I purchased their smallest bag of walnut pastries and a small size of their Coco Red Bean Shaved Ice. The smallest bag of walnuts is 10 pieces of their cocohodo. They are red bean filled with one walnut in each pastry. They're not too sweet and came out hot to enjoy. If you love red bean and walnuts then you'll enjoy it. They are great with tea. The coco red bean though wasn't what I expected. The shaved ice isn't as soft as bingsoo. It's more like American shaved ice texture. It had red beans, condense milk, mochi balls, walnut shavings, and a tiny scoop of vanilla ice. I appreciate that it wasn't too sweet but it was pretty basic. Nothing crazy good about it. The girl at the counter was really nice and answered all my questions. The food came out fairly quick. Everything was very affordable. I would definitely be back to get more cocohodos. I love that you can get them to eat or they have boxes to gift as well. And they even have other desserts and a full drink menu which includes coffees, matcha, teas, and even smoothies. I'm very picky when it comes to strawberry matcha because I've had some where the strawberry is too over powering that I can't taste the matcha. Their strawberry matcha was honestly delicious. Very cute little cafe! I've been the restaurants at this plaza several times, and have always seen this place with their large posters promoting their famous walnut pastries. Finally, it was my first time trying them and must I say, they were DELICIOUS. They're walnut pastries with a red-bean filling and served WARM. Small, warm pastries definitely have my heart. I also tried their Affogato, which is espresso shots poured over vanilla ice cream. I've never tried this before, but the concept was very appealing considering I love coffee ice cream. It was creamy and super flavorful. I loved the vanilla ice cream's sweetness yet still feeling very awaken by the espresso shots. Definitely recommend giving this a try! They don't play much music (not sure if it was only that day). Their wifi password shows on their receipt after you've purchased something. Downside is there aren't any outlets to plug in your laptop or anything, so it was hard to stay for long. I usually expect cafes like these to be study- or work-friendly, but this wasn't the case. It appeared like a great study joint, but lacked many things.
