Came here for dinner and had a great time. We occasionally order take-away but this time we've decided to dine in and enjoy the freshness as the food is served right after it has been made (massive difference). The place was getting busy as we came in at the start of dinner time. Patrons were waiting for their orders including doordashers, wow! It took about a good 40 min before our order was served and it was worth it. The wings was delicious! I enjoyed the huge pieces of garlic parm wings and ranch dip sauce on the side. Something about those fresh fries and ranch, it was delicious! The staff were great and had good sense of humour. Our stay didn't feel awkward while we were there. 0 stars. Ignore the 1 star I put on here, I had no other choice. This is the trashiest, laziest, and most disrespectful group of workers that one could possibly encounter. I arrived and went to the counter to ask for my DoorDash order, only to be met with an annoyed look like I was bothering them by asking them to do their job. The girl I asked then went to the back, and said rudely "they're making it". My order was supposed to be ready at 10:58, and they were 10 minutes late on it, with one or two other customers in the store. When I asked at 11:03 when my order would be ready, the worker looked at me dead in the eyes, said not a single word, and continued on with what they were doing. They heard me, too. I was definitely loud enough. No sorry, no look of remorse, nothing. Just a dead-eyed soulless glare. And it's not like they were short staffed, either: there was at least 6-7 people there. You would think a group of that many people would be able to get an order done at least CLOSE to on time, but I guess I was expecting too much out of these useless high-schoolers. I went in to place an order for a ten piece meal. Before I could order the cashier told me no all flats and that their soda machine had no ice. Okay no problem however I go to get a drink and none of my choices are working. I tried the Powerade fruit punch lemon, sprite was flat, went to ginger ale it was flat the cashier Dominque (whom we gave a tip to) said she would check the soda machine. If I can give 0 stars, I would. This is THE WORST wingstop I have ever been to in my entire life. The customer service was unprofessional, especially management! I ordered food to be delivered, and when it arrived there was HAIR in my food. Once there is hair in my food, I no longer want to eat it AT ALL. I immediately called this location to let them know. I was told that they could not give me a refund, just a credit. Which is insane. The manager then told me they would call me back after speaker with higher up about the situation. Yall think I ever got a call back? NO. I had to call them again like 3 days later, only to be told that they will give me a call back because it was peak time & busy & pretty much my issue was not of importance. I received NO CALL BACK AGAIN. I had to call again to speak to I think the GM, who had such an ugly attitude. On defense mode, making it seem like it was my fault it was hair in my food. I did not like how she was coming off when she was speaking to me. Very unprofessional to be any type of manager. All I wanted was a refund for my order, and I spoke with 3 different people about it in the matter of two weeks. After I spoke with the GM, she was wanted me to text her a photo of the hair in the food& she was suppose to update me on what was to happen next. I sent her a photo and video and the lady still didn't call me back and I haven't heard back from her to this day. It's almost been a month. To me, at this point, it's about the principal and the customer service. After I got no resolution from the location, I ended up calling the customer service line I found online. Just felt need for wings, a friend lives in area for 20 years has never tried wing stop. Service was friendly and on Time with walk in order. Wing sizes were larger then average and had good taste with proper temperature. Prices were little higher and veggies portions were not large. First time getting wingstop. Maybe just this location is bad but never again. I have two stars because lemon pepper classic wings were above average, otherwise it would have gotten one. First of all, got delivery through the app and they didn't include blue cheese (which love with wings), and they didn't include the Korean Q sauce. I called them and they were already ready with a response saying the sauces are on the way with Doordash again. Unfortunately by the time it got to us we were all down eating! When I call back to tell them they insist it's not their faults but Doordash. Also I had 3 different flavors chosen for my 20 classic wings but only two arrived. They say that's the app ordered it ??? The seasoned fries are so heavily seasoned it ruins it. (A TON OF SALT). The other flavor I got for the wings were soggy and not that flavorful (hot flavor). We've never been to a wing stop before so we had no expectations. We like wings and we were hungry. No one there when we arrived so we didn't know if that was a good or bad sign. We love the fact that the wings are not battered. We had the lemon pepper and the Asian Spice. They were both very good. Freshly prepared from the temperature of the food. The fries were good too. The staff were all young kids but they were on top of things. They were quiet but did a good job of taking care of the customers. The place was busy by the time we left. 3/28/23 at 1045 pm attempted to call this wing stop 3 times with no answer, live very close to location so I drove over where it clearly says open till midnight on the door, walked in and to my surprise there are no customers, so too busy to answer the phone was not it, theses guys were clearly avoiding work. When I walked in I asked to order a 20 piece bone in wing, the employee laughed and turned to the other employee and said he said he wants to order wings as if that was a problem both employees looked at me as if I was crazy. I then asked you are open till 12 correct ? I was told that the cashiers only work till 11 so they were unable to take my order in the store. But all the fryers were up and they had no plans on making any wings for the remainder of the night clearly. Both employees treated me and my wife as if we should have known this. I started to order online just to make them work but after seeing how they responded to me wanting to order there was no way I would eat anything those employees was making. Doesn't Deliver! Doesn't matter what the Wingstop App says. The lady on the phone will tell you repeatedly that they don't deliver despite some guy showing up with only half your order and the app saying delivery on nearly every screen. She will say this in response to everything you tell her and will refuse to make it right by sending you the rest of your food. Worst customer service i've had in a while. Worst trained staff by far. App should clearly state they use a 3rd party (Door Dash) that way you can know to avoid them at the start and not be surprised by crap service. read more
