The breakfast bagel here is fire. Add avocado. Our açaí bowl came out a bit watery but that may have been due to the fact that we got it a bit after it was made. Def would recommend the bagel over the açaí if you had to choose though. Pro tip: always order ahead online if you can. You'll save yourself 30-45 mins when it's busy.

Best coffee I had while in Hawaii. I had heard a lot about it but I really lived up to the hype. Order online and go to the window to pick up. They are really nice and quick there!! The place is so cute. Nice tables to sit at or take to go! The bacon blue smear?!?! Incredible.

What a cute spot on the side of the row. Always busy every time we passed by. My wife and I liked what we got as far as the smoothies. Fresh ingredients. I got a special... bacon and maple scone. Super disappointing. Dry. Little bacon and maple. Not impressed. But overall a cute spot. Plenty of seating and options. Service was good.

Little Fish is a must when you're on the South Shore. Great food, good vibes and just and overall fantastic way to start your island morning! There was a bit of a line when we arrived, but it moved pretty fast. I later learned you can place an order online so it's ready when you get there - good tip for next time! There's covered high-top seating plus plenty of picnic tables in the grassy front yard. Just beware of the roosters... they will help themselves to your food if you're not careful! For drinks, we were both feeling adventurous and ordered the iced Midnight Marauders which was delicious, but it's a lot! We'd probably share next time or try something new. We split the Clubzilla Sandwich and Half a Papaya Granola. Both were soooo good! The Clubzilla was huge and incredibly tasty, and the papaya was loaded with yogurt, bananas, and granola. I could honestly eat it every day. Love it here and can't wait for our next trip to come back!!!

We stayed at a nearby hotel and walked over to Little Fish several times during our stay. If you don't arrive right at opening, a line forms quickly and you'll end up having to wait a bit. Their acai bowls are really good and my husband liked their breakfast sandwiches. I tried their Pakala (chocolate chips, peanut butter, fruit) and Shippy (pineapple, greek yogurt, condensed milk) acai bowls and loved both. A small size was enough for one person. While I love to get an iced coffee with my breakfast, I was not impressed with the iced latte I got the first time we were there so I actually opted out of coffee in our following visits. Line moves slow but your food/drinks come out almost instantly after ordering. There are lots of little tables to sit at and despite the long lines, we never had an issue finding a spot to eat after we got our food.

We came here for breakfast our first day! Great service, despite the line it was speedily made and absolutely delicious. We got the breakfast bagel which is delicious alongside the Monkey Nut smoothie (good but heavily tasted of almond butter!), and the Tree hugger smoothie- which I would return here just to have again! Lox bagel was also perfectly made. Homemade syrups for the lattes were delicious as well. Highly recommend. Took to go but there was space to eat at picnic tables around the outside. Attached parking lot as well so no issues with parking and ease of access.

Awesome breakfast right near Poipu beach. They opened at 7am which is when we arrived and there was already a line. I got the Pakala açaí bowl which was fresh and filling. My boyfriend got the Lox breakfast sandwich which he really liked. We both tried the daily macadamia nut cold foam, mine on the white chocolate macadamia nut latte and his on a vanilla latte--yum!! There is seating but it is limited. Overall we really enjoyed this breakfast spot!

This was just across the street from where we were staying. We decided to give this little gem a try and it was not disappointing. My wife and I walked over and ordered two coffees and Club-zilla. With all the different ingredients that make up the sandwich. It was delicious with a little crunch to each bite. We had to wait about 10 minutes because there was a line down the steps. We will definitely return.

This was a recommended spot and I could see that since it was quite crowded in the morning. IMHO, it's a bit overhyped and overpriced. I got the monkey nuts smoothie and although it was good it ran at a whopping $9.50! I also got a regular black coffee which was pretty good and was at a more reasonable price of $3.50. Overall it's good, but not that good.

I like how young people can utilize the environment and the input ingredients to create a good business. Every day there are crowds of people waiting in line for delicious coffee or other products. Definitely stop by and try it.

    Açaí Bowls (5/5) + Ube Coffee (3/5)

Little Fish Coffee is such a vibey shack on the side of the road. We went around 11AM on a weekday and there was no line, tons of seating, and fast service. What I ordered: + Shippy's Bowl [6/5] (would recommend) + Ube Coffee [3/5] For the Shippy's Bowl: I thought this was the most delicious bowl! Not too sugary or heavy with a refreshing balance of fruit and yogurt! Would definitely order again if I had the chance. For the Ube Coffee: Both my friend and I agreed that this was mostly just a regular coffee. We couldn't taste the ube flavor. Overall I would definitely come back for the acai bowls and to try their savory options! The flavored coffees could maybe use some more refinement.

A convenient place nearby the hotels for breakfast and coffee. The bagel sandwiches were delicious and the macadamia nut latte! The acai bowl was ok, they were out of a few fruits, but it was enough to hit the spot. They have a good number of stools and high table/ledge to sit at and enjoy your order. BUT definitely BEWARE the chickens!

