MOLLY TEA @ BELLEVUE Parking here can be a bit difficult. There is a parking lot, but it gets extremely packed since there are so many restaurants and businesses nearby. My friends and I luckily found street parking a little further up, so just be prepared to drive around for a bit if you don't find a spot right away. I've driven by this place so many times and always noticed how long the lines were, so I was surprised when I came on a Wednesday around 8 PM and there was no line. We ordered through the self-service kiosks they had two, but one was out of order, which slowed things down a lot. By the time we finished ordering, a long line had already formed behind us. Service-wise, I have to agree with a lot of the reviews I read beforehand it wasn't great. The staff didn't feel very welcoming, and it almost seemed like they didn't want to interact with customers. I had a few questions about the drinks, but it was hard to get anyone's attention. It also wasn't very clear if they were only doing self-order or not, which made the experience a bit confusing. I ended up getting a jasmine milk tea with boba, and toppings are about $1 each. My friends ordered a mango smoothie as well. The wait time was pretty long around 25 minutes--which felt excessive since there wasn't that many people to start with as we walked in, especially since I kept checking back and forth between the counter and our table. That said, the shop itself has plenty of seating and even a restroom for customers, which is a plus. Once we finally got our drinks, though, they were really good. The milk tea tasted higher quality than most, it wasn't overly sweet like typical boba shops. The boba was soft, flavorful, and the brown sugar added a really nice touch.
Quality of the tea is still phenomenal. Unfortunately service is even worse, though I acknowledge the masses here and at HEYTEA are especially crazy and the workers are under high pressure. On my most recent visit, a worker was cleaning up my drink as it spilled all over the sides. A male worker (manager?) pushed her towards the back, slammed my drinks up front, and walked away while the cup was still leaking. On the bright side, the wait time for Washington Molly Tea is nothing compared to other states. Tables and seats open fairly frequently as most people leave after getting their drinks. Could be any combination of more employees, less customers, or the hasty push for quantity of drinks. I think the latter does reduce quality and inevitably experiences like mine where parts of my drink are already gone before drinking and a messy time taking it to go.
My husband and I went here on a Saturday afternoon after having ramen next door. We did see that there's a lot of people waiting for their drinks and quite a few people still in line. We ordered through the kiosk and the process seemed easy enough. We got one of the Jasmine tea drinks and one of the matcha drinks. We didn't get our order until an hour later. I'm not sure if it's our taste preference but we didn't really find our drinks that good. If we're ever in the area and the line isn't long, we might give it another chance.
Went on a Monday night and guys literally no one there. So please do not be waiting in line for this tea. If I was waiting for a long time and still go the drink I got I would have been even more disappointed. We got three different teas, and I'll be honest I don't even know why I didn't like this places it just honestly makes me sick thinking about it. But literally I would go to any other boba place before I would come here. Omg and lol the ordering process. So confusing and the workers not the most helpful. You order really weird through the screen or your phone. I guess it probably helps them speed up the process but I didn't even know what was good to order so I just got there most popular.
This was my second time trying Molly Tea due to the hype, and I think it's good, but maybe not as amazing as everyone says it is. Molly Tea specializes in jasmine tea, and I truly think their jasmine tea is very good. It's florally, it's smooth, it pairs nicely with milk. If you like jasmine tea, you'll definitely like Molly Tea. Otherwise, if you're just a casual enjoyer of jasmine like me, Molly Tea is still good, just not mind blowing. Molly Tea is also known for being very aesthetic and aesthetic it is. The store fits this image, but it also gets very crowded. It can be very busy and we waited over 30 minutes for one drink, but the staff do their best to keep up. Part of why it takes so long is because they need to put the whipped cream on in front of you as you pick up your drink. I do think Molly Tea is worth trying at least once, and who knows, maybe Molly Tea will be your new go to place for jasmine tea.
Enjoyed my first experience here and can't wait to return! The store is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and kind! Parking can be tough since the area gets busy but I usually get lucky with the free 2 hour parking or circle the block once until something opens up. It seems ordering mainly takes place on the two large tablet ordering screens in the lobby. For my first visit I decided to order one of the recommended must try drinks. I went with the White Champaca Matcha add crystal boba. The boba wasn't bad but it wasn't my favorite. The drink itself was very light and perfect for someone who doesn't like too sweet. The matcha foam on top was perfectly smooth and flavor was tasty. The drink itself was yummy. I enjoyed it mainly because it was not too sweet and very light. I can't wait to try something else next time! Definitely recommend trying this place even if just once as it was a fun and beautiful experience.
