Finally tried their drinks and it was just as good as everyone says! If you like a strong, fragrant tea flavor then you'll love it. Drinks are still pretty sweet even at 70%, so if you don't like it super sweet you should get less sugar. Snowy Jasmine was my fave! They were pretty busy but the line moves fast and you can order ahead to skip the wait through 3rd party apps like HungryPanda.

Stopped by to try the new thai tea series: salted cheese thai tea & dual layered salted cheese thai tea. New merch with this new drop: stamp sticker & knitted bag. The drinks were creamy, salty, and sweet! Love the savory cheese milk base for the thai tea.

My cousin was in town and wanted to try the place. It was a bit busy, and parking wasn't the easiest. My cousins and nephews and I all ordered different drinks. We all liked it. I just wish there were more fruit tea options, since I don't care for milk teas. And they have cute tote bags for to-go.

This a pretty trendy tea spot in downtown Bellevue- we got some tea and walked around the park- great little date activity after dinner. The tea is fairly floral compared to other milk tea/boba spots and I really liked their tea. The service is quick for how busy it is there- the seating is nice as well

Price and test of it are average. However their product and bags is really cute. We went there on a slow day. Service is great.

Great spot in downtown Bellevue! The tea is very fresh, and 0% sugar actually means 0%. The frosty topping on the Strawberry Milk Tea was fantastic--the pecan topping is a nice touch that pairs really well with the whipped cream. My colleague got the Jasmine Grape and loved it too. Quick service, vibrant ambiance, and a great new addition to the neighborhood!

The cheese cap was delicious and the tea itself was just okay Tip to skip the line: order online first and time it to store

A Molly Tea in walking distance is a wee bit dangerous! We recently landed in the area and were stoked to find that Molly Tea was part of the neighborhood! It's always a solid choice- strong teas and great drinks all done super well. My go-to is usually their Premium Jasmine Milk Tea. The tea flavor is fragrant, floral, and always shines through! This location is pretty big with some seating if you wanted to lounge around. However, as with all Molly Teas, it can get busyyyy.

I ordered through the app and my drink was ready right on time! I got a matcha jasmine salted cheese and it was delicious! Not too sweet and it had a great matcha and salty cheese flavor mix. The decor is very cute inside, and they have a small sitting area with tables.

Note for myself: I did not like the peach oolong milk tea or the camellia zest, do not order again. Love their classic tho.

Dropped by Molly Tea in Bellevue after lunch with a friend and this spot kinda surprised me in a good way. I went straight for their Jasmine Milk White, 25% sugar, less ice. First sip: perfect sweetness, super light and milky, but you still get that clean jasmine tea upfront. Floral but not fake, milk is smooth and doesn't turn it into a sugar bomb, so you don't feel heavy after. I actually finished the whole cup without that usual regret lol. Staff were chill, adjusted my sugar and ice really naturally, no upsell, no weird script. Overall feels like that place you'd pop into when you want something gentle and tea-forward instead of hyper-sweet boba :)

MOLLY TEA @ BELLEVUE Parking here can be a bit difficult. There is a parking lot, but it gets extremely packed since there are so many restaurants and businesses nearby. My friends and I luckily found street parking a little further up, so just be prepared to drive around for a bit if you don't find a spot right away. I've driven by this place so many times and always noticed how long the lines were, so I was surprised when I came on a Wednesday around 8 PM and there was no line. We ordered through the self-service kiosks they had two, but one was out of order, which slowed things down a lot. By the time we finished ordering, a long line had already formed behind us. Service-wise, I have to agree with a lot of the reviews I read beforehand it wasn't great. The staff didn't feel very welcoming, and it almost seemed like they didn't want to interact with customers. I had a few questions about the drinks, but it was hard to get anyone's attention. It also wasn't very clear if they were only doing self-order or not, which made the experience a bit confusing. I ended up getting a jasmine milk tea with boba, and toppings are about $1 each. My friends ordered a mango smoothie as well. The wait time was pretty long around 25 minutes--which felt excessive since there wasn't that many people to start with as we walked in, especially since I kept checking back and forth between the counter and our table. That said, the shop itself has plenty of seating and even a restroom for customers, which is a plus. Once we finally got our drinks, though, they were really good. The milk tea tasted higher quality than most, it wasn't overly sweet like typical boba shops. The boba was soft, flavorful, and the brown sugar added a really nice touch.

