So many to choose from!

I drive past Modoo all the time while working in the area and have heard they have great donuts! It's a small place but it was easy to find parking. Inside they have the usual long glass pastry case with lots of donut options. It was quiet and empty in the store when I went, but people say you should get here early for the best choice of fresh donuts. I chose to try a chocolate chip roll (I think that was its name). My pictures show what I had. It is soft on the inside and topped with chocolate, packed full of chocolate chips. There is a cinnamon flavor inside as well! This was very good and quite a large donut! Staff was friendly and they do take credit card payments (some places are still cash only). All in all a good experience and a tasty donut!

Such a large selection.

Modoo Donuts undoubtedly has the BEST donuts in SoCal due to their taste and affordable pricing. My favorites are the blueberry fritters, cream cheese muffins and the vanilla cream filled glazed donuts. There's so much to choose from, you can't go wrong. Have a great day and God bless.

Super ham & cheese croissant. They have a wide selection of breakfast sandwiches too. We picked up 2 dozen donuts for work & all great. Fresh, light & some cute ones too. See pic. Good service, friendly folks.

Fresh donuts !

Come in the morning for the fresh batches- so much variety and the price is reasonable $3-4 for a filled or speciality. They also have some speciality hour prices.

Very light and tasty. Frosting is not to sweet. Had a coconut donut just to switch it up and it was extremely tasty.

Horrible raspberry Cronut! Gave me food poisoning! They also had blueberry donuts that were incredibly soggy. Avoid this place!

As an owner of a coffee roasting business, I am pretty picky when it comes to choosing the coffee…read moreshops I visit. But I will make a point to visit Seesaw as often as I can. I was driving back to LA from Disneyland and this was the closest coffeeshop to the hotel, and no day can really start without some good coffee. So we drove around the neighborhood for parking and walked to Seesaw through the alley. Upon entering the shop, what first caught my eye was the eight or so cups of ground beans presented with their region and notes. This clued me in that they were serious about their coffee. So I did what I always do, I got a blend espresso as well as a SO espresso. Upon sipping the blend espresso, I was impressed at how round the flavor profile was. It would definitely be good in a cortado. But the reason I will be coming back is the SO espresso. Even before I took a sip, the nose of the cup was very strawberry forward and it taste just like strawberries. I was blown away and decided to buy a bag of these beans. After the espresso, I noticed they had a couple Kyoto cold brew towers, which isn't unusual, but something caught my eye that seemed different. Then it hit me, unlike most shops that have them collecting dust in the corner, these looked like they had been used that day, and one of them said SO. I quickly went back to the register to inquire if they actually had some SO Kyoto drip, and I saw it on the menu called something like S.O. slow cold brew. I got a cup of this as well and it was fantastic. The offerings of Seesaw are incredible and a reason to make a special trip, but so is their vision and mission. I look forward to coming back.

The inside is very clean, minimalistic in design, and fosters a calm, comfortable environment. I also like how Sul & Beans has a softly lit, outdoor dining area for fresh air and good night vibes. This place is also perfect for desserts in Buena Park or Fullerton, since there are so many good Asian restaurants and eats nearby. It's very connected with the larger, local food landscape and is a solid option for a light, soft dessert after a big hearty meal. My friends and I actually came here after eating at DOOKKI Korean restaurant, only 5 mins away, and it was a great call! We ordered the yogurt berry bingsoo and Oreo bingsoo; We loved both! The two flavors were great, safe options for everyone--but Sul & Beans also has more niche choices like their earl grey and black sesame bingsoos. They also offer toast desserts and I even saw taiyaki on the menu! I would definitely recommend coming by once in a while with friends if you love to eat in Buena Park or Fullerton!

I would not rate more stars due to the shave ice size isn't generous and the flavor is so plain…read more Small bowl of shaved ice is very pricey compared to other places I've been to. The top layer was just a powder of taro flavory and coconut flakes. I requested the extra condensed milk (no extra charge). The ambiance is okay but the area where you help yourself with the cold water is very dirty, they should have cleaned that up. Good thing is, the service is great but paying $13.95 after tip and tax total of $17.45 for this stingy size of shaved ice I would not consider my return. PS: It looks big in the picture but in the reality is small.

Plenty of parking spaces available and they do have a restroom inside…read more Great little cafe that sells Hodo snacks. These are walnut shaped tiny snacks with walnuts and bean paste inside. They are sweet enough but not too sweet and go well with coffee. Definitely try them when they are hot! I also tried their Yuzu Tonic Espresso and it was amazingly well balanced for those that like tonic espressos. The Yuzu bits are on the bottom so if you don't like them, just stir it once to mix the tonic with the espresso and let it stand for a bit so they drop to the bottom. It is very refreshing though. Service is quick and easy.

