Finally something different at the Oakridge food court. It's build your own Mongolian BBQ. You grab a bowl, pick your protein (chicken, pork, beef, and beef brisket, which is nice to see since brisket is my go to at Korean BBQ too), pile on whatever veggies you want from the bar, hit the sauce station, then hand it off to the guys at the grill. Nice touch: they add the noodles in at the grill, so you don't have to stack your bowl into a tower like at other places to get your money's worth. Pricing is just by bowl size, small or large. I got the large and it came out stacked. Good char off that giant round griddle, noodles weren't soggy, and the portion was easily two meals for me. Watching them work the grill with those long chopsticks is half the fun. Line moved fast even though they were busy, and the staff were friendly about it. They also do a Cajun seafood boil for $16.98 if you want something other than a bowl. Worth a stop.

I had to stop by Mongolian Q at Oakridge, and I'm so glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The Mongolian dishes were amazing, but their Seafood Boil was my favorite and other menu items were just as tasty! Everything was packed with flavor, and you can really tell they put care into their food. Definitely worth a visit if you're at Oakridge. I'll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! The owner came to see us at our table and make sure we enjoy our food. Very kind workers

The owner is hella nice and they give u big portions for the seafood boil also they give u two choices for the bbq u can get small or large and stack it with as much meat as u want and they put the noodles separately

My sister and I have been waiting for this place to open for what seems like an eternity! Well...they opened last week and they were 100% worth the wait!! The staff are so nice and helpful, and full of recommendations if you're not sure what you're craving, the food was super fresh, and the drinks were well stocked and nice and cold! They have 4 options for meat, and several options for veggies, tofu, and sauce! And the serving of noodles once they cook your food in front of you, definitely makes this a complete meal. A small bowl is $14.99 and a large is $17.99. Really great price for food court food, and the portion size you get!! I'm definitely going to be a returning customer!

Noooodles!

Tried this place for the first time today and had they noodles! Super tasty! The owner was super friendly and his homemade teriyaki sauce is sooooo good!

Good food and good service. You can stack and push down your bowl as much as you want. Then you customize your spice level and let them cook. Pretty simple and good.

Amazing staff and management food was way better then i thought it would be probably one of my new favorite Mongolian spots now

Mong Q at Oakridge is seriously one of my favorite spots for Mongolian BBQ. You build your own bowl with whatever meats, noodles, veggies, and sauces you want, then they cook everything fresh right in front of you on the grill. I loaded mine up with beef, noodles, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, onions, jalapeños, garlic, and chili, and it came out perfect. Everything was hot, flavorful, and the portion was huge. The staff was friendly and moved everything along quickly too. Definitely one of the best food options at Oakridge. I'll be back for sure. 5 stars.

So excited to have Mongolian bbq near me! I happened to drop by on their grand opening day where they were giving out free drinks. The owner was super kind and friendly, and prices were pretty reasonable given similar alternatives around the area charge $25+. While options were a bit limited, I honestly didn't mind because it prevented decision paralysis. This is one of those places where you can't scoop your own noodles or sauces but I walked away very satisfied with the flavor and portion size. I'll definitely be returning.

The food quality is overall very good - it has a "homemade feel" to it, even the more complex dishes. Things I've tried. Nachos with . . . many things. The Salsa is great and spicy, the Guac is good, the bean dip is smooth. The chips are clearly made there. The Guacamole con Chicharron was really excellent. I've found the burritos to be solid. I'd definitely give say give the Chrorizo a try for sure! The Tacos de Gobernador are a new favorite. It's not just good seafood tacos, they also add cool veggies and sauce to out-of-the-fryer fish which really enhances the taste. That's on to have right there. If you like Mexican food, then give this a try. They have a Taco Tuesday, a Dance Floor, and are next to a Mexican pastry shop. You've got everything you need for a nice evening. Just be sure to go in once. Enjoy the ambiance, the nice bar, and the positive attitude. When I first went in two people were sitting at the bar, watching a dog show on one of the big televisions. I knew I'd be coming back.

We asked for a second serving which they were happy to provide. Our order took a little longer than we'd hoped but the portions were good and food was satisfactory. It seemed like the fajitas combo was just missing something. Not sure if it was that it needed more seasoning or more garnish. The tortilla soup was good but was too spicy for me to finish. They have a lot to choose from. The restaurant is large with cool decor.

It is utterly dishonest to charge hard-earned money for a full meal and send half an order. Shame on this establishment for scamming paying customers and refusing to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Note, when most people think Los Gatos, they think downtown, however this restaurant is on the edge of Los Gatos/San Jose. But don't let that deter you, the interior of the restaurant felt trendy and on par. Since this was our first time here and we're not too familiar with Eastern European dishes, we opted for the chef's menu and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing and the presentation was even better. Everything felt very fresh. The egg and the macaron bites are so unique, I would definitely recommend giving them a try. Service was impeccable, I don't think our water glasses ever got even halfway empty before they were refilled. Our server explained the menu and food/wine extremely well. With 10 items on the chef's menu, the portions were perfect. I actually appreciate a menu with more items and smaller portions, allowing you to taste more without feeling too full to eat the last few dishes. One of us has a tree nut allergy and they were able to accommodate them with no problems at all. Something to note, the chef's menu was pretty seafood heavy, which I love, but it might not be for everyone. I did overhear the table next to us sing praises of the short rib, so I will definitely be back to give that a try!