I came back here with the same friend and our other mutual friend since he hasn't had here before. They both got the premium jasmine milk tea since my friend enjoyed that one a lot, and all of us even got to sample it before ordering up at the kiosks, which are now near a display of their cups and bags. For this visit, I got their premium jasmine matcha latte as a recommendation from one of my friends. Same great taste of jasmine tea just like the premium jasmine milk tea, but with the added matcha puree above which is slightly weak in taste but becomes stronger once you mix the whole drink together. There's still a ton of people waiting inside, and you now get a number which you can find on a screen above the counter so you know whether your drink is being prepared or is ready. Inside still has a heavy scent of jasmine tea, just as it should.
Back again :) Service: 5/5 You order via touch machines and pick up your order from the counter. The ordering process is simple and straightforward, you order what you want, pay, collect your points, and wait. They'll call your order number and present your drinks (they'll add the whipped cream in front of you, which is something I really like!) Drinks: 5/5 Amazing drinks! I got the snowy Jasmine which is a Jasmine tea base topped with fresh whip cream and toasted pecans on top. Not too sweet and not too bitter. It's a perfect drink for any day! You don't even have to worry about getting cold hands because the cups they use are well made that you don't feel the cold vs a Starbucks cup. Ambiance: 5/5 It feels like a LV store lol. The interior is pretty and bright. They have bathrooms and plenty of picture areas for all your needs :)
The teas are on another level! Despite their insane lines and hype, I love Molly Tea mostly because the drinks are so worth it. I recommend all floral tea drinks, rather than fruit-flavored ones or matcha. My go-to order is the Pistachio White Champaca or Pistachio Jasmine Tea with 50% sugar and less ice. The nutty, slightly salty pistachio cheese pairs well with the floral, smooth tea. The other milk teas are also high quality and fragrant! Their matcha is alright but expected, as they mainly focus on jasmine or other floral teas. Overall, their teas are very soothing and never make me feel bloated or bad!
I heard great rating, great tasting, great exp, nice decor blah blah blah from friends and it was just ....alright. Maybe it's the too busy small shop that takes away the enjoyment of sitting sipping a drink. The quality of packaging nowadays the drink was above average but do I want to try again with so many options out there ....maybe I'll try somewhere else until the hype die down a bit ....

I've heard a lot about this popular spot and had been wanting to try it for a while, but after hearing people wait 40 mins to an hour, I decided to hold off. Finding parking around here can be a pain, but that's to be expected for this area. I finally came on a random Wednesday around noon, and there was absolutely no wait! Walked in and was instantly greeted by a strong tea aroma. Ordering on the kiosk was quick and easy. I got the premium jasmine matcha, and it was good! The jasmine flavor was super strong and floral, and I get why it's so hyped. But honestly, I don't think I'd be willing to wait over 30 minutes for a drink. read more
Impressive presentation and equally impressive quality. Very tea forward with I prefer and lots of floral notes to their jasmine. They definitely live up to the hype and I recommend ordering online to avoid the wait. The uniqueness of even their straw is definitely a statement and I feel like their milk tea is one of the top in the area. Currently my favorites for tea forward drinks are Hey Tea and Molly Tea. Glad the competition is elevating the quality in the area and definitely check it out. I've enjoy most drinks here and do recommend dropping the sweetness to at least half since it can be pretty sweet. Only con which is my personal preference is that I don't like agar boba. So I usually order drinks here without boba. Premium jasmine milk tea, white champaca milk tea, or even their dancong oolong milk tea are good, but honestly they do it all well. Molly Tea was first recommended to me by a friend who lives in New York as a must get when I visit NYC. Imagine my surprise when I saw a location opening in Bellevue! Pros: Great flavor, quality, packaging, and decor. Cons: Very long line and wait times, confusing pickup. Premium Oat Milk Jasmine Milk tea: Molly Tea is very hyped in the bubble tea community and for good reason, the Premium Jasmine Milk tea is the best tasting milk tea I've ever had. Very strong tea flavor without being overpowering, and I love their inclusiveness with non dairy options. I've also tried their Gardenia and Jasmine tea without milk and loved both, although the Gardenia didn't really taste any different to me than the normal Jasmine Milk tea. However even when I thought the lines were shorter than normal it still took me 30 minutes to get two teas, causing my friends with me who didn't order to be a little annoyed (sorry!) I learned my lesson - either order way in advance online and brave the crowds to ask for your number or order in person when you have a lot of free time to kill. Hope the lines die down a little and the pickup system shows an estimated wait time, as well as where to pick up, so there isn't as much chaos at the front of the store! read more
