My family and I visit this location often. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whether you're eating inside or picking up through the drive thru, service is always fast. I personally often do mobile orders during lunch because it's quick. Food is always delicious. My favorites are the grilled chicken market salad and the spicy chicken deluxe. There's also nothing better than Chick-fil-A lemonade. For breakfast I love the chicken minis with some grape jelly so so good. read more

Thank you to all my brothers and sisters who faithfully served. A little history for those who are unaware: Veterans Day was initially known as Armistice Day, commemorating the end of World War I in 1918. In 1954, the holiday was renamed Veterans Day to honor all military veterans. Across the U.S., the day is marked with parades, wreath-laying ceremonies, and moments of silence. Normally I would give a 10 star review. However today not so much. I'm going to start off by saying they were training. I get it. It's a tough job. Horrible experience at Chick-fil-A today. While Finley was playing in the playground with a bunch of other young kids, 5 teenage girls came barreling into the playground. I reported this to a staff member who looked at me like I was crazy for not being okay with the teenagers playing. The girls were in the car attached to the tunnel making it bounce like crazy. The entire situation made me and several other parents uncomfortable. A staff member poked their head in the playground and then said absolutely nothing. She went and asked the parents of the girls if they knew they were in the playground and again nothing happened. Suffice it to say I took Finley and left. Safety is my number one priority when it comes to her and this was a very compromising situation. I am very disappointed in the staff at this location for being okay with this. read more

DO NOT place an order for delivery from this store. it It is a total joke how corporate has the web site ordering site set up. You cannot simply use a credit card like most other places offer for delivery to keep it simple. They only offer Apple pay and some other off the wall pay site plus the delivery window using their own delivery drivers only allowed an hour and a half wait or longer for delivery. Complained via phone with the on duty manager and he was clueless about their own web sites limitations. This is an excellent fast food restaurant. Ive been to quite a few chik fill'as. While the brand itself stands out in terms of high quality of service, this particular location is phenomenal 1) The greeters/cashiers are very very very friendly and respectful 2) They employ enough staff to make sure the lines move very quickly 3) They ALWAYS get our order correct 4) The food is of course delicious You almost feel like youre in a drive thru with a 5 star restaurant by how organized and friendly the staff is. I will go out of my way to eat at Chick-fil-a. The other day it was raining cats and dogs. No one wanted to get out of their cars to go inside a restaurant. As I passed a CFA competitor I saw a line 1/3 of the way around their building. Right next to them was CFA with a line running completely around their building. I chose CFA because I KNEW I'd get my food faster than at the burger joint. I was right. We FLEW through the line. CFA had extra people outside (under cover) taking orders and collecting money. At the window all we did was pick up our order and it was ready as quickly as I could grab it. My CFA orders are always correct, unlike many of the other fast food joints where I might have a 75% chance of an accurate order. There are some where it's wrong just as often as it's right. I also appreciate that at CFA the people I interact with appear to speak English as their native language. I don't have to decipher a heavy foreign accent. When I do have to use their microphone and speakers it's clear CFA spent more than $1.98 on their sound system, UNLIKE many of the other restaurants. CFA's people speak clearly and distinctly and the quality of the speaker is FAR superior to other companies. It's clear to me that the concept of outstanding customer service isn't just a thought at CFA...it permeates the entire company, clear up to the "C" suite and all the way down to EVERY employee. However, it's not JUST about customer service. It's also the food. I LOVE their grilled chik'n sandwich with CFA sauce on it. It's the best chicken sandwich in the industry. I also like the waffle cut fries. I will ALWAYS be a great CFA fan. read more

So, she asks us to move up, the manger comes out at 4pm on 9/9/20, date is important as we did not get his name, just his rude manners stating the young lady was upset that kept repeating the wrong order. Seems the manger does not know how to work with, his employees and treat the customer as a customer. He needs to learn quick easy manners and pay attention to his work not his negativity. We had a double order in our car group and they got her order wrong then tried to say it was only a 10 cent difference which was just unprofessional. What a well run CFA! Despite the amazing amount of customer traffic they are organized, clean and pleasant. They seem to do a great job training their staff giving young workers a good start. I am so glad a Chick-Fil-A was finally opened by Riley Fuzzel and Rayford. This is a perfect location between many subdivisions. Large open dining area. Small one story play area. Two drive thru lanes with a separate area in the parking lot for drive thru and parking so it won't be difficult to park and back out. The food is fresh, hot and yummy as always. Second day in a row I go here to get lunch through the drive-thru and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with how organized and fast it was to get my food, especially considering the fact that it is only their second day open. As I drove in, I was promptly greeted and my order was taken by staff standing outside using their tablet. From there, I drove up and another staff member had my receipt printed for me. I drove up again and my food was hot and ready. I also liked the fact that everyone knew my name to avoid any confusion. Until they stop half unwrapping the straws and sticking it in the drinks I will not return. There is a reason straws are wrapped, sanitary purposes. They claim they do it to make sure they don't miss providing straws. You cannot guarantee that one of those grubby kids didn't touch the straw when tearing off the wrapper. I contacted corporate who notified the store. No response from the local store. I suppose it's time to contact the county health department. 03/07/2020 You would think with the flu season in full bloom and now the coronavirus this CFL would stop unwrapping and inserting straws in drinks at the drive thru. This chick-fil-a is definitely the best in the area, if i'm going to cfa it WILL be grand parkway north. The staff is so friendly and polite, eager to help, are knowledgeable about the menu, and all work together to move guests quickly through the line. I don't turn away even when cars are on the street, as i've never waited longer than 10 minutes, which is remarkable to me. The main reason for this review is for Tyler, it seems he has such a passion for his job, and genuinely seems happy working there. The service here is by far the worst for a Chick-fil-A. They always forget our items, they're all young so they're playing around and just not paying attention. It would be one thing if they were fast or got things right. I always wait a longer time here than any other location and I go to several. Even in the "less nice" areas, I have better experiences. The food always tastes not fresh here as well. They really need someone to get this location together. They have horrible reviews. It was not just a one time experience either.
