Great atmosphere and an extremely friendly staff! The food is honestly amazing however it can be a little inconsistent. 90% of the time it's perfect and delicious but occasionally it has come a little dry/overcooked, and twice now they've messed up my order (leaving pickles on when asked for non, or not including side changes). Overall absolutely worth a visit!! read more

If you haven't been to Mojito's. You're missing out. The food is amazing and so yummy. The portions are large, and enough for lunch the next day.As for me I end up eating it all in one night. LOL The Cuban sandwiches are delicious. One thing I like about this restaurant. Is the consistency. Oh! The Mojito drinks are the best I ever had. Don't believe me go check it out yourself. I give this restaurant 10 stars read more

I had been eyeing this spot for a few weeks and finally decided to try it. When I first walked up, I was immediately greeted by Victor with a smile and warm hospitality. The mojitos are AMAZING to start... I ordered the yucca frita and a few chicken empanadas BOMB!!!! Craving satisfied fully. Surrounded by laughter and great vibes, what a beautiful gem hidden in Seattle! read more

First Yelp review, here. That's how much I love Mojito. Luam, the owner, is an awesome guy - often meets patrons throughout service. Victor, one of the servers, is awesome - he'll strike up a conversation during downtime at the end of service. I live 4 blocks away, so this is definitely in my neighborhood take-out rotation. Or, sometimes, I just chill there and have some beer and mojitos. The pescado en guiso is fantastic... read more

Best restaurant in north seattle. Used to live down the block from here but got hooked and I will never stop coming back. The owner treats every customer like family. Amazing people and a great business read more

I'm going to go broke because of this place. I can feel the 7.95 mojito's racking up slowly on the daily. At casa del mojito, the owners serve you, sit with you, and seriously extend the hospitality that is usually stowed in latin american themed restaurants. The mojito. The mojito. THE MOJITO. It's perfectly sour, with a touch of sweet. The rum is strong, but not gasoline strong. The ice is crushed and melts well. The drink gets better as it melts. The drink gets better after the first one. The drink should never stop, but unfortunately my bank account isn't huge, and 8 bucks a drink limits me to a bit more than I should have before driving. Oh did I mention, the food is incredible. I've only sampled a few dishes, but I loved everyone. Something for everyone. The plantains are well super incredible. read more

What a find! We stopped on a whim last night, and fell in love. My hubby put it best - it's the kind of place you take out of town guests for some great food and a bit of Seattle atmosphere. My only complaint is that I really wanted to try everything on the menu at once! We'll definitely be going back. (Besides - I need to see how their Tres Leches cake stacks up to my hubby's!) read more

Last night my boyfriend and I met up with another couple to have dinner and ended up eating at a restaurant near by (don't want to mention name but or experience was lack luster). We had a good time, but my pallet really wanted CASA DEL MOJITO. I've been to CASA DEL MOJITO once, and was lucky enough to be taken there by my good friend BOB (of BOB'S HOME BREW in University District:) who made sure I didn't miss out on the mojitos and particular dishes~ What I loved: 1~It was beautiful and sunny outside (we can say that less often than I'd like here in Seattle ;) We sat on the patio~ it was really great. 2~I love their mojitos, and their entrees....and starters :) 3~The ambiance is vital (from the people to the food to the color of the restaurant ON THE OUTSIDE too ;) 4~Staff are awesome I love it, I want it, and I hope that I'm lucky enough to sit out on the patio and bask in the sun with my friends with our Mojitos, but I will totally set up shop inside. It is a smaller place so make sure you leave some wiggle room as far as time goes just in case it's busy (which it will likely be) , you'll be happy you did :) read more

We have been here about 5 times and each time we are TOTALLY blown away. Talk about the best mojito I have ever tasted. And the food! Between my fiance and my orders, we have tried almost every chicken or beef entree on the menu and every dish is a delight. One time we were there still eating after they closed (close to 11) and it was just our group and another group (that seemed like the owners' friends). They turned on South American music and everyone got a musical instrument they have around the restaurant and started dancing and singing. I felt like I was in a warm South American climate even though I was in rainy Seattle. Then they gave our table free rum shots for "the noise". If I can give any criticism, it would be around the less-comfortable chairs. It kind of fits with the theme of the place, but I could use some padded seating for comfort. :) On a scale of 1-5: Food=5 Drinks=5 Service=3.5 Atmosphere=4 read more

Luam and crew are wonderful as always. They have made some great updates to the restaurant that improve the atmosphere. Some days my family will pop in for a full meal, other times we just come for a mojito and appetizer. Either way we are always treated well and thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Keep up the great work, Luam!! read more

