Taco Libre is located in a lot with other food trucks, including Aloha Always which has the best açaí bowls. The lady working at the truck was super sweet and friendly, she recommended half al pastor and half carne asada for the burritos, and they did not miss! The tortilla had a beautiful grill on them but still soft, the cheese inside the burrito was ooey gooey and the meat was moist and flavorful with no fatty/chewy bits. The burrito was a great size and served with side of rice and beans. Both their red sauce and green sauces were delicious, I didn't find them spicy but some might. They also had pickled red onions and pickled jalapeños by the sauces and they were a tasty addition to our meal. Plenty of seating available all around the lot, Taco Libre has its own family style seating right next to their truck. We can't wait to come back and try more dishes from this food truck!
