That said, their chicken really is is good. The breading is nice and crunchy and the white meat is tender and juicy. Love the dipping sauce. I like their fries -- they are crinkle cut and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Not a big fan of their coleslaw, but YMMV. Plenty of seating inside with booths, but we had a big group and they have a great long table for a large crew. If you are craving chicken tenders, this is the place to go.

First Impressions:…read more This was my first time trying this place, and I'll be honest -- I was pretty excited. I've heard a lot of hype from friends and online, so I had high expectations going in. Visually, the food looked fine when I opened the box, but unfortunately, that's where the excitement started to fade. Interactions: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. They handled my order professionally and made the experience on the customer service side a positive one. Service: The food came out on time, and I didn't have any issues with the ordering process. Everything was packed neatly, and nothing was missing from the order. Food: Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to the hype for me. Everything was noticeably cold by the time I sat down to eat, and even beyond the temperature, the taste and texture were underwhelming. The fries were bland and limp, the chicken tenders lacked flavor, and the toast felt more like an afterthought than a real side. The sauces were the only thing that gave the meal some life, but they couldn't carry it on their own. Value: Considering the price and the reputation, I was expecting better quality. It didn't feel like I got the freshness or flavor I've heard so much about, which was disappointing for a first-time visit. Recommendation: I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I also believe in honest feedback. While I was really let down this time around, I'm open to the idea that maybe I just caught them on an off day. I might give it one more shot in the future, but as of now, I'm not in a rush to return.

It was really chill this time, different crew but same energy. The Birria Taco combo came with 3 queso birria tacos with onion and cilantro, some consome, and a drink. Overall the birria this time was packed with flavor, didn't need the consome to add more flavor but it went very well with it. The salsas served with the combo were tasty and the red one, my favorite, packed a punch. It was spicy but enjoyable. 7/10 I birria balls were amazing, freshly cooked. They have rice, onion, cilantro, birria, with hotcheeto crumbs as the exterior served with consome and nacho cheese. This is my favorite so far, I enjoy the different flavors and will definitely come back to get more. 8/10 Upon my return, I got to meet the owner Austin. He was very cool and friendly, he told me more about the franchise and their different locations as well as his specials here in Tucson that differ from other locations. We also got to test something he's thinking about adding, I look forward to seeing this added soon 5/5 overall for their service, kindness, cleanliness and atmosphere! We came during the Jazz Week and the band was fantastic. Estefania was our waitress and did an OK job with our large party. To start they brought out tortilla chips and salsa which were very good. For my dinner, I ordered the Fajitas with shrimp. She said it came with 2 sides so I ordered a side salad and onions. Unfortunately there were no sides included with my meal. Instead it came with Spanish rice and refried beans. My mother ordered the Arrachera which is their skirt steak cooked medium and cut into several pieces. She loved it. I tried a little and it was good, but a bit tough. My nieces had the chocolate lava cake for dessert while my mother and brother ordered the flan. We left there very satisfied. After the jazz band finished, a Mariachi band (8 piece) set up and started performing as we were leaving. They sounded fantastic. I wish we could have stayed. It came with a bunch of sides: rice, refried beans, green salsa, guacamole, a grilled jalapeno and slaw, plus complimentary corn chips and red salsa. The two salsas were good. All in all, it was just OK. The ambiance is nice and service was fine.

They have a punchcard promotion; every time you come in you get a punch per entree, and once you receive 12 punches, you can redeem it for a free meal, which is nice. The counter server was very soft spoken so it was difficult to hear anything he said over the loud music. I was disappointed that their combos don't include a drink. I ordered a combo #3 that was $13.49 for a slider, a tender and a small fry. Then I had to drop another $2.19 for a small soda. That's a total $15.68 for a lunch combo meal! Way too expensive! It took me 15 minutes to get my combo. People who came in after me received their food before me. The food was marginal at best. The tender in the slider was warm and tender/soft. The side tender was dry and stringy. The seasoning they use was too salty for my taste, and wasn't very hot. Less salt and more hot would have been much better. The fries were warm but very dry. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, especially the front door that was encrusted with oil, grease and seasoning. And worst of all I was bothered by at least 4 flys throughout my lunch there. Overall, not impressed at all. Highly doubt I will ever return to this restaurant.