First time going today, the owner was a wonderful and hospitable person who provided some of the best service I have ever received. Their slogan of "Latin American Food AND FUN" definitely lives up to it's standard. It's difficult to find places where you can receive amazing service, ALONG WITH a complimentary serving of fun. But Mojito and their entire crew provide it, even late into the night. Eating great food is one thing, but enjoying it around people and workers who are also smiling and having fun makes for such a great experience and atmosphere to be in. The food stuck true to its basic form and gave a true taste of Latin America. Their arepas were crispy on the outside, yet inner masa absorbed the juices from the carne asada and had you craving for more after each bite. I will definately be back to try their mojitos and come back for the Sancocho, only availible on Sundays. Mojito, you guys are awesome! read more

The pollo a la parilla was on point...so succulent and perfectly cooked. The mojito was also solid. It was just strong enough to be tasty and give you a buzz. This is a must visit spot. One of my favorites in Seattle for sure. read more

Mojitos are definitely the best in Seattle. Food was good (little salty for myself). I had the Parrila Mojito. I thought the place was a little pricy. 2 Entrees + 2 Mojitos + tax & tip puts you around $70. I would definitely come again for the Mojitos on a nice sunny day but I'll skip on the food. read more

Had to wait for much longer than we were told but the weather was nice and we just sat in chairs outside with our drinks. Once we got in we had an appetizer brought to us pretty quickly which was great because we were starving! The appetizer had yuca, tostones, and maduros and was delicious! Our meals came pretty soon after and we're great! Very happy with the server and the food and we all absolutely loved the ambiance and character of this place! read more

Mojito - Cuban Near Me - Seattle, Washington

The place is cute and family oriented, The cooker is Salvadorian, the manager Colombian and the waitress Mexican. Is not a Cuban Restaurant is more Venezuelan cousin, such as arepas, pabellon, etc.. The vaca frita is like a glorified pabellon but nothing like the Cuban vaca frita. The fried fish is not entire fish, is like a filet of a fish. So if you are looking for a real Cuban restaurant in Seattle this is not the place.PD. the Flan was super the best vanilla custard in the United States. read more

Mojito is located on Lake City Way NE nestled among Maple Leaf suburbia. The atmosphere is casual & the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately what knocked a few stars down for me was the quality of the food. I went here for lunch and had a cuban sandwich that was a bit burnt and my fried green plantains arrived cold. But the pork was super tender & juicy! I'd definitely give this place another chance as the dinner menu is jam-packed with classics. read more

Mojito - Cuban Sandwich on the lunch menu - Cuban Near Me - Seattle, Washington

So good I love it every time I come here. definitely recommend for lunch and dinner and Luam is the best so friendly and loves kids

Yummy food and a casual atmosphere. This is a small place, so get there early for a table or make a reservation if you can. I went here on a Sunday evening with a girlfriend for dinner before a music event. We arrived at 5/5:30 just before the dinner rush (no reservation), we got a table right away but very soon the place was totally full, so keep that in mind. The food is really good here, mostly meat dishes, some veggie options and sides. Excellent sweet fried plantains. I gave four stars just because it was a little too loud inside to hold a conversation without yelling, given the tight space and number of people. Some acoustic dampeners on the ceiling would help if added. This place is great if you are hungry and want something a little different. I will be back for sure. read more

The owner was incredibly generous and welcoming at our first visit this evening. I LOVED the empanadas!!! We'll be back!

Excellent restaurant. We had an issue with the service during a busy night, however the owner took extra care to rectify the issue. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an authentic Latin American experience with good food, people, and vibes. read more

OMG!!! Being from Miami , Fl, I never thought I would taste home in the west coast unless I cooked it ! But I am ecstatic to find authentic Latin food with a superb staff, owner, and overall great atmosphere. I definitely recommend patronizing this establishment for some excellent cuisine. read more

Omg! Amazing food, amazing service! This little place is absolutely delicious! The mojitos are spot on. The food is authentic and yummy. The owner personally served us and provided tips on what went well together. read more

Owner is great, supporting the community by delivering healthy meal kits and the pepito sandwich is amazing!

My friends are regulars at this spot and I can see why. During our visit, the owner greeted them by name and shook my hand twice. It's a small space with a unique but simple ambiance. I enjoyed the veggie sandwich, which is served with two plantains. Being at Mojito, we also ordered a round of mojitos. read more

COVID safe. The sandwich was worth twice what I paid for it and the atmosphere is the best I've seen in Seattle.

I love going here and have for a really long time. It has super good food and as of covid they have created a pick up ordering window and been super accommodating. Everyone here is super kind and the atmosphere feels very homey. Victor was the guy who helped me at the window and he was a super nice guy which I very much appreciated. read more

It was good. We stopped during a Seattle trip because of the reviews. It wasnt life changing by any means. We only got one tostón for the lechón asado plate and two with the ceviche. The ceviche was actually good. The steak was okay, the milanesa de pollo was good. Wouldn't come again though. read more

So good that I made a Yelp account just to leave a review! I had the tortilla española, el mojito sandwich, and Jasper's Rum Punch to go. Everything was delicious and flavorful and the service was excellent! Victor was very friendly and made us feel like we were long time customers even though it was our first time. I can't wait to go back on a sunny day and enjoy another rum punch on the patio! read more

This place is SO GOOD!! I never leave reviews but the staff is so friendly and the food is amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone!!

