What a fun and delicious restaurant. The food was delicious and it is a cool atmosphere. The Million Dollar Mojito was yummy. We will be back! read more

This place has to be one of my favorite places in Seattle. I only wished I lived closer! Service is always amazing and if Luam (one of the owners) is there which he usually is, he makes you feel right at home and welcomed. The cuban sandwiches are a must as well as the Lechon Asado. The mojitos are made with a particular rum from Puerto Rico "Don Q" which is difficult to find here in Seattle. Must give a 5 star rating and would give a 6 if i could. Oh ya, if its nice out they have patio seating. read more

One of my favorite restaurants on Earth. I selfishly don't want people to know about it to keep this gem all to myself, but it's so good everyone should eat here. The food is amazing, can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but my favorite is the Pepito sandwiche with grilled steak. The drinks are strong, the place is always clean, the service is always 10/10 for us. We bring all our friends here, and all of them converted to regulars because it is that good. read more

Mojito is the place I go to transport myself back to the Caribbean for an evening. From the ambience of the pastel walls and Latin music or futbol on the television - this is the real deal. The hospitality from the staff, Luam or his wife is unmatched and helps me enjoy the nostalgia that hits from my extensive time south of America. My family has been coming here since the very beginning. I've come here for birthdays, high school dances, first dates, scheduled date nights in stale relationships, when I'm stoned and hungry, or when I just want some damn good crispy Caribbean chicken and scrumptious rice with the best sauces. Try the homemade sauces. They're super dank and the habanero will get you if you're cocky. You've driven past here a million times. Stop living in the Matrix! Deviate from your coding and add some spicy sensory experiences to your life! PS: of course the mojitos are excellent! What fool would name a his life's work after a drink and not perfect them? read more

We ordered ceviche, arepas and vaca frita. Amazing flavors, great service and as a bonus- mojitos muy rico.

Honestly... just some of the best food in Seattle. Yes that's it, that's my review. It's damned good actually. The flavors, the atmosphere, to the sheer charm of the employees. I love it, you will too. read more

For a place called Mojito, you'd expect them to have really good mojitos - and I'd like to assure you right now: it's fire I also think they've got the best Arepa (pork) in the PNW. Staff is super friendly, and even the owner stopped by to say hello! read more

I ordered 6 dinners for takeout my guests were very happy with the dinners they received. My grilled chicken was over cooked and very dry. I'll select another entree next time. read more

Went there the other day for the first time, my friend and I were trying to decide where to eat so I checked the Yelp and noticed Mojito have many great reviews. So figures, we decided to stop there and as soon as we walked in, the waiter immediately seat us with a great attitude, got us drinks so fast than we'd blink. The food was awesome, ordered a chicken sandwich, so tasty, so juicy and the bread was very soft, very easy to eat. I noticed different food on other tables, they look good, too! The cooker even came to us asking how we liked the food then started chatting with us for a few. I thought it was pretty cool. GREAT and I'd definitely recommend if you are in the area. read more

This place and the staff are amazing! Just ordered for pick up and was missing 2 empanadas, Laum personally drove to my house (15 mins away) and delivered 4 empanandas and desert. Thank you so much Laum!!! Will always be loyal to this great place & great people. read more

Very small, cute place! A little too cramped at times but the mojitos and the food are amazing, as authentic as it gets in this area. Beside it being a Hispanic restaurant we were the only Spanish-speaking people in the whole place. But if you're genuinely hungry this is probably the wrong place to go. If you get lucky enough to find a table it's still an average 40-50 minute wait to actually be served. Tip: bring a snack. read more

Mojito, thanks for the excellent Cuban food and warm hospitality. After visiting Miami, a few months ago, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find quality Cuban food. Well... let me tell you, this place is phenomenal. No need to go to Miami. Also, really enjoyed speaking to the owner and hearing his incredible story. Thanks for keeping my wife warm with the outdoor heaters, great customer service. Made us feel like we were at home. read more

Great little restaurant. The food is good and the people who work there are very welcoming. I've been twice so far and will be going back.

This place is a fricking hidden gem. If you want to taste great flavorful food, do not hesitate they treat you like family. The staff is fantastic. Big thanks to the tall bald guy (sorry I didn't get your name ). He is so welcoming and helpful. BTW THE MOJITOS ARE The MOST try. The BLACK BEAN taste like grandma home make. I am super happy with this place. Do your self a favor a d try it. read more

After going thru Yelp left and right I stumbled across this restaurant. I have had Colombian & Venezuelan food before so it was a no brainer to come to eat at a place like this. From my hotel to this establishment was a drive but after having their food I gotta say I'm glad I did do the drive. As soon as I walked in I was not only greeted by the hostess but by the owner/cook (I presume...didn't get his name) Not only did he and his staff provide excellent and attentive service but they made me feel welcomed. To start off I had a beef empanada with some guacamole (a bit oily for my like but still good tho) and as my main course I had "Bistec a Caballo" gotta say, it's as if I was eating home made food. I'm not from around this area but I will definitely come back next time I get to come out here. Thanks again! P.S. if you like spicy food you got to try the home made garlic with peppers sauce that they make. read more

New to the neighborhood and we already found what has to be our favorite spot in the area. Incredible food. We had the Parilla Mojito and Pescado en Guiso. Both were delicious. Only complaint is that we should've ordered more empanadas and mojitos. Everything was amazing! read more

Sabor venezolano! Highly recommend the chicken milanesa, with yuca frita and maduros. It's so yummy, tastes like my moms cooking.