Finally stopped by Molly Tea in Bellevue! I stopped in for a quiet afternoon and was instantly enchanted by the ambiance...think farmhouse chic meets sprinkle-filled joy!! The highlight? Their Jasmine Tea!! Fragrant, and floral, it's the kind of cup that makes you pause and savor. The aroma alone is soothing, and the taste is delicately balanced! read more
There's a lot of hype around Molly Tea so i decided to give it a try. We got the premium jasmine milk tea and white champaca matcha milk tea. I can see where the hype is but the drinks are a little too fragrant for my liking. The jasmine scent and flavor is really strong in the jasmine milk tea. The matcha one was alright as well. The matcha flavor is subtle. If you really like floral/fragrant drinks, Molly Tea seems like a good fit. They can get pretty busy. We tried going Friday night 9:30pm and it was super crowded and it would've taken an hour to get our drinks, so we went back Sunday afternoon and the wait wasn't as bad. read more
I am updating my review to 5 Stars, based solely on the APP!!! Today I just got notified that the Bellevue location was added to the app. So now....no more big waits in line which makes the experience much better and drink more enjoyable :) The app itself is one of the best I've seen. I think Molly Tea is good but overhyped. We got the snowy jasmine and the gardenia. Both 70% sugar and less ice as recommended. While the flavor of the tea in the jasmine was good, the gardenia just tasted like milk. There was thankfully no line, but it still took 15 minutes for the drinks to come out. The drinks did not exactly make up for the time it took for the drinks to come out. They were also sold out of almost every drink on the menu. Including one of the most popular drinks and all fruit iced teas. read more
This store is very well decorated with window screens and wall panels that all are picture moments! You're almost like in a luxury goods store. The jasmine signature flavor is good but the cups are small for the price and I'm still not sure why there is redundancy with the sealed top and a cap. The cons were I was unable to order a drink for elders that didn't have milk in it. Their recommended drink signage was outdated. read more
Feeling a bit conflicted because I really liked the white champaca matcha, which had a yummy cheesy matcha foam, but the white champaca milk tea just tasted like I was drinking milk while smelling tea leaves. I wouldn't get it again unless I happened to be in the mood for a cup of cold milk. The matcha drink was great though, and it alone makes me want to come back to give the other drinks a try. Service was efficient, and our drinks came out pretty quickly even though there was a short line. The store was clean and well-decorated, and they do packaging really well here! read more
I am in love with this place. I love the snowy jasmine. I ended up trying the jasmine with pistachio foam too and it was also very yummy. My goto will definitely always be the snowy jasmine though. Although there is a line for this place most of the time I go, it goes by pretty fast! read more

Was in the Bellevue area and stopped by on a weekday afternoon. This place is right next to Hokkaido Ramen Santouka Bellevue and parking is limited. Need to be fortunate to find street parking or in the small parking lot next to the Ramen restaurant. Otherwise, prepare to park further and walk over. Line was short and was able to order easily on the self-ordering screen. Waited about 5-10 minutes for the drink to be ready. Ended up deciding on the Premium Jasmine Milk Tea with Sago. Jasmine tea is usually mild and light in flavor. However, their jasmine tea had a very fragrant taste. The taste was unique but I can see it being off-putting to others. I was mainly disappointed in the sago as it was not what I expected. It tasted chewy similar to small pieces of crystal balls. So I am unsure if they accidentally gave me crystal ball topping or that is just what they call sago as. They also have limited toppings to add which is a bummer (pecan with whipped cream, sago and crystal balls). So don't come here if you are craving for the usual boba. This place is worth a try as the tea taste is different. But for me, I prefer bubble tea places that have more topping choices. read more
This place is worth all the hype! The store is beautiful, looking like a jewelry store. Their teas are Aromatic and not sweet at all! I got their jasmine tea which is their number 1 best seller. The tea taste itself isn't strong but it smells amazing. LI also tried their osmanthus tea which was also fragrant but not as fragrant as the jasmine. If you like your milk teas a bit more sweet, I'd recommend getting 70% sugar. I got 30% and it was perfect for me. Service is fast but not the fastest. Decent amount of seating inside but when it gets busy, it'll probably be hard to find a spot. There was a small line when I went on a Wednesday evening. read more
