I was greeted by Tori and warmly welcomed to Turlock Eyecare. I was directed to Clare, an intern who examined my left eye and provided needed information for care. I spoke to Dr. Robillard who was able to determined I had an eyelid hair growing inward to my eye. Dr. Robillard pulled the ingrown hair with a hand held tool and spoke to me about treating dry eyes. My first visit left more questions because nothing could be detected, the office was searching for a specialist to refer me to when my symptoms became worse. On a Monday I was seen again and Dr. Andre was finally able to see that I suffered a retinal detachment. The staff worked hard to get me an emergency appointment for the retinal care center. My condition in less than week worsened to the point I had 20% vision left in my eye. The next day I was in surgery. It always has to be her way even if you can't see clear with the contacts that were prescribed by her she will just say well there's something going on with you, or other excuses and say that it's not the contacts prescribed by her fault. Don't waste your time at this optometrist you're better off somewhere else. The only thing worth your visit is the dog that runs around the office. Also, she makes unnecessary inappropriate comments she told my mother she wishes she had her boobs.