Cocohodo is a cute little pastry shop that specializes in their yummy red bean walnut pastries…read more I last came here for an after lunch treat and to grab some items to take home. I purchased their smallest bag of walnut pastries and a small size of their Coco Red Bean Shaved Ice. The smallest bag of walnuts is 10 pieces of their cocohodo. They are red bean filled with one walnut in each pastry. They're not too sweet and came out hot to enjoy. If you love red bean and walnuts then you'll enjoy it. They are great with tea. The coco red bean though wasn't what I expected. The shaved ice isn't as soft as bingsoo. It's more like American shaved ice texture. It had red beans, condense milk, mochi balls, walnut shavings, and a tiny scoop of vanilla ice. I appreciate that it wasn't too sweet but it was pretty basic. Nothing crazy good about it. The girl at the counter was really nice and answered all my questions. The food came out fairly quick. Everything was very affordable. I would definitely be back to get more cocohodos. I love that you can get them to eat or they have boxes to gift as well. And they even have other desserts and a full drink menu which includes coffees, matcha, teas, and even smoothies. The inside of this place is casual and clean with plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy your treat.

I've been coming to Coffee & for the past year or so, and I absolutely love their drink offerings…read more I found them initially during the whole banana matcha craze but since then have explored their other menu offerings. I've got to say: they make solid matcha and coffee lattes! My favorite drink is the banana matcha latte. It's pretty expensive at around $8.50, but they put a very generous heaping of banana pudding on top. I'm telling you, this banana pudding is AMAZING. It has the Nilla wafers, pudding mix, banana slices, toffee bits-the whole nine yards. I get the matcha latte 50% sweet, and the banana pudding makes up for the decreased sugar. This is dessert in a cup, and whenever I order it, it disappears within the hour. That's how good it is. The matcha they use is strong, too. I've also had their plain matcha latte, chestnut latte, and chai latte with a shot of espresso. Their espresso drinks are strong but not super bitter or acidic, which is how I personally like it. They also have a pastry case, but I don't think they make the pastries in house. I think their banana bread and loaf slices can be a little dry, and their croissants are okay. I wouldn't come here for the food unless you're particularly hungry. Overall, I think Coffee & has solid offerings. The interior is always clean and well-lit, and there's ample seating to study, chat, and enjoy your drinks. The service is always quick too. I'll happily continue to come back and enjoy their caffeinated drinks!

I also think it's cute how they have Halloween themed treats. Would definitely come back again in a heartbeat!

Understandable, but a bit disappointing. The good thing is, the workers were hustling, friendly still, and made me a wonderful pear milk tea. I've been coming here for YEARS and…read moreI remember when they first opened and I would try all their new items and "test" drinks and pastries. Yet recently I've been coming and truly haven't been enjoying it the same. I used to come and study or work as I enjoyed their drinks and baked goods. The environment is usually buzzing with more people working or studying or groups of people talking. Their pastries are always good and yummy which is a BIG hit. Yet I am a big coffee person, the quality of the coffees and drinks have gone down hill a lot. I would always order the Campfire latte or the Smoking Spaniard latte (when it still had cardamom in it) and would LOVE it. But now when I order drinks, most of them aren't very good or are missing flavors. The Smoking Spaniard is still yummy yet it used to be sooo much better back in the day, now it taste more like a regular spanish latte. I always see the new seasonal drinks and menu and get so excited to try them just incase I find a new favorite. Most of them have been a miss sadly :( The fruit lattes and drinks from their seasonal menu usually has actual chunks of fruit in it which makes it hard to drink and you have to chew while drinking a latte ;( not my fave. I went in yesterday to try their summer '26 seasonal drinks which is Yakult! I was sooo excited. A blueberry Yakult matcha latte! yummy! I got there, got a new earl grey lemon loaf from the bakery, got my blueberry Yakult matcha latte and sat down to try. Sadly, it didn't hit... the blueberries are still super chunky so I had to use 2 different straws because my first one got stuck with blueberries in it. The Yakult foam was really good but the blueberries weren't :( I HIGHLY recommend when making fruit syrups for coffee, boil down the fruit and blend it or strain out the big pieces. I sadly have stopped really coming to Smoking Tiger so often because I haven't been impressed and other coffee shops have been popping up that has better quality now :( Smoking Tiger has been focusing more on quantity of stores rather than quality of their food and drinks.