Update! I came back to customize my order LOL. I came on a weekend around noon? And there was no line! You order on their tablets and we got our drinks in less than 5 minutes. It was still busy inside, but there were some empty tables to sit and chill for a bit. I came back to get their creamy matcha jasmine milk tea. Also tried their champaca milk tea. Both with 0% sugar ofc. The matcha cheese foam jasmine mt was sooo good. I loved the foam and it was a little sweet which went well with my 0% sugar milk tea haha. Champaca was meh. I know, I know. The lines are crazy long since Molly Tea is the new kid on the block and I attempted once before to wait in its long line until my table was ready at next door's Santouka. BUT, after the second attempt, I get it now. Molly Tea is that good. If you're willing to wait in the lone line and get a tea, you will be rewarded, especially if you get the premium jasmine tea, which is their specialty. I normally don't get jasmine tea at a tea shop, but I will at Molly Tea. It was absolutely fragrant and refreshing. I really, really liked it and am bummed they don't make this drink in a larger size option as I'll have to wait again in a long line to get another jasmine tea. But you should try it at least once. My partner ordered the white champaca oolong tea, which was also fantastic. I don't think you'll be disappointed here. But here's what you need to do first - wait in the long line. Then you'll be ushered in by an employee outside the entrance that you can enter. Then another employee takes your order where you can adjust the ice and sugar levels. When we attempted to order no sugar for both of our teas, the staff said that they don't use any artificial sweeteners and that it's highly recommend to at least try it with 30% sugar. Trust the staff even if you're conscious about consuming sugary drinks. It works here and they use only quality ingredients. Anyway, you get a number after ordering and then wait for the tea to be ready. It took about 20 minutes to wait in line then 15 minutes for the teas to be ready. So yeah, don't come here in a hurry. Love that so many awesome places are opening in Bellevue, including this gem, Molly Tea. Located in downtown Bellevue next to Mediterranean Kitchen, it's easy to spot, especially now-a-days with the long lines. Oh, and, the lines even last 'til closing. Sorry. Welcome to Bellevue, Molly Tea! While still in its soft opening stage, Molly Tea is already attracting the attention of all boba lovers nearby, with lines out the door even on a Tuesday evening. They are currently running a 12% soft opening discount and will have a BOGO1 free discount this weekend for their grand opening. They are sold out of their jasmine mango smoothie. The line can get long but it moves pretty fast and the staff are very efficient. Their premium Jasmine milk tea IS seriously good and deserves the hype. Using only premium and fresh ingredients, the tea is very refreshing and is an amazing pick me up on any day. I can't wait to come back and try more flavors! read more
I was planning my trip to NY and had Molly Tea on my list, but now I am so glad that I can get it so close to home! On the first day of soft opening, the normal line was long and slow moving, but luckily I was able to pre order on Fantuan and we got in right away. The interior is very beautiful and easy to navigate. I have always thought that jasmine tea was good, but never have I craved for it the way that I do for the one at Molly Tea. I enjoyed the Gardenia snowy drink the most. I loved how fragrant it was, and all of the drinks were perfectly not sweet. The staff were all so nice even though they were probably stressed with how busy they were. Those jasmine scented satchets though...omg I am now addicted to Molly Tea and am looking forward to stopping by here every chance that I get. read more
I tried this yesterday for the first time! This is their first location in WA state. Wait in line is not very long, they have kiosks to mobile order which goes pretty fast. Tried the snowy jasmine and mango jasmine smoothie which had pomelo, jelly, and sago pieces and they were so fragrant and good. The interior looks like the inside of a fancy perfume shop. It's super pretty and a nice place to sit. Parking might be a little tricky to find during peak hours so I'd recommend parking somewhere else and walking here. I was surprised by how reasonable the prices were for the quality of the drink, I was expecting to have to pay more. Overall I loved it and would recommend! read more

New beautiful milk tea spot downtown, super close to the Bellevue Downtown Park! The aesthetics of this shop give LV! There was no line to order on the touch screens but the wait for the drinks was over 30 minutes on a Friday at 4 PM :( The drinks were super delicious and creamy with the whipped cream! Will definitely be back to try the mango and coconut drinks on their menu. read more

