It was early in the day so just me and the bartender so I can't speak to the vibe. Also didn't check out the drinks, but they appear to be standard issue. So if you want some protein to pad the alcohol this place is a good choice. The bar itself is very basic, plenty of screens but not a lot of decoration. They have an outside patio. Bathrooms are clean. They used to have an item on the menu called the "man pleaser", a bean, beef and sausage with tomato combo that is specifically not billed as "chili". Tyler is amazing! Title: Excellent Service and Courteous Staff at Big City Wings! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big City Wings and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Not only was the food delicious, but the service provided by our waitress, Tyler, was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Tyler greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her courteous and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for a great dining experience. Throughout our meal, she was attentive, ensuring that our glasses were always filled and that we had everything we needed. What impressed me the most about Tyler was her dedication to providing excellent service. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and answering all our questions with enthusiasm. Her attention to detail was evident as she made sure our orders were accurate and promptly delivered to our table. Tyler's genuine kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. She went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making us feel like valued customers. It is evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the happiness of her guests. THANK YOU KIRSTI !!! This will be a mixed review. We used to eat here a lot food was great service was okay and then it just got bad . So we started ordering it picking it up and bringing the food home. My family loves food so much that we decided to give it another chance. Our server once again was horrible. Just hanging out at other tables so we had to keep asking another young lady to help us. Her name is Kristi and she saw our frustration and would stop and take care of us. AND SHE WASNT EVEN OUR WAITRESS!! I left her a tip with her name on it and my son said he saw the other server grab it. So the last 2 times we've eaten there we asked for Kirsti. And these last 2 times have been the best times we've had while eating here. We love the food. Love the environment and want to say thank you Kirsti for ur hustle. About half of the wait staff actually does their job. So if this is your first time eating here don't chance it I suggest you request Kirsti as ur server. read more

Excellent service! Great place for a family get together or even just a night out! The food is hot and just the way you prefer. The servers always remember to ask if you'd like traditional or boneless. (You can get as many flavors as you'd like!) as soon as you walk in your greeted by the astonishing front staff and are given the choice to choose between a booth, table, or a bar seat. They have games for kids and always give kids ice creams with their kids menus to ensure the happiness of not only the parents but the children as well. The bartender ziggy is one of the most fast pace and on point bartenders I've ever met. If you love chicken wings or even burgers, I would definitely recommend this place! I'm for sure coming back again soon. I look forward to trying their new flavor pineapple cayenne thanks to my server with Lexi, she's amazing and we have the same name haha she was very nice and knew how to start a conversation! read more

This was my first dining experience at any Big City Wings location & I am completely blown away. The service is awesome and the employees definitely exceed that adjective. First of all we were greeted when we walked in the door which is hard to find at many establishments today, moreover the employees were VERY informative. They did not hold back on letting us know great deals and food opportunities and I am more than satisfied. We came on the two for Tuesday and Jeff and Jeremy were both very proactive in making sure that our food was great and service was as well. It appears that the tips left in the tip jar may not be going to the employees as customers would reasonably expect. It is extremely concerning and unfair to the hardworking staff. I also hope that every employee is treated fairly and with respect, regardless of their background or language. Businesses should create a workplace where employees are valued, not taken advantage of. As much as I've enjoyed the food over the years, I can no longer support this establishment until there is more transparency about how employee tips are handled. Staff is seasoned and professional, even the young staff carry themselves in a refined, respectful manor. Man, I sound old. Point is: it was a breath of fresh air. Now, it is a sports bar. TV Screens you can see from everywhere except the patio. The real money here is that they make everything scratch when you pick it, and Kimberly expressly impressed upon us, substitute and/or add anything you want. It is all custom made to order! (she didn't literally say "and/or" but you get the idea...I'm paraphrasing) None of this; $2.95 to add avocado, or $4.95 to add grilled shrimp. $1 to order your protein of choice blackened, $2 add shrimp. Come on now!!! Do that! This is the quietest sports bar I have ever been to. Dark Wood interior, booths that tuck you away from the crowd but leave you readily exposed to a plethora of flat screens, so you don't miss the Astros and the Yankees! I can't go over this whole menu, because it is like a sprawling playground, so many options. And not like a fast-food fiasco either. You just might want ALL of this stuff. Really, look at the menu, some time went into these names of dishes and array of ingredients. I use Fish Tacos as one of my staple "check this place out" orders. $1 blackened my Cod Tacos and YES! Wnner. fresh made slaw, pretty spicy Adobo Sauce, delicate tortilla, not doughy or thick. And yeah, it's Carb night for Daddy, sweet potato fries...Can I have a moment..."Good" is embarrassed next to these fries. These things rock! I stole my boy's ranch to dip them in. (Don't judge; I can't stand Ketchup) My wife gets the Grilled Chicken Wrap, Its huge. She took half home. My son is yes, still a child, and gets the Chicken Fingers and fries with Lemonade, from their "Small Appetites" menu page, he couldn't finish it. Are you getting the portion picture here? I had to, HAD to, order the smoked pulled pork Oklahoma Kitchen Sink Nachos! A half order, mind you, and we could have left after that and been happy. My first nacho chip didn't even have pork on it and I could taste the smoke, kitchen crafted Pico with a lime bite, Connie's Queso and enough melty Chedder to make your cardiologist throw a flag on the field. It's always hard to say you have a new best friend, but, hard to deny as well...I want at least 15 other items on this menu. The Loo Review, less spectacular, almost don't want to end on it, but here goes... there is a separate sit-down door and its a real door, not a truck-stop stall. Tastefully white tiled, all the stuff you need, and basically, just-get-back-out-there-and-enjoy-the-food adornments. See pics. Clean and tidy, except for the fact this is a sports bar and everybody isn't blessed with aim. I had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. And now I'm obsessed. I loved how the place was decorated and all the little touches - like table cloths on the tables and the way the bathrooms were labeled. Food was delivered quickly and the staff was very accommodating for people like us who had never eaten chicken salad - much less eaten at a Chicken Salad Chick. Definitely looking forward to going back and bringing my husband as I know he'll love this place too!

It's very boring inside and not at all the sports bar vibe I was expecting. I'd give the food a 5 out of 10. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Everything was just very average. There's nothing I would think about after or want to go back for. When I looked up the menu before opening, I was really excited by it and there was so much I wanted to try. Every single thing I did try fell flat. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer. I had the truffle burger with truffle fries, and my husband ordered the tuna bowl. Everything was just bland. I couldn't even tell the fries were truffle fries. Our waitress was so kind, and she was trying so hard, but our drinks were forgotten multiple times, and she had to be reminded we ordered. So then she rushed back to the bar and brought them immediately, where they had been sitting for 15+ minutes. I'll probably give it another try, especially because I live so close. I understand that all new businesses will have kinks to work out the first few weeks of a business being open. I also understand all their wait staff was new, most of them having never waited tables before. I plan on giving it several months before I return and then I will update my review if something changes. For now, I say steer clear and go have dinner elsewhere!

Fried mushrooms are great, chicken noodle soup great. The flavor of the chicken fried steak and fried pork chop were good but the breading come off which is a bit of a deal breaker for me. The eggs I ordered, scrambled light came out like an omelette burnt and the redo wasn't much better. Chicken pot pie has a filo dough crust and is watery. I may give it one more try but there are too many more spots to try. Service one the first visit was better than the second.