Quality of the tea is still phenomenal. Unfortunately service is even worse, though I acknowledge the masses here and at HEYTEA are especially crazy and the workers are under high pressure. On my most recent visit, a worker was cleaning up my drink as it spilled all over the sides. A male worker (manager?) pushed her towards the back, slammed my drinks up front, and walked away while the cup was still leaking. On the bright side, the wait time for Washington Molly Tea is nothing compared to other states. Tables and seats open fairly frequently as most people leave after getting their drinks. Could be any combination of more employees, less customers, or the hasty push for quantity of drinks. I think the latter does reduce quality and inevitably experiences like mine where parts of my drink are already gone before drinking and a messy time taking it to go.

I am so glad that I have tried out T4!!…read more I was having my haircut nearby and wanted to order something online so that I could just pick up as soon as my haircut was done. I read the reviews saying that the service was slow, so I did not go until a few minutes before the promised time. Nobody was waiting. As soon as I arrived, the staff brought out my order with a smile and told me that the order had been ready for a while and that they were worried that the food would be too cold if I had come late. There's no slow service for me. The food was well packaged. I ordered pop corn chicken, fried bun with condensed milk, and earl grey milk tea. All tasted great. The fried buns with condensed milk was a bit interesting and different from those sold in other places. When I opened the box, I didn't see condensed milk. Normally, in other place, you will get a small container of condensed milk as dipping sauce. I didn't see that. My first reaction was, "Ugh! I might need to go back to ask for it." However, when I looked carefully, I realized that the buns were slightly coated with condensed milk. I tried a bite and it was good. To my surprised, the buns were still crispy even with coated condensed milk. Also, the amount of coating was just perfect for the sweetness. I didn't eat in the store, so I really couldn't comment. However, based on what I saw on a Friday afternoon, it wasn't crowded at all. There were a few customers sitting there. Nobody was waiting. The store looked clean and well organized. The staff was super friendly. I would love to come again!

My friend introduced me to this hidden place tucked away near the Bellevue transit center. As it was my first time, I took a while checking out the menu since it had pretty unique drinks. The servers were incredibly kind and explained their most popular items including the Osmanthus milk tea (which has fermented rice, so contains a wine flavor), Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte (looks visually a lot like Molly tea's snowy jasmine), and Taro and Purple Potato Milk. The menu item descriptions are in Chinese which makes it hard to know what's in what unless you ask someone working there, which I think is the only thing I would suggest they improve. I ordered the Green Milk Tea with Taro and Oreo and my friend got the Lychee Oolong Tea Latte which comes with pecans on top of the whipped cream. I was pleasantly surprised by mine, I thought it would just be a standard green tea with some Oreo and taro here and there. But it had a ton of Oreo and cream, a huge amount of fresh taro paste at the bottom, along with taro boba as well. The tea was also in fact a really yummy and floral jasmine milk tea, which I was not expecting. They also have seasonal mango durian drinks that look really good and contain actual durian on top plus a lot of other toppings including coconut jelly, barley, and boba; I'd want to try them next time if the drinks are still in season.

Creamy Milk Tea w Pearl - definitely creamy and 70% sweet was the right level of sweetness for us…read more Pearl was decent and right amount of chewy. Peach Oolong Tea w Salty Cream - personal opinion, I dont like the salty cream that much. It overpower the refreshness of the tea. Peach taste was very subtle and the Oolong taste was very floral but bitter at the same time. Theres always a long queue here but the wait for your drink isnt to bad.

This is their Vietnamese coffee topped with what they call "Fire Coffee Cloud" I asked if they put condensed milk into the cream but they didn't know what is in it because it's a "secret" recipe. With 50% sweetness this tasted perfect. It's sweet but not overly sweet where I feel like crap afterwards. The vietnamese coffee is strong with a slight beautiful viet coffee bitterness aftertaste. This is a very delicious and strong coffee and exactly what I need as a pick me up for the day. The staff traded fun banter with each other and seems to have a great time working there. They are charming and are eager to help me choose and explain the options. Service is fast and the interior is lively and cute. I'm definitely coming back to try other options. What a wonderful addition to the factoria area. Thank you!

Our biggest complaint is how long the drinks took to be made. There were two small parties of two, ahead of us, waiting for their orders. Even then, our drinks took close to 45 minutes before we finally ended up getting them. We debated on just cancelling our orders and leaving but glad we didn't. The coffee was actually really good and the pandan flavor complimented it without overtaking the roasty coffee taste. Honestly just wish it didn't take so long to make because we wanted to pop in and out as we normally don't come onto this side of town.