Mojito is a pretty tasty little spot over-looking Lake City way. The location is kinda hard to find, but no worries if you miss that bright yellow building you can likely find it on round two. It's small, the owner is incredibly nice, but it's a bit on the dirty side. (I didn't see their city review card...I so dig those) The Drinks: My mojito was good, not great not amazing but good. My husband has a margarita so that was fine too... The Food: I'm a huge plantain fan, and they were good, not great but good. The beans and meat were amazing little party in my mouth cooked and seasoned to perfection. I did LOVE the Cubano sandwich. The big downfall was this weird disc like thing that was more like a cardboard hokey puck than anything else. The Parking: Easy peasy street parking with a few spots out front. Ambiance: It's small, tight quarters with a decent patio if you are looking for that on a sunny day. Overall, it's fine. I could go back but I'm not in a hurry. read more

I stop by almost every other day for lunch, getting either the Pepito or Milaneasa sandwhich. The food and service is always amazing. I've recommended it to friends and family and they've loved it to. read more

The food is fine, but the service is what makes me give this place 2 stars. There have been multiple instances where food has taken more than an hour to come out. Even when I try to waive the servers down, they either avoid me or say that the kitchen is working on it. Not sure why this place has gone downhill so much, but don't come hungry cause you'll be waiting a long time. In terms of food - The vaca frita is good and has a lot of flavor. - Don't waste your time with the ham and cheese arepa (all they give you a measly piece of ham and melted cheese on bread). - Lechon Asado - not as good as vaca frita (had a lot of fatty pieces in it) Word of advice, don't postmates from here-they've forgotten parts of my order every time. read more

I got my takeout order ready in less than 15 minutes, and it was tas-TY!! The maduros were tender but not greasy, and the pulled beef had these crunchy little bits in an otherwise soft and tender meat. MMh MMh!! I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu! read more

They are phenomenal and all throughout Covid they've maintained the same level of love and care going into every dish. We ordered our favorites again tonight and were in heaven! Thank you Mojito- we hope you're around forever! (Ordered Ceviche, vaca frita, tostones, and rice - all amazing and loved by little ones and the grown ups) read more

Mojito's food is fairly priced and absolutely delicious. Their food is seasoned to perfection and I've never been disappointed. I'm a fan of their platter dishes such as the vaca frita, but tried something new this last time by ordering a sandwich. With the delicious bread and filling of meat, vegetables and an egg I may have a new favorite dish. The tres leche is a staple of this restaurant and I get it every time I visit. read more

So delicious! We live pretty far away from Mojito so we rarely get to go, but I knew I'd be driving by tonight so we ordered takeout and I am so glad we did! It was so so good. I got the Pescado en Guiso and the flavors were so full and rich and delicious, the rice was moist and flavorful, the fish was fresh and perfectly prepared. If you are wanting a super delicious meal, this is the place! They have delivery through many apps also so let's make sure they make it through Covid! read more

Had a hankering for tres-leche cake and got one to-go from here based on reviews. They seemed to have outdoor seating, but we decided to bring a couple orders of the cake it home. In terms of texture and taste - it was ok, nothing stellar. I've had some that are life-changing from the first bite - this wasn't it. We'll be back again for some empanadas and entrees; and will update my review then. read more

This is one of our fams fav local places and dinner tonight didn't disappoint! Victor and the rest of the Mojito crew provided us amazing food, drinks and service!! Everything was wonderful. Best Cuban sandwich any of us had had (and we have had a lot of them including in Hialeah). El sancocho was amazing. We got to try it by pure chance and now we can't wait to come again for the sancocho (only on Sunday's.) The passion fruit batido was delicious. La Arepa de jamón y queso was good as well as the yuca frita. It felt like I was back in Venezuela. Can't wait to come back. read more

Ive tried the Cuban sandwich and the vaca frita. Both meals were nothing less than amazing and very fulfilling. This is a great spot with grade A service. 10/10 highly recommend! read more

Simply delicious. We had the parrilla mojito, vaca frita, shredded pork arepa as well as a tucan (passion fruit alcoholic drink). It's a humble place with a lot of character. Nestled in an awkward triangle lot, you feel the homey-ness and community style that I've grown to admire from Latin American restaurants. Vibrant walls and concrete tables with coins stuck in them; not the typical "classy" American style place but we love it! The arepa was pure comfort and deliciousness. Succulent shredded pork in an arepa that was soft on the inside and perfectly cripsy on the outside. Best arepa I've had. A complete mess to eat, but so worth it. It came on a bed of greens and with a vinegar based avocado dip that was out of this world. We will likely be experimenting with vinegar and avocados now to mimic that incredible balance of flavor! At only $4, its probably the best deal for a quick snack! With the greens and dip it was like a mini-meal. The plates were absolutely amazing. Characterized by flavorful marinated meat and well balanced sides. The vaca frita came with some delicious maduros and fresca (something that's missing from our maduros at the beloved Bongo's). I had more of the amazing avocado-vinegar on my parrilla mojito; splendid. We could have taken more home for a second meal, but instead devoured it on the spot. I'm not a huge fan of plantains, so if there was a weakness, it was the smashed plaintain, yet even there the spicy sauce on that brightened it up for me. Oh, and before I forget, if you like spice, ask for their homemade spicy sauce. I think it's habenero based and it's superb with everything. Lastly, the drink was great as well! I think the rest of the meal blew us away and the nuanced drink was slightly overshadowed. It was strong but not knock-you-out strong; so order away and drink sporadically. We were pretty nervous going here with the wide variety of reviews and a (supposedly) authentic Cuban claiming this place was trash. Well, either they should share where they get their superior Latin American food or publish their recipes because this place was fantastic in our minds! read more