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #79 Another boba shop from Mainland China arrives in Bellevue, this one of a more modern generation, complete with no tapioca options, insulated bags, plastic sealed cups complete with additional custom sippy lid on top (to give that satisfying straw punch, of course), and the three coupled coffee stirrer straw set up. Very trendy and not usually my style, but hey, a good drink is a good drink. We visited during the Grand Opening weekend on the Sunday just after lunch and were greeted with a surprisingly short line around the corner. Little did we know until a couple of minutes passed that it wasn't the order line that's the issue; it's the pickup line! All-in-all, the order line of approximately 15-20 people took only ten minutes. The pickup took over half an hour. Pretty smart way of doing things! In most places with a longer order line, it's easy to give up and leave, but after ordering, there's way more sunk cost and so you're committed to the experience. Since this was the Grand Opening, they were running a BOGO free promotion. Premium Jasmine Milk Tea, Less Ice, 50% Sugar ($6.99) - This is a very flavorful and fragrant, flowery Jasmine tea. Good strong flavor, mixes with milk that perfectly balanced to not overwhelm the tea. Everything isn't perfect, though. The amount of ice at less ice is far too much for the drink. While the flavor is very good at the starts, it starts to drop off precipitously as the ice melts. By the time the ice is completely gone, the drink almost completely loses the jasmine floral essence. Unfortunately they only have regular ice, less ice, and no ice options - I feel like there's no good choice here. Perhaps no ice, and then add ice from home? Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Dancong Oolong Milk Tea, Less Ice, 50% Sugar (Free, Normally $6.99) - This drink is wonderfully smoky with a very unique fragrant aroma. The taste is actually strong than the Jasmine and I would honestly pick this one over the Jasmine. Because the flavor is stronger, it fares a bit better than the Jasmine when the ice melts. Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 I personally wouldn't visit again, purely due to the fact that I visit boba shops half for the milk tea and half for the boba. A shop that doesn't serve boba is only half the experience for me. However, I can confidently say that Molly Tea serves some stellar brewed teas (for a boba shop) and should easily satisfy anyone looking for a high quality milk tea. read more

I tried the new camellia-flavored drink with oat milk. The floral aroma was very strong and fragrant as soon as you open the lid, and it paired surprisingly well with the creamy oat milk. There was also a subtle orange citrus note that made the drink feel bright and refreshing instead of too heavy. I also ordered my favorite pistachio drink. I personally prefer it over the jasmine option. The pistachio flavor is rich and nutty without tasting artificial, and the topping adds a nice depth with a light sweetness. I ordered both drinks at half sugar, and they were perfectly balanced--not too sweet, which really lets the tea and nut flavors shine. read more

First time visiting! I'd heard great things, so my wife and I decided to come and try it ourselves. We ordered them exactly as recommended, including the sugar level and ice. The pistachio jasmine coconut was absolutely amazing -- rich, fragrant, and high-quality. Me: 9.5/10, Wife: 9.5/10. The tea flavor felt premium and perfectly balanced. The hazelnut chocolate lava was good as well, but it didn't quite reach the level of the pistachio. Me: 8.2/10, Wife: 8/10. The hazelnut flavor was excellent, but the jasmine note was a bit too subtle. That said, we still enjoyed it -- it was comforting and satisfying. We'd love to visit again and try more items! read more
I haven't heard of Molly Tea before but it has been blowing up on my social feeds lately so I have got to try it out. My plus one and I came here on their grand opening where they were having a BOGO special. When we drove by, we already saw a huge line out to the side of the building. Parking was scarce so we had to circle around to find parking. While waiting in line, the workers had their ipads ready to take our order. Since it was our first time, they gave us some recommendations to try along with the sweetness levels. I decided to try one of their popular drinks which were the white champaca oolong milk tea while my partner got the premium jasmine milk tea. After ordering, we waited inside for our numbers to be called. Surprisingly, there were a lot of workers in the back making drinks and packing orders which made it very efficient. When we got our drinks, we decided to take it to the nearby park. Overall, I thought the jasmine tea had a perfect amount of sweetness and very floral. Felt like sipping tea in Spring. I really like the white champaca oolong tea since it was not overly fragrant and had a nice strong oolong flavor. I will definitely order this again on my next visit. read more
