This business is now under new ownership and I can say Tamar and his colleague have turned it around. Very communicative and professional. Most of these businesses are archaic and unprofessional to today's standards, but these guys are keeping pace. Will do business again. read more

Mike helped us after hours, on the verge of dusk and showed up with a smile on his face! Seeing a smile when we were in triage mode was a comforting relief! He gave us thorough information and details for what we need to consider for next steps. Great company to work with! Very friendly staff plus quick and reliable service! Would definitely recommend to others.

Peter was able to service our 1200 gallon tank on the same day. He was able to get the job done quickly with minimal damage to our landscape. Peter was knowledgeable and noticed a small drip that he told us how to check if it was a leaky toilet. Value was excellent. This service with the pumping and digging was $700. Our next service will be with modern septic and we will ask for Peter. read more

We have used Modern Septic for years and they have always been reliable and honest. When we moved in our house we couldn't find the septic tank and called several companies who also couldn't locate it. We called Modern Septic and they were smart to use gps and found the tank in minutes, not even close to where the drawings placed it. The have helped us with several other issues like failed covers, blockages, etc. Their prices are always fair and and they go above and beyond every time. read more

Modern did a great job pumping my septic system. Dale is an outstanding employee who was very careful not to destroy the plants near the tank. Dale also took the time to clean up the area after he finished pumping. He left the area better then he found it, a true professional. read more

Great company with fast response and personalized service. When I told them my address and name, they could tell me what they did 5 years ago when they pumped my tank last time. I was super impressed and scheduled the service. The driver was very nice, worked clean and fast. I'm working in the service industry myself and I have to say they know what they are doing. Great Job! read more

I've never had a septic tank before so this was my first experience pumping it after one of our drains started having issues. Modern Septic Service responded almost instantly to my inquiry and was over at my house within a few hours. My technician was John and he was very knowledgeable and so sweet! It turns out the previous owners of our home had also used Modern Septic Service so it was a nice coincidence and testament to the quality of their work. Will definitely be using them from now on for all of our septic needs! read more

We had amazing service from Dale this morning when he emptied our septic! Fast, tidy professional and helpful suggestions! It only took an hour or so, and we'll gladly tell everyone here in fallbrook! When we were comparing prices and looking for fast response, the gal who booked it through Bobs plumbing was kind and funny. It was far more pleasant than most calls, in a tough plumbing year, on very limited budget as a retired poor health couple! We are grateful to you both, and despite distance from us, you'll be our forever choice! read more

Very pleased with this service. They came quickly and were reasonably priced. Dale, the technician, was professional, friendly, polite, and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained the problem and advised as to what we needed to do about it. Gave us a referral for an additional problem he found and did not try to talk us into something we didn't need. (a problem we have had with other companies). He also cleaned up after himself and replaced a board he had to remove from our fence to get his hoses in. We will definitely use this company again. read more
