The food was very good a little soggy on the tender, but it was warm. I paid for extra sauces and they did did not give me any. I had already gotten home by the time I realized, and I feel like it's your job to put in an extra sauce if it's paid for so why are you not doing that? I felt like my money was stolen an extra dollar for a small thing of sauce is ridiculous. read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Fast Food Near Me - Spring, Texas

Some days the kids are picky. Some days the adults are picky. But on this particular day, there was ONE thing everybody could agree on... chicken strips. So Raising Cane's it was! We hardly ever dine inside, but you can definitely catch us sliding through that drive-thru because of its quick service. Our order stays pretty consistent: Box Combos, extra fries instead of slaw, toast buttered on both sides, and lemonade. Because if we're doing Cane's, we're doing Cane's correctly. Lol The food came out piping hot, the chicken was fresh and crunchy, and the fries and toast were exactly what we were hoping for. No surprises, no complaints. Sometimes you just need a reliable meal that keeps the whole car happy, and on this day, Cane's understood the assignment read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - My receipt - Fast Food Near Me - Spring, Texas

Raising Canes Chicken Fingers is the best restaurant ever! It serves the most delicious chicken you will ever find along with salty crispy fries and some excellent Texas toast! I always go through the drive through and it has the best service! They are all super kind and I can tell that they really care about their jobs! Whenever you go inside of the restaurant it's amazing looking! It has the best most comfy seating and beautiful decor around the place. I would 100% come back to this place to eat again. read more

I love Canes, taste way better if you order the fries Extra crispy and the toast butters on both sides. The cashier was cleaning when I got there, so it's good to know that the place is getting cleaned. Love this place!! read more

Well oh well, I am not from this neck of the woods but I am impressed with Raising Cane's chicken strips. So the decor feels like a sports bar and the food is on par with that of the other "cow" branded place. What I like about this place is that they do chicken only and do it right. Other places try to have a large menu that taste like cardboard. I will say that I love this place. Can't wait to eat here again. read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - a basket of fried food - Fast Food Near Me - Spring, Texas

Great tenders some skimpy ( I've always gotten full tenders and sometimes extras at Bush's Chicken), fries were terrible, stale and not too many and a bit pricey. All that said I'd go again - the tenders were that good. read more

Takes forever and rude customer service, sat in the drive thru for over 45mins and it wasn't even busy.

I was very surprised at the size of the chicken fingers. I have been to raising canes in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and they are much larger than these little fingers so I would say I was very disappointed. They tasted as good as the ones in South Carolina, but they better get their act together as far as the size of them read more

Usually good. Just check your order before pulling off in the drive through if you substitute anything on your order.

One star rating, went there today and lady was very rude and had a attitude this entire time we were ordering,we sat in the car for 31 minutes just for them to get the wrong order do NOT recommend read more

I mean it's raising canes, it's a fast way to get some good chicken. The service at this location was really good, the person who helped us at the window was really nice. Overall, this raising canes is really good read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Box combo with 4 chicken fingers and lemonade :) - Fast Food Near Me - Spring, Texas

we ordered 1 order of naked chicken and 1 regular order. I ask the girl if the naked chicken was good and she said it was. well it was hard and greasy . I asked if I could get it regular and the manager said no. need less to say I will not visit them again. he was an asshole. read more

Wow, we used to be some serious Raising Cane's fans. We have 344 visits on our Caniac card. We tried eating here twice over the last few weeks. The quality has majorly gone down hill. As I sit here, I count 12 dirty tables with no staff attempting to clean them. It's not busy, so it's a little frustrating to come into a mostly empty restaurant and have my choice of dirty tables and floors. It's also frustrating that they are out of ketchup. What kind of a restaurant that only has chicken and fries runs out of ketchup? These guys have a lot of turnover so that may be the issue. Many of the managers that used to be there (when things were good) have left and gone onto other things. I want to like Cane's again. I will pop in again too see if they've gotten better. For now, they aren't at the top of my list like they once were. read more

was ready very quickly. lady in drive thru was pleasant and in a good mood. food is ok.

They were good. I enjoy Cane's time to time. It was not special. It was Cane's. Even if they are just Cane's, Cane's are usually very good. You should definately try their finger chicken. Also, their staffs were really nice and their place was very clean. read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Fast Food Near Me - Spring, Texas

This is the best Canes experience I've ever had. The service was great, the two ladies working were friendly and fast. The chicken was perfectly cooked and crispy. I won't go to any other location now. read more

Great place to eat! Staff was very nice and service was fast! Clean looking to! I got the 3 Finger Combo!

I ordered a 4 chicken strip meal. It comes with soggy French fries, coleslaw, and one tiny cup of dipping sauce, which was not even enough for 1 chicken strip, and a drink. I asked for extra sauce they charged me (for a condiment) and gave me one extra little cup which was not enough. It was my first time there because I was told they have the best chicken. The chicken was good but not the rest. Totally not worth it. Probably won't go back again. read more

We ordered the Caniac. In short, the chicken planks were microscopic and the girl taking our order at the counter had a rude, angry, nasty attitude. We just asked for bigger pieces cuz last time they were small. She snapped at us and said, "whatever we got THAT'S WHAT YOU'LL GET.". It's almost as if she went out of her way to give us pieces that were even MORE tiny than the last time we ate at Canes! 6 tiny pieces of chicken, buried in an avalanche of crinkle fries, slaw, a palm sized piece of bread and a drink for $13. While that's not the worst deal, it's not the best either. Used to be $10 and the chicken planks were generous. Service is usually friendly at Canes. Glad we were from out of town. We wont be eating at this location again.. read more