I waited 90 minutes day 1 and am still giving it a five star which should hopefully say something. Would I wait 90 mins again? No, but I'm just an obsessive foodie who wanted to try it right away and was willing to take the plunge. At normal waiting times it's definitely worth it but you need to know what you're getting into here. Molly Tea prepares one of the best jasmine teas of any milk tea shop around. Their best drink is the jasmine milk tea at 70% sweetness (the default) which is perfectly balanced. Remember, sugar levels DO affect how everything else tastes including the tea so having the right sugar level for you is important. I tried the drink at other sugar levels and they know their stuff, 70% is right. They have a sign that says they're less sweet than other shops too so their 70% is less sweet than most shops 70%. They also have a good system behind the counter, moving drinks quickly and accurately for the huge volume they deal with. They were great at getting orders out as quickly as they could and told you how long you can expect to wait both in line and waiting to pick up your drink. I also tried the snowy jasmine drink with jasmine whipped cream and pecans over the jasmine milk tea at 30% sweetness which was good, especially with the salty crunch of the pecans, but not as good as my regular jasmine milk tea. I'd say maybe I'd go 50%-70% on that next time but I was trying to make the drink less sweet to compensate for the whipped cream. I also got the white champaca green tea which was fine. The only drink I really loved and would recommend is the jasmine milk tea, which was hands down the best jasmine tea I've had at a milk tea shop ever bar none. I also make jasmine tea at home often and can't say I've made it better than theirs! Will definitely try to come back once the lines die down and I can sneak in quickly. Glad to see Bellevue get a good tea spot! read more
I was so excited to see Molly Tea open a location in Bellevue! I've had Molly Tea while I was in LA and fell in love. I absolutely love their Premium Jasmine Milk Tea. It's the perfect balance of tea and milk - smelling just as good. Right now, it's their soft opening so it's quite busy but hopefully the lines will die down. I recommend coming in the middle of the day on a weekday. Molly Tea is located where Whale Tea was formerly at, close to Old Bellevue Downtown. There is street parking around the area. read more

Molly Tea has the most fragrant and floral jasmine milk tea that I have ever tasted. I kept seeing people rave about this shop and was very excited to hear that it has opened in Bellevue. I was afraid it would be overrated but I think it deserves all the hype! The tea flavor is strong in the drinks that we tried, but not overpowering nor bitter at all. I did the recommended 70% sugar and the drinks were perfectly sweet without overpowering the tea flavor. The osmanthus milk tea was subtly nutty. I think I prefer the jasmine milk tea over the other drinks due to how well I could taste the tea. Very efficient system for ordering and picking up for their soft opening. I was very impressed with how fast they were pumping out drinks given how many people were here. Though there isn't a lot of space to stand inside of the restaurant for a high volume of people. They do have a speaker to announce the drink number. I wish I was able to see the other parts of the shop but it was too crowded. Definitely a must get now that it's in Washington!! read more

The tea flavor is strong and service is fast and efficient! I came during the grand opening and had to wait 40 minutes for my drink due to the line, but we were able to get the BOGO deal. We tried the premium jasmine milk tea and the dancong oolong milk tea. Premium Jasmine Milk Tea -- 10/10. Has a slight floral taste and the tea flavor is strong. I really liked this one! Dancong Oolong Milk Tea -- 10/10. This has a roasted sweet taste to it and the tea flavor is strong -- not too sweet. My husband and I stopped by Molly Tea around 1 PM on a Wednesday for a mid-day pick-me-up. The line was decent -- not too long but not super quick either. We waited about 15 minutes to place our order, which was reasonable for a popular spot. I ordered the Premium Jasmine Matcha with 50% sweetness and regular ice. The floral notes from the jasmine paired nicely with the earthiness of the matcha -- subtle but definitely there. The 50% sweetness level was perfect for me -- just enough to enhance the flavors without overpowering them. read more

I've heard a lot about Molly Tea and always wanted to try it, and I'm glad that it made its way to WA. The interior is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Service was very quick, this place had a huge team, everyone worked quickly so we got our drinks pretty quick. Molly Tea specializes in jasmine tea, so I decided to try the Snow Jasmine, which has jasmine green tea, fresh milk, and jasmine whipped cream with pecan. I don't really order whipped cream but wanted to try this as it looked interesting in which I was so glad to try it because this whipped cream tasted amazing, so creamy and light, and the pecan tasted like candy, very caramelized. I loved it. The milk and jasmine tea tasted amazing, lightly fragrant, but you can taste the jasmine. The Peach Oolong Jasmine Milk Tea is also very good. The peach flavor is light, but you can still taste it, very good. FYI, this place doesn't have boba topping, but I think this might be my favorite spot for a refreshing milk tea drink. read more
