A lot of service providers will offer deals to customers in hopes of scamming their way into a good review - it's a red flag whenever I see it and it makes me mad for having wasted time reading reviews that were essentially bought. When you enter building LabCorp is the first door to your left. I definitely made the mistake of walking the whole entire first floor. You can physically check-in on the clipboard and you give the technicians your paperwork and insurance card (if you have one). You wait to be helped and you're out as soon as you know it. The staff are relatively friendly just don't expect too much of excellent customer service. I know other reviews mention that and I can see where they're coming from.

It's so much farther than these other ones...but man did I ever have to eat my own words. For context, we were trying to get blood work done for my mom who has late stage dementia. Even though we had worries about how this was going to go due to her illness, we had such an easy time here thanks to the staff. Xandy, our phlebotomist, went above and beyond with the service she provided. She helped us draw blood from my mother flawlessly and helped us navigate a customer service call with ease. Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do it without her and I'm not exaggerating. Shout-outs to the manager/supervisor who helped us as well, unfortunately didn't catch her name but she also helped suggest fixes for our little online registration mix up. We had a typo with a birthdate which made our test request not appear but the team here was great all around on getting it fixed for us.