They have shelves full of products, including honey, olive oil and matcha to name a few. They also have a fridge stocked with grab and go items like their house made salads and soups, as well as their juices and PB. They also sell their brand of honey, beef tallow, and hot sauces. I loved being able to sample all their hot sauces before buying mini bottles to take home (3 for $10)--be warned that some are SUPER spicy (but tasty). Their papaya smoothie bowl with ocean vibes base was AMAZING!! I thought the frozen fruit topping was going to be gross and hard to eat but it has a great chew and was so tasty. Don't even get me started with the passion fruit on it...to die for! The granola and the papaya were also fresh and delicious. Overall I give it 10000/10! I will surely be thinking about it when I'm back home In California. I also tried their Omega This juice that had soursop, orange, mango, dragon fruit, pineapple, and chia seeds and it was soooo refreshing and sweet. I love the addition of whole chia seeds in the drink. I got a Gut Shot ($1) that had kimchi juice to aid my digestive system. I'm a big kimchi lover and this shit was smooth and easy to drink, like a less spicy and slightly sweeter kimchi brine. I also tried their chili and egg breakfast burrito, not a whole lot of flavor and something I wouldn't personally get again. My fiancé liked it though. It's dairy and meat free, but does contain eggs. I liked that it came with 2 sauces on the side, a salsa and an aioli of some sorts. The burrito was a lot better with the aioli. There is patio seating outside in the front and back. We came one day while it was pouring rain but we were able to sit outside without getting wet which I loved so we could eat and watch the rain. Free parking available in front or in the back parking lot of the shopping plaza. Tons of other great food and stores in the plaza that are worth a try as well, including the bakery right next door for some cookies.

We sat on the patio but they call the main dining room however it is outside. The host and the servers were very nice on both days helping us choose our dishes and beverages. The first night were shared the shrimp and unui (sp?) patties. They were tasty and slightly sweet but over-charred and the sauce served with them did not complement them very well. It needed a fresher sauce or something with a little kick The first night I Had the chicken Which is actually a tiny little bird I should've known from the name. - pouisson. It was well cooked, but there was very little meat on all of the bones. And also needed a sauce of some kind. The one baby bok choy was a nice addition. Two of the group had the fish and chips it was made with swordfish that night and was very tasty. However, the chips were slightly limp and not hot. No one wanted to return them, but they really were not very good. One of the other entrées was the veggie bowl with seared Aji tuna and it had quinoa at the bottom with lots of roasted beets and other vegetables. It was a very good dish. The second time I ordered the grilled seafood bowl because that night they were offering Oppa as the grilled fish on the kebabs/skewers that were served on top of the bowl the seafood was cooked, absolutely perfectly, and it had pickled cucumbers, pickled red onions, slightly cooked carrots, and then regular cucumbers on top of lightly dressed soba noodles. It was a very tasty and hearty bowl. We also ordered a kale, beet and blue cheese salad for the table, but what came out was their strange version of Caesar salad, which has chickpeas on it which of course we did not want. It took them quite a while to bring the kale and beet salad to the table, however when they did, it was quite tasty a combination I would not have thought of on my own The first night we ordered the passionfruit cheesecake which had a strange chocolate crust that was too thick and a very light topping of passionfruit. It was fine, but we would not order it again. The whole restaurant is a nice change from all of the really overpriced offerings in the area. The food is fresh and tasty and the service is professional and fun at the same time.

There was this tasty kimchi cucumber on the side with sweet o ions and avocado. The fish was fresh. G got the quinoa and vegetable bowl, topped with roasted chicken. It was a delicious salad with beets, macadamia nuts, kale, and more- and the chicken was nice and moist.

I let her know that I was gluten-free which they were able to accommodate. We have the taco bowl or burrito bowl or a "bowl" as it's listed. You first choose burrito, bowl, or tacos, then choose your meat, which is ground beef, chicken, Carne Asada, fish, which happened to be shark today. Then you choose if you want sour cream and cheese, etc., guacamole, then choose Mexican, brown, or regular rice and then what type of beans, black or pinto. Then you choose your sauce, jalapeño mild up to very hot and then pico de gallo. Then you can choose your jarritos drink or the one canned guava drink. You get a size nice portion in a paper bowl covered with foil and it is delicious & seasoned to perfection. So they did not disappoint! Parking is tight to be mindful of those backing out. I ordered the chicken burrito and my fiancé ordered the burrito bowl with fish. The bowl was served in one of those tiny Dixie paper bowls..for $17! He ate it all and was still hungry. My burrito had way more food than his bowl. Unfortunately their Mexican rice is really not it...the grains of rice are huge and flavorless. The only thing that saved my burrito was the shredded chicken. It was moist and flavorful, and they didn't skimp on the amount they put in the burrito which I truly appreciate since taking any bite without the meat was super bland. No seating available, this is all to go style. Parking is easy since there's a parking lot right in front. It's easy to locate and is situated next to a small grocery store. I recommend you go grab some banana bread from the grocery store for dessert, you won't regret it. All in all, I think there is better Mexican food on Kaua'i for the same price or less.
