She explained it was one of her employee's mistake and was asking for me to give the contacts back. I asked them to please, if I give the contacts back to hang on to them for me so I can purchase them directly from you due to the inconvenience of this mix-up. At this point she threatened to kick me out of the practice if I did not give back the contacts. I told them I had a receipt and proof of the discount offer and had no obligation to give them back but as a courtesy I would give them back to them if they would accommodate me by hanging on to them and selling them to me at the price that was correct not the erroneous one caused by their employees mistake. Lillian angrily said she would see what she could do and proceeded to get me kicked out of the practice because I would not respond to her threats so she carried through on her threat to kick me out of the practice. I was given false advertisement and tricked into this problem by their mistake. When I asked for an accommodation and agreed to pay the amount they wanted that was not enough for them. I would not recommend them to anyone. They have signs all over saying that they will adjust your glasses at your own risk. This means if they break your glasses in attempting to adjust them you are financially responsible. Apparently though if they make a mistake and they are responsible for something they will put all the blame on the customer Make threats and carry through on these threats if they don't get exactly what they want.

There was no real follow-up, no accountability, and no meaningful effort to fix the remaining problems.