The space is beautiful -- very stylish, modern, and thoughtfully decorated. The moment you walk in, it feels like you've stepped into a completely different world. The ambiance is really special. The food was excellent overall and definitely had that European/French influence they describe. One of our favorite dishes was the mushroom and potato pancake-style dish, which was rich, comforting, and delicious. We also had the chicken liver, which came with warm toasted madeleines, and the combination of sweet and savory was surprisingly wonderful. We also ordered the pork and the squid ink scallops, and both were very good. The one dish we did not enjoy was the oysters. They came with a tomato-flavored shaved ice/granita topping that was so cold it actually made our mouths hurt, and we could barely taste the oysters underneath it. That one was not for us. Our server was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the dishes, but I do think there was too much upselling. We had already ordered several starters and told him we wanted to wait before deciding how many entrées to order. He strongly encouraged us to order two entrées right away because he felt we would still be hungry. We followed his recommendation, but by the time we finished the earlier courses, we were completely full and ended up taking most of the entrées home. I think when customers say they would prefer to start with a few dishes and order more later, that choice should be respected. We could always have ordered additional food, whereas in this case we ended up overspending, taking food home, and having no room for dessert. That said, we still had a wonderful evening and really enjoyed the restaurant. The food is creative, the atmosphere is beautiful, and it feels like a great place for a special occasion. It is definitely on the pricier side -- our dinner for two with two drinks, several starters, and two entrées came to just over $200. Overall, I'd give it about an 8/10 and would definitely return, especially for a special night out.

The place is fairly simple and straightforward as far as decor/furnishings and the lunch special menu could be from any random Thai restaurant. But service is very laid back and friendly, and the food is authentic and tastes great. My wife has the pad see ew and loved it, and I samples some and it was really really good. Not too salty, but flavorful. Big portion and good amount of protein. I had the mango curry chicken and while I love mango and curry, the way they'd theoretically combine in my head slightly exceeded reality. But it was still very good and satisfying and any shortfall I think was more just my personal perception of how mango and curry went together rather than falling short of the execution on the restaurant's side. I'd probably order a more traditional red, green, yellow, or Mussaman curry next time. It's a little out of the way from where we'd normally go, but it's well worth taking a little detour to get here as the food is quite good. One of our new favorite Thai places.

The seating is very cramped. We were right by the door and felt like we were in the way of other tables around us. Greg, the owner/server was very attentive to all the tables, but gave off a somewhat frantic demeanor as he rushed around. The place was busy, so i understood and appreciated the hustle. The food was phenomenal. We ordered the mussels in curry sauce for an appetizer. Unfortunately, it arrived after our entrees, but all of the food came out pretty fast, so it wasn't too big of a deal. We ordered the pad kee mao with chicken, my go to, at a level "hot" (they do mild, medium, hot, or Thai hot). I was pleased that hot really means hot - they don't skimp on spice here. We also had the beef pad phed, also hot, with jasmine rice for an extra $3. The portion sizes were quite generous; enough for leftovers. I had a glass of cabernet, which was a very nice big pour for only $12. They seem to have a pretty good takeout business, as we saw a few people do pickups in during our hour+ long visit. I loved the food so much that TSK will be a solid addition to our takeout list (they're on DoorDash too).

The host greeted us warmly, and that friendly, upbeat energy carried through the entire team. The space itself is gorgeous, featuring spacious indoor and patio seating, as well as an incredible full-bar display complete with a rolling library ladder. Our server, Kai, provided top-tier service. He gave us a wonderful breakdown of the menu, highlighting how the executive chef crafts everything in-house--from the blue corn tortillas and slider buns to the potato chips and onion dip. My husband had the ahi tuna tostada and a selection of daily oysters, both of which he absolutely devoured. I ordered the "Only Burger" slider, and after a little push from my husband and Kai (who accurately described the "awesome sauce" as an upgraded In-N-Out spread), I kept the sauce on--and I'm so glad I did! The slider was flawless in both size and flavor. Paired with those ultra-crispy, perfectly salted homemade chips and dip, we left completely satisfied. We will without a doubt be returning again and again--and bringing friends next time!

It came with a glass of sauvignon blanc and a beer battered fish taco with cabbage slaw, avocado tomatillo salsa, creama and cilantro on top. The fish was piping hot and its size was decent. Every bite was delish. My husband enjoyed his go-to Combo: One-Hitter Quitter, which included a smash burger, a shot of whiskey and a beer. He added fried as well. I had some of his fries, and they're hot, crispy on the outside and well-seasoned. We also shared an order of Mushroom Cigars, which had 3 "cigars" with different types of mushrooms wrapped in phyllo dough and a side of sundried tomato tappenade. We liked this dish a lot as we both loved mushrooms. Another delicious and satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Until next time!

The ambiance of the inside looked as beautiful but not as the outside.... Food is decent but comparing it to the quality of a homey cozy comforting meal in North Beach SF... this doesn't hold a candle unfortunately; food was just OK nothing super revolutionary that you can get anywhere else. Service sounded soo wonderful but not to certain tables that were waiting outside. A waiter sings happy birthday beautifully to some tables but not attentive to ours, Infact without any server checking in our table while waiting for nearly 40 minutes for a steak & caccio e Pepe's, it's like they had to go farming for food on the table. After raising concerns to a waiter, one of them whispered into a chain reaction of others to give us an update... ultimately could've just apologized or just been an honest forgotten table? Who knows. You'll definitely be treated more nicely based on your attire and appearance, emphasis on that... in 2026 The star of the dinner was just the burrata plate. Not super stunning but the flavors were there. I ordered the steak which was a daily special, beautifully seasoned and charred to perfection, the steak cut fries with the weird green mint parsley concoction? Not so much. Not pictured was the Cacio e Pepe. Overly sauced like it was Alfredo. The cheese wheel part was fun but all gimmicks. Ultimately I'd love to give places another try because it's usually an off day sometimes but there was definitely just more attentive and care for other parties that just made me not want to come back.
