I tend to like the varieties and flavors yall have but why did I do an online order to pick up in store and when I went couple minutes after the required time (which was like 30 mins required and I went in 40 minutes) it still wasn't ready? Pretty awful customer service. Went in there to grab dinner with my wife and toddler. About 4 guys were standing behind the counter three playing on their phones and one reloading the tubs at the counter and not one took our order. I stood there for over 10 minutes patiently waiting before I gave up and left. Thanks to that experience I'll never try this place again. The staff here is always very friendly, young, and energetic. The crust isn't the best, but it is worlds better than Papa John's (disgusting in my book) and Domino's (which is only good if you get the crispy, then crust. The mega dough at MOD is perfectly chewy, bubbly, etc. If you get a pizza that tastes bad... well, that is your fault. You get to choose every thing that goes on the pizza. If you get it prepared badly, that's another story. Oh, and as of Oct 28, with Covid swinging back in, they have curb side delivery! They have a great selection of toppings and are very generous with the application, unlike a lot of other artisan pizza places. The pre-made pizzas are so good and very unique flavors! Although the lines are generally very long, it moves fast and they have great customer service! Also, I gotta say that the Pizza salads are pretty good, if you're into that! I ordered 8 pizzas of different variety. They made them pretty quickly and that was good. When we brought them home they were burnt on the bottom. I called them to let them know and the assistance manager, Taylor, really made up for it. She comped our order and apologized. That's how you treat unsatisfied customers.
