I was warmly greeted by a lady in a black shirt and glasses--super friendly and helpful later found out she was the manager . She let me know about the $3 Ultra special, which was a nice bonus. The general manager at this location by the name of Matthew is not pleasant and I'm honestly shocked that this establishment has the is person as their "general manager". He was highly unprofessional and did not offer any type of solution or resolution to my issue. I ordered some wings for myself and my family and the bill was close to $60. I ordered a pick up order and got home just to discover they gave us regular garlic Parmesan versus spicy garlic Parmesan. I called the establishment to explain what the issue was. The overall issue was they messed up on a part of my order. On top of that we don't live close to this establishment. We are roughly a little over 6 miles away which is over a 15 min drive there and over a 15 min drive back home. While stating those facts I did not yell, curse or raise my voice to the general manager whom I was speaking with. The general manager I was speaking with was named Matthew. Matthew proceeded to respond to my issue by saying "ma'am you don't have to be rude, you're being rude". When in fact I was not being rude, I was stating facts. The general manger Matthew was unhappy with the facts I was stating. I'm hoping the calls are recorded and monitored so someone can go back and listen to the call. instead of offering a simple solution of remaking the wings or even offering a refund he continued to be upset at me stating the fact that I don't live close and their wings are to expensive to be messing up on people's orders. Let's be real, this isn't Wingstop where you can pay $15 and get a 10 piece combo with fries and a drink. A 10 piece combo is $17, no sides or drink. So when an order is placed whether that's online or dine in, they don't have room to mess up. The general manger Matthew proceeded to hang the phone up multiple times and not offer any type of resolution. General manager Matthew handled the issue poor and the fact that this is a "general manger" is sad and concerning. I will think twice before ordering and dealing with this location based on how I was handled and treated. We ended up talking to another representative by the name of Sarah to try and get a resolution. Sarah was some what understanding but then proceeded to rush us off the phone, cut us off and told us they are busy so they need to go. Overall the situation could have been handled simply but was handled poorly an I'm highly upset and disappointed by the customer service their "general manger " Matthew provided. If Matthew cannot take direct communication he does not need to be a "general manger" he is not equip to handle customer service and issues and it clearly showed In how he handled my family. This is not the first interaction I've had with this manager. He is not welcoming, warm, or friendly. He does not even respond to "thank you". read more

Food was alright, I ordered the lemon pepper wings with a side of the tater tots, Gouda balls, and chicken egg rolls. The wings were pretty good, better than wing stop, tater tots were below average, no crunch, raw on the inside. The Gouda balls (which I've never had) had a good flavor, crunchy crust on the outside warm oozing cheese on the inside, the filling was also good. The chicken egg rolls were horrible, in my opinion, no crust on the outside, no flavor on the inside, tasted a bit like nothing. The sauce it came with really elevated the taste but it shouldn't need a sauce to taste good. I honestly would only comeback for the wings. They need to redo everything else honestly. It took a while for our server to take our order of the wings but we weren't in a rush. And it was his first day post training. So we cut him some slack. We ordered 10 honey bbq, 10 Chipotle bbq, and 5 spicy ranch, plus a large celery. They were pretty good. Each tray of wings came it 2 celery sticks so we're glad we ordered a large tray of just celery. Between the 5 of us, we ate it all. The room seemed dark too. I love a good wing place so I had to try this one out. Our waitress was Anna and she was sweet and friendly. We started with fried pickles. These are pickle spears. Usually the breading falls off but the breading on these was great and they tasted good. I was impressed with them since I usually get them sliced and breaded at the other places. These were good and plenty. Wife ordered the Big City Burger and it was more than she could handle. It was delicious and cooked well as well as the buns. The sweet waffle fries were also good. The basket included more than one serving of sweet potato fries so I didn't need to order my own. The wings were some of the best around Spring. They were larger than most and the ten filled me up.
