Oh my gosh this place rocks! I was on a quest to visit every coffee shop on island. I made it to 4 shops before I found Mokihana. I never made it past Mokihana because they're so dang good. Iced dirty chai is so amazing! Also the staff is friendly with generous aloha read more

A bus turned in to coffee shop. The gals here were very nice and helpful. One of them realized that I didn't like my coffee and asked if I needed it to be sweeter without me saying anything. The coffee price is a little steep, but I thought it was pretty good. I got my iced and didn't taste any sourness to it. I've noticed at other places, when you get an iced coffee, there's a hint of sourness. Parking here was not an issue as it's shared with other establishments. I'm not sure of the time we went, but I did noticed Kauai not being busy at all. Compare to the last 2 times I've been here, this 3rd time, it hasn't been busy. Which I enjoyed. read more

Cute food truck that serves coffee, tea, and bagels. I ordered an iced matcha ($8). The menu says it's ceremonial grade. It was unsweetened, which isn't bad but I did wish I ordered it with a little syrup. There's a few chairs outside to sit and wait. A small line formed to wait for your order, so I do think this is a popular spot! read more

Enjoyed by decaf Holy Cacao Latte very much (added honey). Hubby liked his Chai with homemade syrup. Daughter's matcha was a little earthier than she prefers. Friendly service and cute patio at end of Kapa'a. Loads of ambiance too! read more

This was the second coffee shop we visited while in Kauai and ended up being so close to where we were staying. A converted bus now serving up some great coffee. It was the first place I had a macadamia nut latte and was delicious. You could tell it was a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, but the staff was quick to take orders. My drink took maybe five minutes to come out and the iced macadamia nut latte had the perfect amount of sweetness. I was worried it might be too sweet, but it was just the right amount. We ended up coming here a few times throughout our trip! read more

Cutest coffee truck ever! They are right in a parking lot so very easy parking available. I got their matcha latte with soy milk, and it was so good! I usually make my own matcha these days but I was very happy with theirs. Strong matcha taste, no bitterness! Super smooth to drink Will definitely stop by again when I'm in town. read more

I was afraid to leave a review because I've seen previous customers berated when leaving honey feedback and accused to not being paying customers. However, it is important to leave an honest review. The coffee was watery and the chai latte was not good at all. Unfortunately, I would not recommend to anyone. read more

Awesome coffee spot. Mahalo, Maya, for your excellent customer service! We will be back.

Expensive (almost $7 for a cortado which averages around $4), slow, and now good. Avoid at all costs. Go to nanea or trilogy. Or just have the coffee at holey grail next door instead. read more

My favorite latte I had on the island during my stay. I got an iced latte with the housemade macadamia nut milk and it was delicious with the subtle hints of mac nut. Service is positive and drinks are made to order so may take some time if there is a line but I loved the outdoor patio seating. Taking off a star due to the prices not being listed as you end up paying over $8 for a latte. Definitely worth a try to treat yourself to a quality drink from Mokihana. *UPDATE* Okay wow came back and discovered it's 3.25 for the additional Mac nut milk. Seriously insane soo proceed with caution. read more

(EDITED) Mehhhhhh. Coffee super bland. Didn't like the vibe at all. Service was decent. Would I go back? No. It's a hard pass from me. But that's okay :) Updated! Im glad you replied AGAIN to show your true colors. I gave my opinion which is what yelp is for, if you can't handle that then maybe don't have a business. Not everyone needs to like your coffee, hope this helps! And yes, I was most definitely a customer but don't worry you won't have my business again with the pettiness and unprofessionalism you possess as an owner. Have a great day, thanks :) read more

Such a cute coffee/breakfast place on the island of Kauai. Had a little higher expectations although. Menu is very limited but right to the point. Coffee items, teas, breakfast sandwiches, bagels & limited pastries. Price points are a little high for the quality. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, iced tea, & a matcha for almost $50. Definitely better places on the island to spend that amount on breakfast. The breakfast sandwich was good, just a bit messy. Matcha was okay, a bit watery. Definitely more of a traditional matcha flavor vs sweet which I enjoyed. Service was friendly and very short wait times. Overall, I would recommend looking somewhere else nearby to enjoy breakfast or a quick coffee stop. read more

We were told about this place by one of the workers, Jake, while on a sunset dinner cruise. The vibe and aesthetic is so cute and feels very authentic. I got the shaken espresso, which was absolutely delicious! Probably the best espresso I had on my time on Kauai. The Sunrise Sammy bagel sandwich was a great choice for breakfast. My friend got the holy cacao latte and loved the earthy flavor. If you're on the island looking for a coffee/breakfast spot, definitely come here! read more

Met a couple on our Capt Andy's cruise who work here, Jake and Cheyenne, who spoke super highly of the espresso at Mokihana. I love lighter roasts and was excited to try out a new spot, so my friend and I made sure to stop by. I got an iced Holy Cacao latte - SO good!! The cacao blend was rich and satisfying, and not super sweet at all which I prefer. I also got the garden isle bagel. Hummus and pesto on a bagel?? GAME CHANGER. So delicious!!!