So, why can't most places be like this franchise? Regardless of which one I visit their food is always fresh and delicious! The sauce is amazing and I love their sweet tea. They did accidentally served me lemonade this visit which I was like seriously? But after that incident I got hooked to their Lemonade! I am so glad they accidentally served me lemonade, best mistake better! Not to mention their service is always great and staff members look and sound like they are actually quite excited to be at work! read more

I don't usually go for fast food, but their chicken is ridiculously good-- juicy and perfectly cooked. If you love fried chicken but don't like the quality you get at most fast food places, you've got to try this! read more

Maybe it deserves 4 stars, but I don't really plan on going back any time soon, so I'll leave it at three. This place is decent. It does only one thing, and does it well: Fried Chicken Strips. The breaded batter is pretty fantastic. I enjoyed the flavor and texture. They also have fries with famous sauce. That was alright as well. I dunno. It was okay. I'm not excited about it, but it was decent. read more

Went to this location today their prices have been raise drastically which I understand ordered my chicken got to the window when I asked for sauce I was told that it would be $.42 and I said you don't get any with the chicken and she said no. Without it there chicken is pretty much flavorless I've made my last trip to raising canes. Person on the microphone spoke so fast I had no idea what they were saying maybe they told me that but I didn't know till I got to the window. Maybe if you're trying to economize don't give me 50 napkins in my bag. read more

I always wondered about Cane's Chicken why it's all over the place franchises. Now I know what the big deal is the chicken is real chicken breast juicy ok ok I see now why people like it plus they have a special sauce made fresh is really good to dip the strips read more

Food is good. I got 14 chicken tenders and the lady gave me 3 ketchup packets. I asked for more and she said "I already put some in the bag" when I told her I got three full boxes of chicken with fries and would need more she almost refused and gave me a huge attitude. read more

Never had a really good reason to not like raising canes, I like chicken and hot crispy fries , there sauce is really good ! Always get extra , and there toast is crispy , bathrooms are clean . read more

Just picked up a Sandwich combo expecting it to be extra crispy but they don't ever seem to make my food extra crispy when I ask.

Si I went to The Spring location a few weeks ago and the only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars was because they are so dang EXPENSIVE!!!! Chicken is cheap so why $10+ for lunch pp? Oh & their sides like cole slaw are so small. I think it may have been 4 bites, maybe. Just sad because everyone hyped it up and I was disappointed. Yes the chicken was good but when thats all you serve you should be good at it. Wish I could say I'd be back but it's not a place I'll go out of my way for. I work too hard to spend that kind of $$ on chicken. Sorry. read more

My family and I were at this location for Mother's Day. The people who work here are nice and professional, and our food came out quickly. The inside of the restaurant, though, was dirty. There were only 2 families in the restaurant; however, all of tables were dirty and were not cleaned off the entire time we were there. The floors had old food on the floors. The women's restroom could be cleaned more often, too. There was hair, toilet paper, and paper towels everywhere. The next time I visit a Raising Cane's, I'll go to a different location. read more

Still taste the same but every time I come here I'm disappointed. I have hoped the first two times were just bad experiences but the third has me thinking this is possibly the worst canes I've been to. I have either been given the wrong order, have had something missing and/or the chicken tenders are half the size of other locations. I love canes and this is the closest location near me. I guess I'll travel to the other location from now. read more

I'm only giving this joint 2 stars to be nice. When I first tried RC when they first opened in Houston over ten years ago I was not the least impressed. I figured a place dedicated the nothing but chicken strips had to be outstanding but no, they aren't. I tried about eight mo. ago and wow, still the same, tired, overpriced chicken. Do yourself a favor and go to a good sports bar where you might pay the same but can at least get a friendly waitress, some entertainment and chicken with some flavor. read more

The chicken fingers and sauce are pretty good, but this new fast food restaurant needs to get their act together on the important little things. I ordered the box combo - chicken fingers, fries and a 21 oz drink (actually 2 of them). The fries were sooooo salty you couldn't eat them, since I got them at the drive through I had to drive back and they made me some fresh low salt fries - would have been 2 stars if they had refused - but really guys, get it right first time! And the 21 oz drink - actually more like 6 oz drink and the rest ice - could barely push the straw in the cup, so much ice. Disappointing. read more

Love the new location! I'm so happy to have a Raising Cane's closer to home. Inside is spacious and very clean. The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. And the Cane's sauce, yum! I actually prefer to dip my fries in it instead of ketchup. The lemonade is very good, but I wish it came with free refills. read more

Missed an entire entre from my drive thru order and after driving 15 min back I was offered extra sauce. Get it together Canes! We are a VERY regular customer but that may change!!!! It would have cost you almost nothing to offer me additional food to make it up. Ridiculous! read more

Ok place for a quick bite but I think it's pretty pricey and plain for what you get. They only have chicken fingers, fries, Cole slaw, bread and dipping sauce. So for those minimal selections you would expect everything to be amazing but unfortunately they most definitely are not. Drive through service was quick both times I visited but their menu could be organized better. I just wanted fries and chicken fingers and couldn't find prices for just those. The chicken and fries were good and hot but I can get a better meal for less at Culver's. And you have to pay extra for their dipping sauce. Pass. read more