Happy to see this place is opening in Bellevue! I went here for soft opening on a Tuesday which was still busy. 5 min line to order but 20+ min wait to get the drink. They are pretty back ordered (the order number we got was 30+ numbers away). I tried the Snowy Gardenia which has whipped cream on top, adding a bit of aesthetics. I tried the premium jasmine milk tea before in Flushing that was very floral and honestly I preferred that more. This one is just more aesthetic and has a different flavor. Soft opening is 12% off which makes the price better but still very pricey I also got to sample my friend's premium jasmine milk tea and matcha jasmine tea. The jasmine milk tea here honestly was more watered down than the one I had in Flushing so taking an additional star off of this. I'd probably wait for the hype to die down if I were to go again. The plus side is prices are the same as NYC which is usually not the case since for some reason businesses here want to jack up prices 20-30% higher than even the highest cost of living cities read more
This beloved Chinese tea brand is known for its intensely floral jasmine brews and bold, fragrant teas that stand out in a crowded boba scene. The Bellevue shop is their first U.S. location in the Pacific Northwest, and it's already drawing a crowd. I've already tried their premium jasmine milk tea, white champaca oolong milk tea, dancong oolong milk tea, and pistachio jasmine coconut (brewed with real flowers!)--flavorful, aromatic, and not overly sweet. I've been seeing so much hype about Molly Tea, and I am glad to report that it lives up to the hype! I don't have one near me, so when my friend suggested Molly Tea as a post-dinner treat, I LEAPT to go. The store is very cute and absolutely bustling. It smells so fragrant in the store, which is always a good sign. The hard working staff were slammed with not only the in-store orders, but also the takeout orders. The store was decorated for Halloween, and there were cute cobwebs everywhere. There was also a display of MBTI and star sign pins that they sold, which were so CUTE. They had a halloween promotion ongoing for their chocolate drinks. I ordered the pistachio jasmine coco, which came highly recommended by my friend. I have never had this flavor combo before, so I did not know what to expect. There was a bit of a wait to get our drinks, but we passed the time just chatting. They have a digital board that shows which drinks are in progress and which drinks are ready. When I got my drink, I immediately mixed it and took a sip. As soon as the beverage hit my tongue, I was HOOKED. The jasmine tea flavor was so smooth but not overly floral, and it was definitely present throughout the drink. The coconut water was not overtly strong, but it added a buttery, savory taste to the drink that was further accentuated with the pistachio cheese foam. Refreshing, creamy, and fragrant, the sum of the three flavors made a drink that was greater than its individual parts, which is my personal standard for what makes an outstanding tea shop. I am SO SAD I do not live near a Molly tea, but for the sake of my wallet and waistline, it is probably for the best. I WILL search for Molly Teas in areas I travel to, and I WILL go if I find one. read more
I had really high hopes for this place but unfortunately was let down. They advertise their drinks to be less sweetened but even 70% felt like I opted for 0% sweetness. I also felt I had ordered a cup of milk as I couldn't taste the oolong tea even in the slightest. read more

came here with my friend to redeem the boba shop that did not sit as well as I hoped back when I came to this chain for the first time in flushing, New York. This visit was much better than that one, but still not too impressed by the boba. Smooth, yes, but not as soft as I wanted. Milk tea was yummy, though. Loved the taste of it and made up for the boba. I love that this location had little trinkets available as a special to entice customers to order with the fortune papers and the Valentine's Day pendant for free. Even though I did not get either of them, it was neat to see that available from a boba shop. Such a unique idea that I wish other boba shops did. Wish that I could rate higher, but the staff made it a bit confuzzling with the order callouts as our number showed up to be up for pickup on the tv screen, but could barely hear them. I like that they bagged the orders in the red Molly tea bag. Very iconic and glad that they do not charge extra for it, haha! nonetheless, I liked the atmosphere with the bright white lights and cute little merch available for purchase on the side. It was, again, something different from the boba shops that I have been to (e.g. zodiac pins with the boba shop mascot). read more

Just when you thought there was enough boba place around, we found this place out. They did a great job of marketing as we we felt like this was of high-quality drinks. We ordered a few drinks since we were already here. I enjoyed the premium matcha jasmine tea the most as you can really taste the jasmine. Their white champoca oolong milk tea was also excellent. Overall, it's worth checking out as these flavors are one of a kind. read more
