Little Fish is a must when you're on the South Shore. Great food, good vibes and just and overall fantastic way to start your island morning! There was a bit of a line when we arrived, but it moved pretty fast. I later learned you can place an order online so it's ready when you get there - good tip for next time! There's covered high-top seating plus plenty of picnic tables in the grassy front yard. Just beware of the roosters... they will help themselves to your food if you're not careful! For drinks, we were both feeling adventurous and ordered the iced Midnight Marauders which was delicious, but it's a lot! We'd probably share next time or try something new. We split the Clubzilla Sandwich and Half a Papaya Granola. Both were soooo good! The Clubzilla was huge and incredibly tasty, and the papaya was loaded with yogurt, bananas, and granola. We stayed at a nearby hotel and walked over to Little Fish several times during our stay. If you don't arrive right at opening, a line forms quickly and you'll end up having to wait a bit. Their acai bowls are really good and my husband liked their breakfast sandwiches. I tried their Pakala (chocolate chips, peanut butter, fruit) and Shippy (pineapple, greek yogurt, condensed milk) acai bowls and loved both. A small size was enough for one person. While I love to get an iced coffee with my breakfast, I was not impressed with the iced latte I got the first time we were there so I actually opted out of coffee in our following visits. Line moves slow but your food/drinks come out almost instantly after ordering. We got the breakfast bagel which is delicious alongside the Monkey Nut smoothie (good but heavily tasted of almond butter!), and the Tree hugger smoothie- which I would return here just to have again! Awesome breakfast right near Poipu beach. They opened at 7am which is when we arrived and there was already a line. I got the Pakala açaí bowl which was fresh and filling. I'm not a huge bagel person but wow! They are incredible here. I got the plain bagel with honey cinnamon almond butter. Phenomenal. Sweetness level I would say is a 3/5. The perfect amount. For coffee, I got an iced vanilla latte. The coffee itself was very smooth & flavorful. You can barely taste the vanilla, but it was still good. Sweetness level I would say is a 2/5. If you're into sweeter coffee's I would recommend adding double vanilla or adding sugar at the coffee bar outside. The workers were extremely helpful & very approachable. The location of this coffee shop was perfect! There is outdoor seating with beautiful views of the lush green mountains. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

What I ordered: + Shippy's Bowl [6/5] (would recommend) + Ube Coffee [3/5] For the Shippy's Bowl: I thought this was the most delicious bowl! Not too sugary or heavy with a refreshing balance of fruit and yogurt! Would definitely order again if I had the chance. For the Ube Coffee: Both my friend and I agreed that this was mostly just a regular coffee. We couldn't taste the ube flavor. Extremely rude employees. We ordered online and did not see the time the order would be ready (in an hour and 30 mins) so we waited in line and once we got to the register to ask if they could accommodate and make the order sooner we got a rude lecture from one of the female employees and they continued to talk about us while preparing our order. I wouldn't say it's 5 star worthy, because in my opinion 5 stars is literally the best of the best, but it's pretty darn good. Little Fish Coffee Company is one of those spots we almost always go to when we are staying at the Marriott across the street. It is a popular breakfast spot and the line is always long, usually a 20 to 30 minute wait just to place your order. It looks daunting at first but they move fast once you order and food usually comes out in about 5 to 10 minutes which is impressive given how busy they always are. This time I ordered a bagel with their sun dried tomato spread and it was excellent. The spread had great flavor and the bagel itself was toasted perfectly with a nice crunch. Bagels with their homemade spreads are always a go to for me here. I also ordered the Spartan smoothie which was packed with protein and spinach and still had an awesome flavor that I was really happy with. My sister in law got the banana colada smoothie and added strawberries which made it sweeter and a nice balance with the pineapple. We both also had their matcha lattes and those were great too. Smooth, not bitter, and a really good balance of matcha and milk. The food and drinks here are consistently solid and one of the reasons we keep coming back every year. The one downside, and really the reason I cannot rate it higher, is the staff. Almost every time we go the people at the register or handing out the orders seem rushed, abrupt, or even uninterested in customers. I understand they are busy and only open in the mornings until about midday, but sometimes it comes across as unkind or dismissive. We have seen a few altercations with other customers over incorrect orders and it has even happened to us in the past which is frustrating. Overall though, it is still a great breakfast spot for bagels, smoothies, and matcha and I hope that the service improves because the food really is worth it. read more

Such a cute little place. Sadly, we only discovered this place on the last day or we would have come here every day for breakfast. Coffee was decent, we got the house brew which was less expensive than some of the other brews. I wish I would have tried those. I also had the small classic acia bowl, which was plenty for me. Lots of fresh fruit, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi and pineapple over granola-topped acai. So fresh and yummy and filling. The entire place is outdoors. BTW, this was one of the few places where I could get a cup of really brewed cup of coffee (most of the other places serve Americano).
