First of all, If there was ZERO stars option, I would choose that. I sent cargo boxes through MON cargo on May 6, 2020 because I'm looking for a shipping company that (I hope) can be faster than LBC. Their representative and the person that picked up the boxes said it will take between 6-8wks. First they don't have online site that you can check the tracking at, second they give you false hopes that the shipments will arrive within certain wks, and they also don't have (my family in MNL can't find) online or office in Phil where your family can follow up with. Until now, July 20th boxes haven't been delivered. Very bad service and I gave 1 star for the 2 boxes they gave me for free. I am sharing my experience to give you an idea about this company. Just in addition to my story, I sent boxes to MNL through LBC on May 29th, that is 3wks after I sent the MON cargos. My family received those LBC boxes on July 10th. In short LBC, by far, is the quickest shipping that we have tried which took only 6wks. I'm still looking for sea cargo shipping company out there that can be faster since we are sending boxes every month for family in Manila. I guess complaining to them does get any positive responses but they surely ignore these complaints without any action on their part. It appears that most of their victims are from the SF-Bay Area. I ask that we come together and seek governmental assistance regarding this kind/form of deception that is happening in this industry, victimizing Filipinos who send part of their hard-earned dollars back to the PI for their families to enjoy.
