We understand that the team was understaffed & there was a semi final game which caused for more customers. Levi was absolutely amazing and we appreciate his willingness to give us great service regardless of the scenario. Very disappointed in managements way of handling the business during peak time. Becca seemed very agitated, demanding & in a scramble. We witnessed her cuss at Levi when asking him to "fucking run" for food when it's ready. Terrible place. Recently went, employees not wearing masks and no social distancing. They got my order wrong as well. The wings had no sauce on them, just dry, cold wings. The kids burger had no cheese, too. When the food was remade she said the wings were "hot", as I got the hottest level. Lies. No kick to them at all. The second time I tried was a Friday and when my wife was coming back from restrooms a worker slammed into her with an ice bucket and kept going to kitchen. He never stopped to see if she was alright. Manager saw this and I discussed the situation with him. They didn't handle the situation correctly. WONT BE BACK EVER!! We've been looking for a new go-to place for wings, and Big City looks to be it. Saw an offer for free rings in the app, so we started off with those as an appetizer. Best onion rings we've had in a long time - obviously made in house, hot, crispy, and virtually greaseless. The spicy ranch dressing that came with them, however, was too thin and not at all spicy, but sweet instead. The Sriracha ketchup they keep on the tables was much better. The wings were outstanding! They were crispy on the outside yet still moist on the inside, well sauced, and were very good sized with lots of large drums and flats. I had a mix of chipotle bbq and hot original, and my son had the garlic parmesan. We both tried and liked all 3 flavors. Wing baskets come with a choice of regular or sweet potato waffle fries, tater tots, or wedge fries. The wedges I got were hot, crispy, salted just right, and like the rings, not greasy in the least. And because they're so large, they were still quite warm 15 minutes later as I was finishing my last wing. My wife's sweet potato waffle fries, on the other hand, were barely warm within minutes of arrival. They were probably hot when they left the kitchen, but because they have so much surface area, waffle fries cool off far too quickly. Our server Paula was very helpful, attentive, and friendly, even when my 5 year old son spilled my wife's tea. She had the mess cleaned up in no time with a smile on her face. We were also surprised that the manager said he would honor the 15% off coupon in addition to the free onion ring coupon. All in all a great first impression and visit, and we can't wait to go back! read more

My husband and I were in the mood for wings so we decided to give this place a go. We were pleasantly surprised! Wings are a decent size and the sauce was pretty good. I will say they are a little greasy but that's to be expected with fried wings. Fries were good too. Overall service was just okay, so they could definitely work on that a bit. Oh and did I mention on Monday's they have HUGE beers for $3.50! I also wanted to point out whoever the manager was working when we visited was so incredibly nice and it seemed like he really went above and beyond to be sure everything in the restaurant was taken care of. I don't think I saw that guy stop moving for a second. It's nice to see a manager who actually takes initiative to make a place great! read more
