This was my daughter's hefty portion of french fries and half of her tuna sandwich.

My daughter and I each ordered the tuna melt sandwich. She ordered hers with an order of fries and I ordered mine with potato salad. I ate the potato salad first which tasted exactly like my homemade. They definitely do not buy it from the big name potato salad manufacturers. Came with four little bread and butter pickles and we each ordered a Pepsi. The tuna melts were typical tuna melts with bread grilled in butter. If I was in the area I would come back here again but order something different.

This was a little diner that I once stopped at with my family on our way to Niagara Falls. It was in the small town of Savona. It was basically your typical diner fare. It had a counter sitting area and two additions with large dining tables. The staff was pretty friendly when we went there. The prices for the food was pretty reasonable. They had chicken, pork chops, salads, steaks etc. The waiter then actually asked if we were going to Niagara Falls and gave us a lot of tips and shortcuts, which kind of payed off, it shortened our trip, and saved us a little money on the toll road. Its great if youre just passing through and want a quick bite.

We stopped here on our way to Fredonia. Wanted to try some local fare and we hit the jackpot. Really homemade dinners. I have the lasagna and the bride had liver and onions (my kryptonite). Very generous portions and very tasty. While we were eating we could see the dessert display case. Just looking at the pies you knows they were home made. The apple crumble was made with real maple syrup and was heaven. The waitress was a doll who gave great service and advice. So jump off I-86 at Savona, NY and have a big slice of what pie is supposed to be!

Soft summer afternoon breeze.

Awesome spot off I86 in Savona. Stopped with a large group (on short notice) and the staff got us fed and back on the road quick.

Does not deserve more than one star. The service was ok but the food was not good.

Friendly service, good breakfast fare, cheap, and open early--what more could you want in a diner?

Service was decent but not too friendly. Food was mediocre at best. It's more like cafeteria food at a middle school.

I visit family in Bath often, but Bath has only a few options for diner-esque, family-friendly, sit-down restaurants. At Stephanie's, they are all of the above. The dining room is on the smaller side, but I have never waited super long for service or been disappointed in the quality of service here. They are so nice and attentive! They have a great menu with everything you would expect to get for a classic diner breakfast or brunch. I always get a cheese omelette, wheat toast, and a side of homefries. The prices are fair, not as cheap as say Denny's would be, but Stephanie's has the convenience of being close to home and one of the only places with a dining room. I highly recommend them and hope the menus pics are helpful!

Though we were immediately seated and provided menus, it took a full 35 minutes between ordering and being served. My better and wiser half chose a short order of pancakes with whipped cream and an abundance of fresh strawberries. I went with the Best Seller - easy over eggs, toast and corned beef hash. I initially thought it was a joke that the menu listed a choice of housemade or canned hash. Choosing the former proved to be a monumental mistake on my part as the hash had the consistency of jerky after having spent too much time on the grill prior to being served. I suggest that you take the advice of The Animals -"Oh mother, tell your children not to do what I have done". The rating for my meal should 2 stars, my wife's 3.

Don't come here with a big party, as the largest table seats four people and there are probably about 25 seats in the whole restaurant. I came with a group of 8, and we were separated into three tables. The food was really good. I ordered an omelet and didn't quite expect what they handed me, but it was super good (it was more like a scramble than a traditional omelet). Omelets can sometimes be really bland, but LSD did a great job of making sure that the food was seasoned well. No complaints about pricing/service either - it was all super fair. Lastly, it gets busy, so be ready to wait!

The inside looks like a typical small diner. It's small, having some counter seats and like 6 tables, but it's busy with a steady stream of people eating and at least 2 people waiting to be seated! There's one lady who runs around and waits on all the tables. She deserves some sort of super hero waitress award. The food was top notch diner breakfast... Nothing fancy, but it really hit the spot. The coffee was fresh and strong and hot. It was a perfect fuel for a day of hiking and exploring.

I had the eggs Benedict with home fries. The eggs Benedict was really good. Eggs were perfect and the sauce was nicely flavored. The home fries were not the best. Their menu has what you'd expect from a classic diner, prices are cheap, and service is quick! We got the Country Style Eggs and Patty Melt. Both lacked basic seasonings like salt & pepper. If I was rating off the food alone, I'd give it a 3/5. The home fries in the Country Style Eggs could've been crispier and adding hot sauce definitely saved this a bit. The biscuit we got with it was homemade and so delicious. It was warm, buttery, and satisfying. The Patty Melt was a bit dry and desperately needed a sauce. I used ketchup and asked for pickles which helped. The rye bread was surprisingly not dry and grilled nicely with butter. It was definitely a heavy meal but we needed it after a long drive. It's not the kind of place where you'll have an amazing meal but it'll do the job at a super affordable price.
