Took my MacBook Pro back to Mojo Computers for a new hard drive and additional memory to be installed, without any hesitations. When I walked in, one of the workers was helping me and Mike saw me, remembered me by name from my purchase of a new battery at the beginning of the year...who does that? Anyways, I told Mike what I needed and was given different options. I made my decision and left my Mac. I was called the next day in the morning, telling me I could pick up my Mac anytime, that it was ready. Wow, that was fast! So a computer that goes for today at Mojo computers was let me see first call it was 650 second call 550 and NOW price I get from email request is 499 WOW within 10 mins how the price changes. The day I bought it will end up costing me 3000 when I received email of breakdown. For a computer they sold me for 900 that I thought was new. I went here today looking for a iMac for coding and software dev, i know a lot about computers. And 1 thing i can say is that no one out there has prices like them, they take care of you and are the friendliest. Great customer service, if you know little they will give you all the necessary specs you need for what you are trying to do with the computer. I walked out with a iMac 27in, beautiful retina display and amazing specs for a low price that i couldn't find anywhere else. While searching for a DJI drone on OfferUp I accidentally ran across an ad for financing on the exact drone I was shopping for. And yes I accidentally ran across the ad because my mileage was set for the max distance. Talk about a good accident! After speaking with a gentleman named Leo online I called the store to find out if this was a legitimate business I drove to Anaheim from Hemet because it was more than worth my trip just to check out the store for the easy financing option. I couldn't believe how easy it was to purchase my drone! I ended up financing my drone so that I can save myself $1500 and not come out-of-pocket. I was shopping around for a Macbook Pro and I read a lot of good reviews about these guys on yelp so I decided to give them a try. As soon as I walked in, Mike helped me out and answered all the questions I had. He convinced me to upgrade to a laptop with more storage and better upgrades than I originally wanted, and I'm glad he did. After going home, I went onto the Apple website and saw that the same laptop I bought was on the refurbished page for $100 cheaper. I called Mike and asked about the return policy, but unfortunately they don't do returns (I should have asked before purchasing). Mike offered to extend the warranty by another year in order to make things right, which I took. So for that, thanks Mike. The only reason I took off a star was for pricing. I was told I would be getting an amazing deal based off the upgraded tech specs I was getting compared to Apple's website. With the extended three year warranty, I actually paid more than if I would have gone with the Apple refurbished Macbook and their Applecare warranty. So if you want someone to guide you through purchasing a laptop and answering any question you may have, I'd definitely recommend these guys. If you're only concerned about saving money, I'd look into the refurbishment page on Apple's website. read more
