-show fee. In that case I told them I left a voicemail and I even provided proof that I had sent an email regarding my appointment that I can't make. they then told me that they will on their behalf, not charge me a no-show fee, like they are doing me a favor, do not recommend them at all anymore.

We have this appointment to see Dr. Mann. She is very polite. I have nothing but nice things to say…read moreabout her. Unfortunately this review isn't about all of the good things she does. This review is based upon one of the workers named Amy. She took my father back and she was exceptionally rude. We were at the part where he puts his forehead against the machine and he sees a black square, and you press a button when you see it flicker. So my father Doesn't speak much English. Although he understands, he gets confused sometimes and I was trying my best to translate as much as possible. And you can clearly tell that Amy was getting very frustrated and irritated. Her eyes were widening and she was doing all these hand motions. At one time my dad had to repeat the test and she took a huge sigh and said we have to repeat the test because he isn't doing it properly. I mean listen... if you are going to get that irritated and don't have the slightest amount of patience or compassion. You are in the wrong field. I honestly couldn't believe that she was being so rude like that In front of me. Knowing I'm his daughter. I'm sorry I had to give this place such a bad review because Dr. Jasmeet Mann is a wonderful doctor. She truly is. I highly recommended her and the other staff itself seemed polite as well. Ruth was awesome! She helped us pick out the perfect frames within reasonable cost. Just Amy.. you need to work on your attitude and control your facial expressions. So so rude and unacceptable

You have to understand that my mom was EXIGENT about not getting a pair of glasses after her cataract surgery a few years back. She was so adamant, we had to pay extra for the fancy lenses to be put in her eyes at the time of the surgery. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE when my parents called me after their appointment GUSHING about Dr. Garrett and how my mom had also gotten a pair of glasses ordered! Understand that I have been BEGGING her to get glasses for years after her surgery and, somehow, this young man was able to manage what I had thought to be impossible. They gushed about how thorough he was with them. They gushed about how, even though my parents are ESL, he somehow managed helping them understand the findings/recommendations of the visit w/o an interpreter (which is usually me). AND THEN.....he recommended some eye drops to my mom who shares Central Valley dry eye issues with me. So, I ended up with the same eye drops I have been using for the last few weeks and they have been AMAZING for me. So...my parents glasses arrive and a complimentary blue cleaning cloth also arrives...one side has grippies so that your fingers don't slip against the cloth as you clean your glasses! TRULY....thank you for addressing the smallest things. For those of you out there who knows how difficult it can be to manage a set of aging parents, this has been a true blessing.

I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Andre. My first visit left more questions because nothing could be detected, the office was searching for a specialist to refer me to when my symptoms became worse. On a Monday I was seen again and Dr. Andre was finally able to see that I suffered a retinal detachment. The staff worked hard to get me an emergency appointment for the retinal care center. My condition in less than week worsened to the point I had 20% vision left in my eye. The next day I was in surgery. Dr. Andre is an incredibly caring human and Doctor, he did everything in his power to get me in touch with the right people. Thank you.

I originally had a great deal of confidence in this practice because of Dr. Irish. He was the only…read moredoctor who was able to properly diagnose an eye issue I was having after I had seen about three other doctors elsewhere who could not figure it out. When my insurance changed, I had to seek care at other offices, and none of them were able to give me the correct diagnosis. Dr. Irish eventually did, which is why I was very disappointed to learn that he is no longer with the practice. A year or two ago, while Dr. Irish was still the doctor here, I had an appointment and went through the entire process of having my glasses ordered. The technician collected my payment and told me the glasses would be ordered. I knew glasses could take some time, so I waited. After about a month without hearing anything, I finally called and found out that my prescription request had simply been forgotten. I ended up requesting a refund. More recently, I have been trying to get another exam scheduled. My original appointment was in February, but because of a family emergency, I had to reschedule. I eventually got an appointment with Dr. Irish several months later. Then, shortly before that appointment, I was contacted and told it needed to be rescheduled again, this time until the end of August. During that conversation, I was also informed that Dr. Irish was no longer with the practice and that there was a new doctor. I was surprised because I had not previously been told that Dr. Irish had left. I decided to keep the appointment because the practice already had my records and history, and after waiting so long, I did not want to start over somewhere else. Unfortunately, today I was contacted again and told that the new doctor has jury duty, so my appointment needs to be rescheduled once again. I completely understand that things happen, and I do not blame the new doctor for having jury duty. I also want to be very clear that I have no opinion about the new doctor because I have not even had the opportunity to meet them yet. My frustration is with the repeated rescheduling and the communication surrounding these changes. I sincerely hope the new doctor is wonderful. My disappointment is really with the overall experience. A prescription request was forgotten while Dr. Irish was still practicing there, I had to request a refund, my exam has now been rescheduled twice, and I have been trying to get this exam since February. I also only found out that the doctor I trusted was no longer there when I was already being contacted about rescheduling my appointment. Dr. Irish gave me a reason to have confidence in this practice. I just wish the communication and follow-through had given me the same confidence.
