Worst experience ever. All mods on both burger were incorrect. My burger was stone cold and soggy. Last bite of my boyfriend's burger and I notice the egg is green and smells rotten. Manager, cashier and customer support couldn't care less. We went back and waited for 10 minutes because the cashier didn't know how to issue a refund. I tried to show her pictures and she said "well I helped him make the order so. People can show me pictures all day but... sorry. Whatabummer at Whataburger So there I am, just starting work, desperate for fuel. Tacos weren't cutting it anymore, so I thought, Whataburger breakfast to the rescue. Usually, they come through. Today? They served me betrayal with a side of grease. I walk in nobody at the counter. Just a full-blown gossip circle going on in the back. Then a kid comes out mopping, makes eye contact with me, and keeps sliding that mop like I was invisible. Fine. I spot the kiosk, take matters into my own hands, and order. While I'm waiting, a few more people come in. I even played tour guide "Hey y'all, the kiosk is open." One guy flat-out refused, waited like royalty for table service, then gave up and left. Another used the kiosk. Someone actually got lucky, because when my food came out, the staff finally had to acknowledge a customer. And then the food. My biscuits and gravy? That wasn't gravy. That was gravy soup. Biscuit broth. My biscuit was floating around like it needed a lifeguard. If I had a straw, I probably could've just sipped it. The hash browns? Over-fried into oblivion. Not crispy golden brown, but crumbly little grease bombs. I picked one up and it fell apart in my hand like a stale cookie. No crunch, no bite just sad, oily dust. We ordered curbside but when we arrived, there was no space for us. The restaurant was crowded, the drive thru was backed up, and to top it off, they were invaded by a large group of teenagers. Nevertheless, the young man at the drive thru served us with the utmost of manners, and despite being unable to hear very well, took the time and effort to find our order. This is the closest Whataburger in proximity of my home and sadly I just can't seem to win with their Curbside. This would be my 3rd time I've been forgotten and what I think would be a quick grab and go turns into 30 mins and me having to walk in, diminishing the "curb" aspect, and inquiring on my missing order. I've even watched my drinks from my car sit lonely like waiting for their food companion on their curbside cart that never arrive. I don't know if there is a disconnect with this service or an app malfunction but it's a rather frustrating occurrence. On another note the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad was tasty even though they forgot to include my ranch dressing. You have a 50% chance of getting your order correct. Typically you end up cold undercooked fries OR flat soda. You almost never get warm fries, carbonated Dr.Pepper and a good burger! It's really pathetic that you pay $16 for a meal to get trash food. read more

I'll ordered for curbside pick up and it took quite a long time for the order to be delivered to me. This is the third time I have had to wait a long time. You need to improve on this. Sat in line for 10 minutes no one took our order went around to see if maybe they didn't hear us. By that time two other cars were in front of us, both got orders taken automatically. I usually don't review fast food restaurants, But I felt like i needed to because of how bad the experience was! Where do i even begin .... First off My fiancé & I ordered 10 minutes before going to curbside pickup. I gave them plenty of time to make my food. I pulled up to the curbside pickup, I called the main number & mind you Hope the "manager" picked up the phone being inattentive and was focused on talking to other people rather than the person who was on the phone. I had to repeat myself multiple times for her to understand the reason behind my call. Hope gave me nothing but attitude when asked about curbside pickup. I told her who the order is for & what number lane i am in she said "we don't do phone pickup order", I also asked her is there is a number to text notifying what spot i am in for the order pickup? She said "no, do it through the app!" I said I don't have the app can i do it through the website because that is going to take a while & my food will be cold by the time I set up everything, I have the receipt & order number if you want it & her response is "no we only do it through the app so do it that way". As I am making my account for the phone app, Hope walks outside again asking "what order i am picking up?" even though I have already told her this information over the phone...once again her response is "do it through the app" & walks away. I made my account for the app, I looked on ways to pickup my order through the app & nothing worked. I walked inside for the staff to help me & they couldn't get my app to work either... this is now 10-15 min later! Another employee mentioned i could check in through the website... I am in awe of how a manager can be unaware of this, or the lack of communication. After my fiancé put the curbside number in for the pickup, i received my food after a few minutes of me witnessing staff & the manager huddled together doing who knows what. They almost forgot my drink which i also had to remind them of, which is pretty ridiculous! All in all what could have been less than 5 min curbside pickup, became a 20-30min pick up. Updating my review. I come here pretty consistently and have for a couple years now. I have learned that if you do a mobile order, 99% of the time they will be later than the pickup time. I've also had them forget items in my order. I get home to eat and realize my food is missing. I call them to let them know and they tell me that I can come to pick up my missing item. Great. I've been to this location a bunch. This location really is a bad one. Chick-fil-A, Canes, and free birds are right down the street. Save yourself the trouble. The people are nice. They do a decent job between 7 am and 11:30 am when no one is there, more or less. If it's busy at all things do not go well. They don't listen at the drive through very well. They food has often tasted bad or kind of been smashed together. They get orders wrong regularly. Managers don't know how to speak to customers. Not going back. Hope they make a change. Great location. Kids working here are great. The kids that hangout here (flirting with the kids that work here and vice versa) are great too. Makes me happy to see they have a little Friday night hangout to be honest. Idle hands, right? Food was served with a smile and great quality, as expected from this franchise. My son has never eaten here before and was pleasantly surprised. I'd eat here more but I'm scared to death of what I'd look like after a month. Lol! It's neither, tonight placed a mobile order and sat in drive thru for 30 minutes AT LEAST ... then when I get my meals I'm just ready to get home at this point, get home excited to finally eat my food and it's wrong! Finally a Whataburger in the area! Sadly they don't seem to stop messing up my orders! I thought Sonic was bad until Whataburger opened. Unlike some other comments; the restaurant js very cleaned, ok service, and fast drive-thru comparing how busy they are when I go by, most of the staff seem to be teenagers...... today was the exception - no one in line at the drive-thru, ordered a Cranberry Apple grill Chicken salad with no tomatoes and added onions. What I got was a salad with no cranberries, no apples, half the size of a chicken breast.... the person who made the salad didn't realize the name of the salad, are the main ingredients? It's a fast food joint so what can I say? Well, it is ULTRA clean, the service is great, polite and fast. I have only been there twice to place a to go order inside (to get specific requests like no salt on the fries etc). A really nice touch I think is that after a few minutes when they bring my food they bring a tray filled with many options of sauces (ketchup, spicy ketchup, 2 different salsa's and more) Sorry CA friends but it beats Inn and Out hands down on service, speed, choices and cleanliness. Now if only we could do something about the humidity ;-) read more

I like Whataburger, but this location is easily the worst Whataburger that I have ever visited. Unfortunately, I live near this location, so I have visited it many times. They are consistently slow. You can expect to sit in the drive-through line for 15 minutes or longer. The staff is rude and they will invariably hand me the wrong order or get my order wrong. If you mention that your order is wrong, prepare yourself for some attitude. There's a young woman there that will roll her eyes if you ask for ketchup. I finally gave up on this location. I usually drive to another location or settle for Sonic. You should too. read more

This time I ordered a double chicken Cobb salad with avocado. the salad arrived (eventually) and we arrived home to find that there was no napkin or fork (fortunately we were home), no avocado, and no dressing.
