She then said she couldn't do what I wanted and ultimately gave me something I didn't want. Whatever, I paid for it anyways and turns out she charged me $10 more for some basic white lines followed by glitter. She then proceeded to tell me next time to tell her ahead so she can plan it out. I mean I showed her a pic of what I wanted and said she can't do it but I've gotten the exact same design here before. I probably won't come back to be honest. I'll spend my where it's valued and not rushed. Hire more people if you need it.

After I left I took a closer look at my toe nails and they were cut improperly. Toe-nails should be cut straight across, not rounded. Now I have to watch my toe nail growth to be sure they do not become ingrown. So, make sure you communicate with whom ever does your pedicure here...so you do not end up with in-grown toe nails.

I sat in the furthest pedi chair from the entrance and I just kept hearing "You are being recorded" over and over, throughout the service. I've had many pedis in my time and there's a usual order to it in regards to massage, paraffin, clean and paint nails... This was a out of order that what I'm accustomed to but it worked out. Same outcome. I just found it odd. But why was I charged $55 when I asked for the $45 treatment? One time, it wasn't that big of a deal, but it was 20 minutes. Today, it would have been 25-30 minutes and I couldn't do it. I got a sitter specifically for this. I'd so much rather be told no, we can't fit you in when I called hour earlier than have to find out when I'm there. The young gal up front also told me to take a seat to wait when there was absolutely no place to sit. When you are in a tight schedule this just doesn't work. I asked if they were able to do the stars in chrome, and they said yes, but ultimately used metallic gel polish--though it still turned out great. I was serviced by Ha and I loved her! She took her time initially, making sure I liked the length and shape, but I could tell she was rushing near the end (which I understand, nail art can take a long time). After finishing the set she was filing one of my nails and it looks like she filed one a little too much. You can see the edge is filed and has no polish on my left index finger. It's only visible from the side though, so it doesn't bother me too much. The polish was also applied a little farther from the cuticle than I'm used to, so I'm a little bummed about that (especially since my nails grow pretty fast, so the grow-out is going to be noticeable sooner). The only thing I noticed that was different from other shops is they didn't spray my nails with alcohol before applying the gel polish. I thought that was standard practice, but what do I know! This manicure cost me $85. Not sure of the cost breakdown, but I know a gel manicure cost $35, I got 2 nails fixed ($5 each), and the star designs cost $30. I'm guessing the cost of the cat eye polish is $10 extra. They prefer cash tip and Zelle/Venmo for the payment, just FYI.