The best parrilla I've had in such a long time. I decided to give this place a try and I was not disappointed. Starting with the service which made me feel very welcome to the food which was sooooo good! I went there with my mom and my little siblings and they are really picky eaters but they ate to the last bit of food in the plate. Will definitely be going back, I found my new favorite place!!!! read more

Lived near Tampa most of my life and was so happy to find this place that can do a real Cuban sandwich. Tried a few things from here and it's all top notch. read more

Came here because my buddy Jerome recommended this joint he used to work at. There was only one table and four entrees to cook at 3:00 PM. Nobody else in the restaurant. Not sure why food was sent out without being tasted if there was no dinner rush. I asked for rare on my steak with some pink. The steak I received was well done. I felt like the cook and waitress might have been watching us eat and seeing if we liked the food. I cut the steak into bite size pieces and every piece was dry. I realized that the staff was definitely watching when I could hear waitress speaking to cook about the miscommunication as she said "I did write down rare" pointing to notepad. I didn't bother to mention to them though cuz I'm not huge on sending food back even if they didn't cook the dish correctly. The fact that they were aware and did nothing is a bit of a turn off though. Not too big of a deal.... However, the meat was also just wayyyy too salty. I don't think it was an acquired taste type of salty either. I think they just over seasoned and didn't test what was being served. Everyone else enjoyed their entrees. I can see why this place has high marks considering how fresh their ingredients are. The environment is clean, bright and perfect for a casual date. They also checked up on us several times throughout meal, which was appreciated. However, my experience was sub par. I would recommend this place. I just wouldn't recommend ordering anything made to order. read more

Tried here for the first time today for a takeout. We never noticed the building before since it's a little hidden and it's immediately before getting on the freeway. Otherwise we would have come sooner. Ana greeted us right away and our order (3 dishes) was ready within 15 min. She also treated us to a free empanda side dish which was unexpected and sweet of her :) The staff has a great neighborhood family vibe. All the dishes were great and we will come back again. We look forward to dining in after the pandemic is over. The restaurant's website's menu does not have GF marked on the dishes, but other sites with the menu does. Also the physical menu inside the restaurant GFmarks. Majority of the food if GF so it's great to have lots of options! read more

Love it ! Authentic experience with awesome food and awesome stuff ! Will definitely come back every time I am in the area :)

Ordered the Parrila Mojito which consisted of flank stank, sweet plantains, rice, black beans, and yuca fries! Oh my goodness! I went to heaven while enjoying this meal for lunch! I love the guacamole sauce, I wish I could have more! I don't like Yuca fries all that much but the Yuca fries at this restaurant are delicious. Crispy and flavorful. My only critique is the way in which they pack their to-go lunches. Please pack sauces in sauce containers. Otherwise I will be back to dine-in. read more

Omg this place is amazing! The outside doesn't look so nice but I promise you that you will fall in love with their food. The small fried bananas with cheese they have is so good I ordered seconds just for me lol. I had fish for my entree and I can't complain at all. I will be back for sure! read more

So delicious! We got the ceviche and pollo a la Parilla to go a few weeks ago and since then we have been back a few more times. so good!

Wow, wish we had found this place sooner! Amazing food and great service, even during these crazy times of covid restrictions. Thanks for the great meal - we will definitely be returning! read more

The fam loves this spot--especially the empanadas which are both gluten free and delicious. The trek up to North Seattle is totally worth it. The staff are super friendly and everything is so good. Favorites are the Parilla Mojito, all three kinds of empanadas, the ceviche, and a Mojito Platter to share. We always order too much and are always glad we did. I hope everyone supports this business, especially right now! read more

Both my visits to Casa were for lunch and both times the food was incredible. I've only ordered the cuban, but my order is always the envy of the table. The perfect crusty bread, delicious pulled pork, nice turkey, standard pickles and swiss all combined with the right amount of love to really make it a fantastic cuban. I have to say it's better than Paseo's mostly because it was easier to eat, less gready, and the bread is exactly what I think a cuban should come on. The service was decent both times. i don't want to say it but I will, we seemed to have to wait a little too long for water and drinks considering we were the only table in the place. I mean a solid 5 minutes to be greeted at the table when we're the only ones there is a little odd, but I'm chalking it up to them working on island time. And I'm okay with that now that I know what to expect. What was really fantastic about the service is that the first time I was there a woman was outside dancing and shaking her hands, trying to rid the building of evil spirits. I personally didn't mind, but the owners did and some customers weren't too into either. She was quiet though, and I like dancing so I thought it was a part of the experience. At any rate, the police were called and she was mildly confrontatinal with them. So we got our meals and drinks for free. I thought it was a little over the top and insisted we pay, but they had none of it. The free meal definatley made us go back again, and the awesomeness of that mean will bring us back yet again. read more
