I spoke to Dr. Robillard who was able to determined I had an eyelid hair growing inward to my eye. Dr. Robillard pulled the ingrown hair with a hand held tool and spoke to me about treating dry eyes. I called Generations to see if I can have my exam redone to make sure my prescription is accurate and Sandra told me I'd have to pay for it again (as my exam was done back in March). I no longer feel like a valued patient because I was ready to purchase my lenses from Generations as I always have as long as my prescription was right. I obviously wasn't trying to get a free exam, I wanted to make sure my prescription was accurate.
